Clean as a whistle and in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with a great restaurant (Franzz) close by. We picked tulips from a cut-your-own garden. Dated facility, but room was clean and comfortable. We did not pay for breakfast but it looked to be a good variety. Check in process was limited. We arrived at 2pm to find the front desk closed at 1pm. There was a note with our name and how to access our keys that was available for anyone to see. Unless im desperate, probably wont stay here again.

The hotel is just outside of Munich so we avoided driving in Munich. The train station was within walking distance. We took the train into Munich and then took the train and bus back to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and quiet.

Clean and comfortable. No frills. Smallish room. Quiet residential neighborhood. 15 minute walk to Munich Pasing station. Breakfast buffet was quite good with bacon, sausage and eggs plus the usual continental fare. Would stay again.

Very nice, clean hotel within a 20 minute walk of pasing or 30 mins from central Munich on public transport. Our stay was over the last weekend of Octoberfest so room was expensive during the weekend but reasonably priced for the remainder of our stay.

Outstanding hotel! Clean, comfortable, safe neighborhood, great parking, excellent WiFi connection. Staff spoke excellent English. We needed some assistance making a rental car reservation, the two ladies at the reservation desk called the rental car company several times to translate the conversation back and forth from German to English and everything went well. And best of all, we were not charged for the ladies taking the time to help us...this is what is called outstanding service! Next time we're in Munich, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Arrived late with two heavy cases after a long train journey There are no lifts (elevator) no staff to help and a long climb to the second floor. A great hotel but this precludes us using it again.

Signs of construction/renovation at the front entrance which was not too easy to find. Then I had to CARRY my luggage two floors up, no elevator was pointed out to me. The room had only half a curtain to darken the room window. My local contact advised me to NOT even spend the night there. I did follow the advice.

The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke great English. One of my best hotel stays in Europe thus far. Comfortable, spacious rooms (enough for 2 port-a-cribs) with own large (by euro standards) bathroom. Awesome restaurant with biergarten AND playground across the street. Quiet. Delicious breakfast. Its in a suburb of Munich, but well worth the drive. You have to use a few modes of public transit (or drive) to get to sights. We went just to see Oktoberfest, but will be booking again next time we go to Munich to see Munich. Truly, can't say enough. GREAT customer service.

We had three rooms for a our group and everyone said they were very comfortable. The outside picture of the hotel isn't flattering, but the hotel and rooms are. Clean and updated. Internet was on and on for us. Bus stop probably 100 steps outside the hotel should you want to take public transit into the city center . We would definitely stay there again. No regrets!

This small hotel is in a very small bit of countryside yet is less than 30 minutes (by bus and then train) to Munich centre. The room was clean, the lady manager (assumed) was excellent and very helpful. The rooms at the back were quiet - overlooked a cemetary!. The pub/restaurant across the road Franzz was ideal for drinks and the food looked good.The hotel sells the Munich transport ticket and is recommended (€10.60 for upto 5 people - kids under 12 count as 1/2) as you can get the bus from outside the hotel - takes 10 minutes to the station and a 6 minute train ride into Munich centre. Recommended

Huge Triple Room
The Hotel is a little outside Munich. Although the S-Bahn is not too far away, it makes most sense if you are travelling by car. Parking is available without cost. We had a really big triple room with a little dated furniture but a completely new and nice bathroom. Everything was nice and clean. Since we arrived late, the reception was not occupied anymore. But they left the key in a locker outside for us, which worked without problems. Since the staff was also very friendly and helpful, we had an overally very good experience with this hotel.

Hotel is close to a tram line, ~25 min from the center. Cleaning is not their priority: bathroom had black mold between the tiles and dust in the corners. We found out that the lobby closes at 10 pm and there is no way to call them from outside. Take your key with you (big and heavy) or you’ll get locked out.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem nahe gelegen zum Zentrum von Pasing.

BUEN HOTEL ALGO LEJOS DEL CENTRO
Buen sitio pero algo lejos del centro, bonita la zona, se hacen 20 minutos a la estación caminando y de ahí son como 5 estaciones para llegar al centro además el boleto del metro te cuesta 6 euros, para llegar al centro, el desayuno que ofrece el hotel por 8.5 euros está excelente. Vale la pena.
La recepción funciona hasta las 10 de la noche, te dan una llave para que tu abras una puerta alterna a partir de las 10 de la noche, misma que abre tu cuarto, lo que te da a pensar que todas las llaves son las mismas y pueden abrir tu habitación.
No hay tiendas cercanas por lo que si quieres conseguir agua en la noche, duermes con sed, hay una maquina que da refrescos y agua mineral pero unos días funciona y otras la desconectan.
La recepción funciona hasta las 10 de la noche, te dan una llave para que tu abras una puerta alterna a partir de las 10 de la noche, misma que abre tu cuarto, lo que te da a pensar que todas las llaves son las mismas y pueden abrir tu habitación.
No hay tiendas cercanas por lo que si quieres conseguir agua en la noche, duermes con sed, hay una maquina que da refrescos y agua mineral pero unos días funciona y otras la desconectan.

Für meinen beruflichen Aufenthalt in München war das Hotel von der Lage her perfekt. Der Empfang war herzlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück auch sehr lecker. Und auch die Parkplatzsituation auf der Strasse hat gepasst.

Für eine Übernachtung in der Nähe von München war es vollkommen ausreichend. Allerdings müssen wir bemerken, dass das Badezimmer ziemlich eng war und wie bereits von anderen Reisenden beschrieben, Schimmel in der Dusche.
Die Betten waren für meine Verhältnisse zu hart.
