The new owners have \"digitized\" the hotel. While I have no problem with online check-in prior to arrival and punching in codes for making the lift work or for accessing my room (don't have to carry a card key!) I think it's almost dangerous for guests to not have access to even a single hotel staff member at any point. The electric kettle I had requested (since there's no coffee pot in the room) and the hotel lent me was defective and it blew the fuse in the room at 3 AM (Feb 1), within hours of my arrival. In my jet-lagged state, the only access to \"support\" was through Whatsapp texting - even a call was not available unless you had a German phone. Further, I'm in complete darkness and the Whatsapp support person, Jasmine, asks me to \"locate the fusebox!\" I had to use my phone flashlight which rapidly drained the charge and I was panicked. Without a charged phone, you are frozen in this new-fangled setup. It was an awful, frightening experience. I usually stay here every year but I have serious concerns about returning. In addition, the housekeeping standards have plunged - the soap dispensers were empty and never re-filled during my entire 9-days stay. I had to request a bottle (through Whatsapp text, of course) and the bar person (knew him from my previous stays - a couple of them are being allowed to stay for a few more weeks during the transition time) gave me a bottle. I'm not sure this is \"hospitality\" - it is financial efficiency for sure. Owners' margins are higher!

Really nice hotel. Excellent room, fresh, new, spacious and good soundproofing from outside and hallway (important feature to me). It has a nice reception/bar area and the prices were very reasonable. No coffee making in the rooms which was unusual, but the reception/bar is a nice place to have an espresso or similar. The village of Munchen-Pasing is quite nice and actually way more peaceful and enjoyable than the excessive crowds that were in Munich visiting the Christmas market. It’s only a 20 min train ride on the S system which goes regularly from Marienplatz/Karlsplatz area. If you want shopping, there is a big mall in Munchen-Pasing too. Overall, Munchen-Pasing does not have the energy or convenience of central Munich, but this hotel was a very reasonable price for a good alternative with lots of advantages.

Very convenient location, just a few minutes walk to the train station, with frequent trains taking just 10 minutes to Munich Hbf. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel itself has a boutique, minimalist feel with smooth concrete walls and floors. The shower is in the room and is \"separated\" from the rest of the room by a shelf/rack divider piece. The window/blind system is one of the more complicated I've seen, but it works. Staff are efficient. Highly

Great hotel and location, very clean and modern.
Opted for the environmental option for to not clean the room everyday for a free beer. However we never got the free drink tickets, never cleaned the garbage out, and ran out of toilet paper and had to find more ourselves. Staff were not very friendly.

The staff were incredible - Guiliano in the mornings and Adam in the evenings were so helpful and knowledgeable. Maryna was good too.
Loved that they incentivize sustainable behavior by rewarding the hotel guest with a free drink (beer, water or coffee) if you decline housekeeping services.
Room (comfort room level) was worth the extra money as it had 4 tall, wide windows with beautiful views and sunshine pouring in.
So convenient to have not one but TWO grocery stores as well as a great Italuan restaurant connected to the hotel.

Loved the modern decor, the bar area was fun with very nice helpful staff. The room was small but had enough room for 2, how long do you spend in a hotel room anyway?!!
Trains and buses to the center of Munich easy and plenty of options.
It was Oktoberfest when we stayed so not much choice close to the city center, but i would recommend The Miano for anytime for a stay in Munich

It was clean and stylish, however they could do a few small improvements. Better pillows, wash cloths, etc. Pillows were the only downside of the room. They were small and there was only one per guest for double occupancy.

It's an excellent location with easy access to public transport. Nearby dining options are perfect. Food shopping (Edeka, Lidl) is available in the same building. The reception desk works very well (all receptionists spoke excellent English and German). Parking is not ideal but manageable. It was an overall pleasant experience for 5 nights that we stayed there.

Good location. Very clean hotel.
With the exception of a coffee and/or a croissant They don’t do breakfast- be aware this. Ventilation system is very noisy even when room aircon is switched off - light sleepers take earplugs.
I will be trying a different hotel next time.

Great location within easy reach of Munich centre. The problem we had with our shower was fixed promptly. Like a lot of German hotels, no tea or coffee making facilities, but hey-ho. Bar was nice, and reasonably priced for a hotel, which was good. Would go back there again.

If you need to be in this area then this is very a good choice, 5 minutes walk from the S bahn that you can get direct from the airport and 10-15 minutes to the City Ctr. Room a little on the small side, but nice shower, no wardrobe as such just hangers, a safe, some shelves, a very small desk that you probably couldn't work at. The room was quiet at night

I didn’t end up staying, as I couldn’t make it. I tried to call 4 times, email and contact them through Expedia: no response. They haven’t refunded me and still charged m, never even stayed and they didn’t pick up any of my phone calls or email back. So they basically just took the money for free as I couldn’t even reach them.

I did enjoy this hotel! Beautiful room, loved it. Due to my flights I only arrived at 1am but the staff made it easy for me to get my room key and check in (just had to call a few times). When I went to take a shower the soap was empty

Fenster werden auch auf Wunsch nicht vom Personal geöffnet, daher nachts zu warm, anderes Zimmer mit Dachfenster zu laut, in der Vergangenheit habe ich schon mehrfach übernachtet und alles ear gut. Mit der neuen Hotelkette ist das eine Katastrophe. Für mich war es die letzte Übernachtung dort.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, das Bett ist sehr gut. Vollkommen gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Handhabung mehrerer Codes, die man alle benötigt, um in das Gebäude zu kommen, um den Fahrstuhl zu betätigen und um Zugang zum Zimmer zu bekommen.

Tolles Hotel mitten in München Pasing

Die Lage ist sehr gut, parken geht in der Tiefgarage für 15,- €.
Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Bett ist sehr gut. Es gibt ein kleines Frühstück für 5,50 € .

Ikke meget at sætte en finger på her. Hotellet har ikke meget service, hvilket givetvis er med vilje. Der er en bar og en reception - ingen morgenmad. Den er dog nem at skaffe i Edeka i stueetagen, hvor der er en lille cafe eller i en nærvedliggende restaurant, som det er min forståelse at de har et samarbejde med.

Værelset var rigtigt fint, dog er brusekabine i forbindelse med værelset og ikke i et rum for sig. Dog er toilettet for sig i et aflåseligt rum. Sengen var fin, og jeg hørte ikke rigtigt noget støj.

Der var desuden brændte mandler og en flaske vand på værelset - god stil!

Waren hier zum Oktoberfest 2025 - klar Preise sind zu der Zeit etwas teuer aber dieses Hotel hatte für uns die beste Preis Leistung in Kombination mit der Lage - die Innenstadt von München ist leicht mit der S-Bahn erreichbar - S-Bahn Station mit kurzem Fußweg zu erreichen - Hotel war sauber und schon ausgestattet.

Bedienung an der Rezeption äußerst freundlich / ebenfalls die Möglichkeit auf die Zimmerreinigung zu verzichten und hierfür ein Bier / Cafe zu erhalten - sehr gut. In anderen Hotels wird das mittlerweile wegrationalisiert ohne Gegenleistung.
