It was within walking distance to the Nymhenburg Palace (20 min walk?) and very close to train station/public transportation, several grocery stores and a restaurant called Zum Green Baum which we went twice! Nice facility, about 1 mile walk to local train station. It is back off of the main road, so you don't hear noise from local traffic. The room was clean, with the capacity to sleep 3 people. Bathroom was upgraded with heated floors. Small balcony to look out over the rest of the facility. Overall was a nice place to stay that met our needs during Oktoberfest.

We came to this hotel for a weekend during Oktoberfest. They hotel staff were lovely, gave us helpful information about what we had planned for our trip. Any issues were resolved instantly. (Issues were only small, hairdryer broke and was replaced straight away). Great staff, great location for a more peaceful trip than the city centre. Train walking distance away so access to everywhere! Highly recommended.

This is by far one of my best experiences I've had while staying at a hotel, all the staff were really kind, supportive and helpful in what we needed, their attention towards us was beyond what I was expecting, they even call you to find out whether one wants their room cleaned or to see how their stay is going.

I went there alone for sightseeing. It was a cozy stay. The room was very clean and the staff were all helpful. It is located far away from the central but close to the hotel, there is a beautiful palace with huge park. You can enter very early morning and have the scenary all to urself.

Neat little hotel with unique rooms.
This hotel is a collection of smaller buildings all connected by underground walkways. In general the facility is very modern with all the amenities you'd expect from a business hotel. However, some of the suites are a bit dated, having been constructed many years ago, while others are only a few years old and look much more modern. Only certain units have air conditioning, so be sure to check if you're coming in the warmer months. The local area is clean and safe, but very residential, so there's not much to do without taking a trip farther away. The Nymphenburg Garden / Palace grounds are just across the road, but it's a 25 minute walk to get to the actual palace. A beer garden is a 15 minute walk away. The room we stayed in had a nice balcony and was quite roomy. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Clean, convenient, friendly
We are a family of 5 and were on vacation. We had 2 very nice rooms, right next to each other. The larger room had a kitchen area and air conditioning. Both rooms had very nice bathrooms and balconies.The breakfast was a little pricey, but I think that's typical of Munich. We walked to the Lidl a couple of blocks from the hotel for some inexpensive and yummy pastries and supplemented with coffees (for a small fee) from the lobby. The desk staff were very helpful and informative about getting around town. We used the tram to go to Nymphenburg Palace, to go straight downtown and to go to the Hirschgarten beer garden. We had a rental car on our trip and had no trouble getting out of town heading west. We had rooms facing the streets, but with the german window shutters, the rooms were very dark and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, nicely decorated, clean, great location close to train station to get to all Munich attractions. Only issue we ran into was I didn't realize the shower is out in the room with only a glass door.. so if you're sharing a room then share it with someone you're really close to! Haha. No, it was lovely and I would 100% stay there again if I was going to Munich. Amazing staff, super helpful and friendly.

Budget with air-con
It is a simple hotel . The economy rooms we booked are without air-con, and one of them is next to the main road . Without air-con the room is stuffy. However, if you open the windows to get some circulation or cool air , you can hear the traffic noisy pretty loudly . Can’t imagine the situation in summer .

Excellent Hotel close to Nymphenburg Castle
Across the street is the Nyphenburger Schlosspark, which is wonderful. The hotel is close to public transportation - S-Bahn, Bus & Tram. The rooms are spacious and cozy. Some rooms have optional kitchens. Large bathrooms. Friendly and very helpful staff in every situation. Highly recommended and I will be back there!

This was a great place. We were visiting from Washington, D.C. We arrived late...after hours and had to follow the late check-in process. It was an easy-to-follow process! The unit was very nice and clean. Would defiantly stay here again!

The staff were the friendliest people I encountered in München and were very helpful and efficient. The only drawback to this hotel is the location. It is a bit far from the city center and the s-bahn is about a fifteen minute walk. However the area seems safe and there are some shops within walking distance if you need to pick anything up. Overall this is a solid choice for a hotel if you don't mind the distance.

Excellent one night stay in a quiet, comfortable and easily accessible hotel. The hotel has different buildings for rooms. The rooms are large and have excellent bathrooms. It is extremely close to the subway and very easy to get to off of the autobahn. Will stay here again. Breakfast is optional for only 9 Euros.

This hotel is located in a quiet area close to the Nymphenburg Palace. I booked a suite since it was relatively cheap compared to a single room. Room was very clean and very spacious, with all basic amenities included. The hotel grounds are pretty and well-maintained and have a modern, calm feel to it. Breakfast on the hotel premises is expensive at 9 euros a day, and I skipped having breakfast on site. I did have their delicious coffee every morning at 3 euros a cup. Service at the hotel was very good, no complaints. Staff is very friendly and is willing to help you out with any questions/issues.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was super good to get to the Munich Botanical Garden and the Nymphenburg Palance. Plus, it was an easy commute into Munich by train for a tour of downtown. I would highly recommend you choose this hotel for the great service and location. They were having a heat wave when we arrived and the front desk was able to find a small fan to help circulate the air to make the room even more pleasant.

Scheinbar alle Zimmer sind als kleines Apartment aufgebaut und verfügen über eine Miniküche mit Tisch und Stühlen. Wenn man sie mitmieten möchte (Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle) wird der Strom freigeschaltet. 15€/Tag. Ein Minibalkon mit Tisch und Stühlen war ebenfalls vorhanden, sowie zusätzlich eine Schlafcouch für bis zu 2 Personen extra. Das Bad war außenliegend und verfügte deshalb über ein Fenster. Außenjalousien waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Lidl 5Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Parkplätze kostenlos vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet 15€/p.P. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, was außerdem über 1 Sauna(extra buchbar), sowie einen Fitnessraum vergügt. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Mooi hotel, in de rand van Munchen
Mooie kamer, smaakvol ingericht. Helaas wel vasttapijt, wat we niet zo hygienisch vinden. de A/C was nogal luid. Wat ons het meeste stoorde was dat we steeds de inkomdeur van het gebouw hoorde omdat dit met een keykaart moest worden geopend, alsook de deuren van de kamers zelf. Hierdoor zijn we een aantal keren wakker geworden. Het ontbijt daarentegen was zeer goed verzorgd en lekker. Ook het personeel kon ons steeds goed helpen met onze vragen ivm openbaar vervoer en bezienswaardigheden.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind groß, gemütlich und sehr sauber – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Auch das kostenlose Parken direkt an der Unterkunft war für uns ein großer Vorteil. Eine schöne Unterkunft! Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstück absolut ausreichend! In der Nähe sind zwei Restaurants, Grieche und „zum grünen Baum„ - gut bürgerlich. Wir haben nur das letzte Restaurant besucht, da hier die Stimmung und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Preis-Leistung war in Ordnung. Frühstück ganz in Ordnung mit ausreichend Auswahl für die meisten Geschäcker. Heizung hat bei mir lange gebraucht. Die erste Nacht war es relativ kühl im Zimmer. Mein Zimmer war zur (lauten) Straße hin. Die schalldämmenden Fenster sind recht gut, aber ganz empfindliche Menschen brauchen vielleicht zusätzlich Ohrstöpsel.
