Great breakfast. Love the waffle maker.
Tried to get room clean on the second day but there was no cleaners. (I was happy to pay extra for it). But the receptionist manage to get somebody to change the bedsheet. A+ for effort.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for the great time!

One area of improvement may be with respect to managing the fitness room better. I was running on the treadmill at about 6am on Tuesday but was then told by a staff member to discontinue because somebody on the 1st floor was complaining about the noise. The fitness room is open 24 hours and there are no stated restrictions on treadmill use. The fitness center may need to be soundproofed better, or perhaps the treadmill may need to be removed altogether.

Sufficient and met all basic needs. Mostly clean very basic and generic room. Convenient tram stop directly in front of hotel. Allowed early check in if we signed up for hotel rewards. Bath tub is not great to get in and out of, tub sits higher than the floor so not only do you need to step over the tub, but also up as well. Not good for older people. Unit was good for the price but next time we’ll probably spend a little more for a nicer hotel that’s not so generic.

Excellent apartment hotel. Location is close to transport links (tram and S bahn), staff are friendly and helpful, you get use of the coffee machine all day. If there was one or two things if I was being critical, I was surprised the executive studio didn’t have a washer/dryer and an oven (it did have a microwave with grill function), however, everything else was excellent value for money. I’d stay here again.

The air conditioning did not work well.
The beds were very hard.
The hot water sometimes worked and at other times didn't, inexcusable in this day.
The most expensive of the hotels we used across Europe, not great value.
Not really impressed.

The hotel was great and had everything we needed. The staff was 24/7 at the front desk and was very gracious. The room was extremely clean and the layout was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom and shower were great with good water pressure and hot water. The hotel offered complementary coffee from a good machine and a nice selection of tea bags. We didn’t take the breakfast option but it looked great with a nice selection. Would totally stay again.

Although the location was good and reasonably central I think the good parts end there.

If you are looking for a quiet room/hotel do not stay here, faulty air conditioning meant we had to have windows open on the main road which meant sleep wasn’t possible for the duration of our stay due to the noise. We mentioned to front desk staff within an hour of arriving but were told they couldn’t do anything on a weekend, and that ‘air conditioning shouldn’t get cold’ by a member of their staff. We were offered the chance to move rooms but after being told air conditioning doesn’t make it cold there was no point as they obviously don’t care about air heir guests.

Staff were also rude on occasions, and rooms were not the cleanest on arrival. Take some shoes to walk from shower to bedroom; or your feet end up black.

All in all find somewhere else to stay. This hotel should not charge a standard price of £200 a night

Feels like home

We had a great stay at Citadines Arnulpark. The hotel is well-located, just an 8-minute walk from the S-Bahn and 1 minute from the tram station. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. While daily housekeeping isn't provided, you can easily request towels and toiletries at the reception. Our spacious room was perfect for four, and we appreciated the kitchen amenities, including a microwave, large fridge, and dishwasher. The central air conditioning took some time to cool the room, but it was comfortable. I felt right at home, especially with the silky smooth bedsheets. The pillow was a bit too soft for my liking, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Citadines Arnulpark to others.

Everything was perfect! Staff were super helpful, room was fantastic for 4 adults. Sofa bed was very comfortable and so was the bed.
Train station and supermarket within 5 minute walk to the hotel.
Don’t think there was much in terms of restaurants though.
Coffee machine and water tap were available 24/7 which was very useful.
Overall, great hotel!

The location was really good. Very near the trains and there’s a shortcut to the train platforms without needing to go through the station, which is a farther walk. There’s no housekeeping if you stay less than a week, but we were barely home, so not a lot of cleaning needed. There is also a self-service laundry in the basement. Free coffee and chocolate milk at the front desk. Overall, it was a great experience.

Uncomfortable bed but great location!

The beds are typical hard german beds. If firmness is what you seek, this is no problem. If you want a little cushion, this will not be good for you. The hotel overall was fabulous. Spacious, clean, friendly - but lacks parking because the on-site garage was FULL. However, since we arrived at midnight, we found street parking and only paid 16€ for the entire stay. It was A LOT cheaper than hotel parking would have been. Dog Friendly, but the A/C was not strong so we had to sleep with the windows open, which was very loud and noisy with sirens, traffic, construction, etc.. It was perfect location for the event we were there to attend and so close to the train station so a great location and great price for what we needed. If only the beds were more comfortable , it would have been perfect. They also offer beer onsite at the front desk for a small fee. We did not eat breakfast here. There is a Subway restaurant one door down on same street and a bar half-mile walking distance. Old Town is next train stop. Very easy to navigate. The room has kitchen, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dishes!

Perfect family stay

Great spot for a family visit to Munich. Very comfortable, great amenities and with a tram stop just outside the door. There were excellent restaurants within walking distance, a nice park and playground one block away and parking, laundry, breakfast on site. The kitchens are small but good for breakfast or lunch.

This is in an attractive property on a busy street, though the soundproofing was pretty good. Excellent climate control and comfortable beds. The room features a full kitchen (even with dishwasher), which I didn't use and limited maid service. Breakfast selections were good and that experience was pleasant. Fitness room was very small and missing several sets of dumbbells unfortunately.

We had a nice stay, nothing to complain about.

Room:
Clean room, enough space to eat or play games.

Kitchen:
Everything you need to kook a simple pasta.

Transport:
We used 'call a bike' to move around, there is a 'bike station' not to far a way. Besides that public transport is also close by.

Surroundings:
There is a nice park around the corner.
There are also some restaurants in a 20 minutes walking distance. Or 10 minutes by bike.

Hotel was farther away from the Zentrum than we thought, but the tram is close by. The area is really clean and safe. The area in midway to the Zentrum is not that nice so we were glad we weren’t there!
We had a one bedroom with a kitchen. It was well equipped and very nice. Clean and stocked with tea and coffee.
Beds were very firm fyi. Bring hair conditioner as the all in one is not as good for hair!
Parking is on site but €21 per night.

For a cheap place to stay this was decent. It wasn't the most lavish of places but for what we paid and I expected, this was perfect. The tram stop was close by so it was easy to get about albeit being outside of the city center. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable plus we had an issue with the shower. After calling down to staff, no one ever came up to fix the shower so we had to fix it ourselves eventually. Other than that the staff were very nice.

We loved staying at this property. There is a tram right outside that made travel super easy. We also enjoyed the free coffee and hot chocolate. The only complaints we have are that the bed was too hard and breakfast was expensive. We would definitely stay here again though if we ever find ourselves back in Munich.

The rooms were very spacious. The beds were comfortable and even the pull out bed was decent to sleep on for our kids. They had kid treats at the front desk for the children and they loved that. The hotel is about a 7-10 minute walk from a nice busy street with many restaurants available. I would recommend Hans Im Gluck which serves burgers and I had the best avocado burger this side of the Atlantic. The Germans know how to make a burger or anything with meat really. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well. We didn’t eat the breakfast there so we can’t tell you anything about the food but we did buy daily tram tickets which make it very easy to get back into the heart of Munich and enjoy shopping and food in the old town …
