The room was 23C and had no AC, for 2 Canadians that is way too hot ! We opened the window but the traffic noise was so loud we couldn’t sleep plus bugs got inside the room . There were only 2 pillows and we wanted another one but that was not possible , the tv remote batteries didn’t work and it took 2 days to get some replacements , the only contact with someone from the property is through what’s app, they reply fairly fast but can’t do anything to help until the next day ( if the message gets passed along , which it didn’t ) I would look for somewhere else to stay next time I’m in Munich .

We added breakfast as well but then they said they don't have it so we got a refund. The communication with the structure needs to be improved. I wouldn't come back here.

Very well located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the OEZ shopping mall & metro station. BMW museum also close by. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Room service is on demand for a small fee. Towels and toiletries can be availed from common areas but one often times they are quickly gone! The beds were comfortable but the bedding was a bit smelly. The only real issue we had was the central heating, which made the room very warm despite having the windows open to compensate.

Top notch fitness equipment in the gym and a welcoming commons area were an unexpected bonus. Grocery store and UBahn within 8 minutes walk. Staff were superb! Very responsive to any needs we had. Definitely booking here again when next in Munich! Just have one suggestion - work on a better ventilation plan other than opening the windows when cooking.

Numa is a great property with all amenities needed during your stay. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. The construction nearby was a little bothersome. The main tourist points are about a 15-20 minute drive. I would definitely recommend staying here while traveling to Munich.

There was an issue when we arrived where we couldn't access our room because the code wasn't working. Luckily they have free WIFI so I was able to message the Numa team and they were able to help. It took almost a half an hour to figure out but they were extremely communicative and did eventually figure out the issue. Otherwise, the space is very comfortable, spacous and clean. Would definitely stay with Numa again!

I like the almost completely automated feel of the property but the availability of a human component at any given time to resolve an issue. The ONLY drawback was a lack of plastic utensils. I believe you should supply that at the very least if each apartment has its own kitchen, stove, microwave, pots/pans, etc.

Great apartment, everything very modern, clean and comfortable. The area isn’t particularly attractive and is out of the city centre, but the U-Bahn station is only 5 minutes walk away with three lines taking you to Marienplatz or Hauptbahnhof in under 15 minutes. BMW World and the Olympic Park are only two stops away. Certainly worth the compromise on area to get accommodation of this standard at a bargain price. Highly recommended.

Satisfactory Stay in the North of Munich
Access to the building and to the room are via keypad. The number needed was relayed by email. As I had booked via Hotels.com I had to contact customer services to be able to register with numa. From then on registration and other communication was flawless. Customer service by email during the stay was responsive. However, don't stay without bringing a device with access to email and internet. The appartment was comfortable. There were minor maintenance issues, such as a broken shower fixing and a dislodged seal on a dishwasher, but the accommodation was otherwise in good repair and clean. Local public transport links are excellent.

OK hotel for the price but the cleaners at the hotel were extremely lazy. This hotel has limited cleaning which is as advertised but every time the cleaned my room the refused to take out my garbage. One time after they cleaned my room i placed the garbage outside my room only to get woken up the next morning to an angry woman cleaner demanding I take my own garbage out to the street. THIS IS NOT ON, there is no signs in the room or in my booking condition telling me this. GET YOUR STAFF IN LINE. I stayed at this hotel for almost 1 month and my room was cleaned twice. Very poor effort and when my room was cleaned the cleaners didn’t even finish the job.

Send me for my 3 days stay to the rooftop on west wing, very long way to get there, right under the roof, extreme hot, no aircon. No chance to open windows becuse noise level so bad! The promoted serviced room with dishes was only the 2nd day available, not even a coffee maker or a cup was available. The price sold over the counter for similar room like mine was € 51,- per night, while I had to pay with hotel.com apr. € 85,- !!! This kind of price / quality level does not fit at all!

It says ‘JOYN serviced living’ outside the hotel which makes it very confusing when you drive there and you’re not sure if you’ve arrived at the right place. There’s also no room service / cleaning. the hotel is divided into west and east wings that only connect on 2 levels making it a nuisance if you’re staying on the higher floors.

Good hotel next to the subway station but far from the attractions of the city, the staff very rude, they gave me a hotel room where there was no hot Water, they were very strict even that they had rooms available that you only can get the hotel room at 3 PM or after. The staff is not friendly at all or helpful, they made me wait one hour in the lobby and couldn't leave because they were trying to turn on the hot water, but they did not wanted to change me to another room instead.

My Home is a very practical, clean and new hotel. All the room facilities are very new and modern. The hotel isn’t a place I’d spend hours hanging around, however it’s very close to a large shopping mall and more importantly the S Bahn to get into the centre of the city within 15 mins. Parking was free too, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

A fantastic place to stay, very good clean rooms and just a 3 min walk to the U Bahn (underground train) and that is a super quick trip all over Munich. This place has a great little bar and prices are very good and the Breakfast is excellent. There is a shopping mall 2 minutes away by foot and plenty of food available .. Good price and good location.. And a nice place if you like a morning walk... Dont hesitate to book with these guys. ... by the way I'm fussy.

