The staff was very kind and helpful. Our luggage was locked up for the day prior to check in. Location is off the beaten path across from giant, giant Spatel brewery. Hospital must be near by, several ambulances pass by. Most places of interest 1/2 mile away. Easy walk or use the trolley to get closer.

Needs some improvements

Nice place, nothing special. A few things were a bit disappointing: no minibar or fridge in the room. No coffee maker. The front desk service was a bit spotty after hours. The room needed some minor repairs with the bathroom door. One big problem was the blankets were incredibly thin for January temperatures.

Stayed at the Hotel during Oktoberfest and as a result the cost per night was very high. Our AC was broken and we got moved to a new room late at night. The only problem was the room he gave us was occupied! When we told him, he insisted it wasnt and went to the same room and woke the other couple again. He then did it again! I am unaware of an instance of such incompetence delivered with a level of indifference. Horrible customer service, below average rooms, and a really poor location in the city. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

This hotel is in a good area to walk to many attractions like Marienplatz.
I was disappointed that there are no appliances in room so I had to get dressed and go downstairs to get a cup of coffee which was free but bottles of coke or beer were $3.50 eu. And you can't reheat and food brought back.
The view is not good, the hotel faces what looks to be an abandoned building.
The staff are excellent and accommodating.

Great hotel
Just strictly what you need for a short stay. It’s the 2nd time we stayed in it. Each time no disapoitment apart from the curtains that let the light to penetrate the room on the sides. I believe it's a very minor issue for people who are woken up by minor ray of light. Bring your sleep mask in this case.

The property is about 150 steps from the metro station, so it is incredibly easy to get around. Just one stop from the main station, and two stops from Sendlinger Tor and an easy walk to Marienplatz. The room was nice. The walls are a bit thin, so you could sometimes hear the neighbors. The neighborhood was quiet, only heard a little outside noise on Saturday night. There isn’t much for restaurants nearby, but with the metro being so close it wasn’t a problem.

Nice hotel. Room was a little small and pillows weren’t great but the bed was pretty comfortable. Free use of the coffee machine was great even when you didn’t pay for breakfast. Staff were friendly and umbrellas were available with a deposit (which we got back at the end of the stay) - helpful on the day it poured with rain! Cleaning staff forgot to lock our room after cleaning and we came back in the evening to the door wide open. Not ideal but Luckily nothing was taken

For a start the chap on the reception was exceptionally helpful (sorry didnt take his name) The room was perfect, clean, spacious, wifi, and more importantly sound proofed so we had a great sleep. Breakfast was fantastic. there is parking at a cost but there is also free street parking which we were lucky to get. Munich itself was fantastic. Would recommend this hotel.

We were a travelling couple on vacation and were pleased to find they'd placed us in a room that was clearly fitted out to accommodate guests with physical handicaps, which meant the room was HUGE. The decor is really pleasant, modern and tasteful exactly like the photos, and it was nice to come back to after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel location is a bit out of the way of the Munich City center, it takes almost half an hour to walk to the center, but it wasn't a huge problem as we were seasoned walkers. The hotel is in a quiet part of town, decently close to the subway line. Washroom amenities included wall-mounted soap and shampoo, no conditioner. One thing that bothered me greatly was the cleaning staff opened the windows of their supply room in the dead of winter, which meant the hallways were always freezing cold, and they seemed to like to open the windows of our room when they came in to do room service and never closed it, which meant our room was freezing the first night, as we didn't figure out the window was open until the morning! The room had two twin beds pushed together and two half-sized duvet covers, with pillows that didn't feel decently filled. The mattress was comfortable, shower pressure excellent and the hot water was consistent. We did not partake in breakfast. Overall, a decent stay.

Is also located across the street from a major brewery - after three days the smell of staleish beer starts to get to you. Overall a good place and good value, but nothing special.

Wonderful stay at Arthotel Ana Diva!

Located very close to subway station Stiglmaierplatz, it is a short ride to Marienplatz. Rewe shopping center, open Mon-Sat, is about 10 min walk. The room is designed well but will be a challenge if you travel with a lot of luggage. Our room was quiet. The front desk was super cheery and helpful at all times and took the time to explain. We really, really enjoyed the breakfast: variety, quality, value. The 24-hour free coffee was most welcome especially when our checkout was at 5am. The machine dispenses a good variety: hot chocolate, cappuccino，etc. Housekeeping does a great job; my wife looks for cleanliness and the room met her satisfaction. There is a Lowenbrau brewery nearby but little else. Subway station Hauptbahnof is a long walk away but do-able. WiFi worked fine. The in-room TV had few English language channels so we watched our Netflix account instead. Did I mention the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly?! They were!!!

Mixed experience using this hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and checked in very quickly. The room was average. The walls had a number scuff marks and the one and only pillow provided was flat as a pancake...I thought this was just mine but everyone on the stay found the same.

The breakfast was good for the price and would recommend other wise your going into the centre which can get pricey.

The location was around 25 minute walk from centre but the underground is a minute walk away which gets you around the whole city.

Decent hotel in a decent location

Hotel was one U-bahn stop from the central train station and very close to the Lowenbrau Brewery, which has a good German beerhall/restaurant. The rooms were fine, but my room had a large black rattan peacock chair that took up a lot of space and wasn't very functional. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Staff was helpful, though they were incorrect on the cost of the taxi to the airport and needing reservations at the brewery restaurant.

Hotel was very close to UBahn station so easy to get around. Great breakfast for the money! Room we were given was a \"special room\" the desk clerk told us and turned out to be a handicap accessible room. Not very comfortable. Wish we had known - we would have paid more for a better room! Probably should have insisted on a better room, but we aren't ones to complain and made the best of it.
Overall, our experience was positive, but compared to all of the hotels we've stayed at in almost three weeks on the move, it was my least favorite primarily because the room was not comfortable. (No place to put toiletries, towel bar was clear across the bathroom - yes, it was a very large bathroom! Shower was open and chilly and water temperature was not very high - I don't think that would have been the case in a normal room.

Nice neighborhood - many restaurants close by, short walk to u-bahn and s-bahn underground train station that will take you all over the city. Next to Lowenbrau brewery, walking distance to oktoberfest (a bit of a distance but doable), just far out enough to be quiet and safe. Staff is helpful and speak multiple languages semi-proficiently.