Room kitchen equipment wasn´t so good. Recycle bin was missing from room. Otherwise room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom and bed were good. Hotel was very peaceful. Parking place and fee was better than I expected.

This Hotel is further away from the city center, so it’s best if you are acquainted with how to use public transit. The place seemed a little run down in the hallways and almost eerily empty. The single room itself was nice and compact. It had a cooking range and enough dishes for one person. My main issues were that the shades were not drawn to keep out the heat of the afternoon sun, and it took a long time to cool the room below 95 F. There were also soccer hooligans a few rooms down from me who decided to sing at the top of their lungs from 5 am-7 am, and no one from the hotel bothered to stop them. (My phone wasn’t working and there is no phone in the room to reach the front desk.) Generally, if you are not picky and are looking for a cheap place, this hotel is fine.

I didn't get a good sleep because:

2. Worse of all. There is no window curtains in the room (I stayed in room # 149). Basically you will force to get up around 5am in the morning because outside of the room is so bright

This hotel is closed to subway station and near a shopping mall. It’s very convenient. The complimentary breakfast is good. The on site laundry is free. This is wonderful particular in summer time. No AC in this hotel however it’s normal in Germany. I enjoyed my two weeks stay in MYHOME. It feels like my home.

Average is the best I can say about this hotel. That's not to say it was bad in any way but it was just a plain and simple facility without many bells or whistles. The room was small but clean, the wifi was good, the breakfast adequate, and the staff pleasant if not over friendly. Close to an underground station so accessible. Overall, a place to stay the night if you're not looking a lot of extras.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing and stressful from the start. I never received an online check-in email, so the check-in process took over two hours and required me to walk around several buildings while trying to reach support—calls went unanswered for long periods. The initial room was dirty and smelled bad, and I had to request a room change. After the first night, I developed a severe skin reaction that required medical attention, likely due to the bedding—all support was slow and most solutions required extra effort on my part. The combination of poor communication, bad room conditions, and health issues made this stay very unpleasant for both myself and my family. I cannot recommend this hotel or the booking experience.

I'm not really a reviewer, as I'm way too lazy to write something constructive, but it was pretty nice, for backpackers as well it might be a good choice. Would recommend.

Bella struttura in zona tranquilla
Struttura ben tenuta, aree comuni molto ampie e pulite. Camera insonorizzata, ampia, pulita, con cucina accessoriata il giusto. Un paio di piccole pecche però a mio avviso ci sono: la mancanza di un paio di asciugamani piccoli, il corredo era di due asciugamani bagno e due viso; manca la cappa e c'è tanto di indicazione di aprire la finestra se si cucina che se non si fa e scatta l'allarme antincendio NUMA appioppa all'ospite una sanzione di €. 2.500,00, quindi prima di cucinare all' interno del monolocale ci pensi due volte, non solo per il rischio dell'allarme ma soprattutto per il fatto che senza cappa il rischio è anche di fare puzzare tutto l'ambiente. Per il resto tutto perfetto e preciso.

•Küche mit ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr
•Es gab sogar Spülutensilien für die Küche!
•Im Haus sehr ruhig; die Gebäude liegen zwar an einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung, von der man bei geschlossenem Fenster allerdings nichts hört (sehr gute Fenster).
•Supermarkt bis 7-20 Uhr in ca. 300 m Entfernung, außerdem Tankstelle mit vielfältigem Angebot direkt an der Kreuzung

Alles im allem ein schönes Hotel. Dank der kleinen Einbauküche kann man sich auch schnell man eine Kleinigkeit zu essen im Hotel machen und muss nicht immer essen gehen, was wir sehr schön fanden.
Da dies ein Hotel ohne Personal ist gibt es eine App in der alles genau beschrieben und erklär ist, falls man doch noch eine Frage hat kann man sich per WhatsApp an die zuständige Verwaltung wenden und bekommt Direkt eine Antwort.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel für zwei Nächte. Wir hatten eine kleine kochniesche, in der alles zur Verfügung stand für zwei Personen. Mit Kaffee und Tee wird man auch versorgt, hat uns sehr begeistert. Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und die große ist super. Wir sind immer noch begeistert von dem drehbaren TV. Evtl. Sollte hier noch ein Vermerk oder Hinweis stehen, dass dieser drehbar ist. Einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass es keine Klima gibt und im Sommer ist das ziemlich schwer auszuhalten. Wir hatten zwar einen Ventilator, aber dennoch würde ich eine Klima empfehlen. Der andere minimal Kritikpunkt ist (meckern auf hohen Niveau), größere Müsli Schalen wären super und ein anderer Föhn (bei längeren Haaren ist dieser überhaupt nicht funktional). Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen.
