Would of been nice for a mop to be provided or maybe I should of asked because after a shower the bathroom floor remains wet due to no shower door.

The room was quite big, but had some room for order improvement
Like a bed for two that was next to the wall, so you need to reach from the feet or climb to your partner.

Overall, the hotel is nice, with no keys required, and it has a significant upside.

Good value hotel

Good hotel, big room & very clean.
Friendly staff & very helpful in providing me with a map a directions on the train to Oktoberfest.
The local area is full of businesses and apart from a bakery next door, which is very good, and a KFC, we didnt find anywhere local to walk to for food.
I would stay again at the hotel as it's good value and as we did after the first day, make sure we ate while in the city centre.

My 3 nights were great, very comfortable and clean! The staff were fantastic and helpful! Breakfast quality was good and tasty. My only issue was my automatic blackout curtain wasn’t working, I called the front desk and they sent a tech out to fix it immediately. Not their fault, these things happen and need to be reset.

I will be back when in area again.

However, we were kept up by constant banging noises and loud sounds throughout the night and early hours of the morning. These noises coming from outside the hotel and in the hallways. Not acceptable! At least announce this before arrival/upon arrival.

Good value and great if you have a car

This hotel is very functional and seems to be used primarily for business travellers. We chose it because the price was good and it was easy for us to park our rental car before returning to the airport the next day. It was comfortable but I wouldn't say it was very cozy. Everything was clean and well-managed. The breakfast was probably the best part. If you stay, I would recommend adding the breakfast as there really aren't any options near the hotel for food.

Our stay here was good and bad. The staff were nice. Room was clean and everything worked the only thing was that the room was a sauna! It was horrible during the summer & we couldn’t open the window/door because when we did 5 bees entered the room. The guy during the night told us they were able to provide us with another fan but during the day since house keeping was not there at the time & offered us some cold drinks. The lady during the morning showed no care about our situation & said no, only one fan per room. We couldn’t be inside due to the heat. I couldn’t get ready because if I did my makeup it would fall off mid application due to sweat. It was hotter inside than outside. Everything was nice except the no air conditioning situation. & the breakfast was okay but 18 euros per person per day i feel was too much for what was provided. So we took a walk to near by places for bfast.

Good apartment w/parking, let down by facilities

Great little apartment in a quiet location with a secure car park costing €15 per day. Loved the roof terrace. However, a good stay was let down by a few housekeeping oversights -
1. Weather was exceptionally hot during our stay. Although a fan had been promised in a previous email, there was none in our room on arrival. It took 3 requests for the fan to eventually arrive hours after we first requested it.
2. A good coffee machine was in the room but only decaffeinated coffee pods were provided.
3. There was only one single small side plate provided for two people, plus some bowls. We asked at reception for another plate but we were told there were no dinner plates. Eventually one plate was brought up to us.
4. The fridge door didn’t shut properly and so didn’t keep cold. We had to keep it shut using sellotape.

We were tired of bothering reception by the end and so didn’t report the fridge or the coffee. I’m afraid we won’t stay in another Flag apartment unless they can guarantee that the room facilities are properly checked before check-in.

This was in the perfect location for me visiting my daughter but it also benefited that everywhere I wanted to get to was easily accessible via underground or bus within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. Lovely bakery next door for breakfast croissants. if you are looking as advertised for a place to study or work (BMW) it is ideal, with comfortable amenities. But if you are looking for a Munich weekend, I'd most likely go elsewhere to be a bit more in the hub and around a few bars and restaurants.

An enjoyable and relaxing 2 days in Munich.

I was attending a concert at the Olympic Stadium so the location of the hotel was ideal (only 20 minutes walk from the stadium). The hotel is accessible using the s-bahn and u-bahn from the airport without the need to go into the city centre. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. No air conditioning might be an issue in the height of summer. I kept the balcony door open (I was on the 4th floor). On the ground floor the accommodation has a breakfast area. The breakfast provided (extra charge) was good with hot and cold options. There is also a green decked area directly outside which was very nice. The accommodation has a small gym on the first floor and a laundry in the basement. The area around the accommodation is very safe. There is a shopping centre about 10 mins walk and a cafe/ bakery 5 mins walk away. I would certainly look at staying at the property again if I was attending another event at the Olympic stadium.

It was the worst experience I had in my life. The room is a sauna. There is no air conditioner and the fan and fridge were not working. Everyone in the reception was soo rude. I will tell you to runaway. I even got a smaller room than I should.

Not air conditioning in summer in Munich is not acceptable. In order to get some sleep you have to open the windows but across the building it’s a bakery which works during the night so you are not able to sleep because of the noise. Never again

This was a perfect place to stay while travelling solo for the Taylor Swift concert. It was convenient to transit and had a well appointed breakfast buffet. The only downsides were noise at night from the bakery next door and a lack of AC / fans on the hot days. It does cool down at night though and there is decent air flow from the full length windows.

The courtyard made our hectic day a time to crash after a long day of Hop on hop off bus or visting Dackau. There were businesses all around so made it very quiet which I liked. But if you want to be near to lots of restaurants and hustle and bussle this is not not a choice for you. My favorite thing was the 24 hr coffee it has latte or cappucino or hot chocolate.

Liked the hotel. Room was good except the bed was in a corner and only accessible from the side, so awkward for the person sleeping by the wall. Got free parking which was a bonus. Reception staff were great and very friendly. Location not bad, 5 minutes walk to the subway, 10 to the tram

Room with kitchenette at a good price

My trip to Munich was for shopping, so I found this to be a good location. It’s located one U-bahn stop from Olympia Shopping mall and a quick ride yo downtown. The room was comfortable but definitely designed with men in mind. There is no counter space in the room or bathroom. You are also given one bath towel and small bed pillows. Breakfast: I found unpleasant, despite the good being fine. The counters are set up in a very congested formation, allowing one person at a time to get coffee ( get in a long line) and other items.

The location and room was fine. A Cockroach in the room. There were bottles of water in a fridge but no bottle opener.

It was ok, few things which could be improved:
No dark curtains in the room, since this is summer and the sun rise is early could not sleep properly. No AC in room, of it there was it was not functioning.
WIfi is room specific, so struggled to get wifi in the lobby
The shower was not functioning well. provision for only 3 coffees
No phone in the room....

This facility is nearby the office but a bit far from the city center - the metro station nearby compensate a little. Staff are helpful and for a longer stay, they have laundry downstairs (need to download apps and using your own washing liquids). Also, nice gym.

Great modern hotel with excellent amenities

Staff were incredibly helpful and answered any questions I had. I was really lucky to check in earlier than anticipated. The room was very spacious, modern, and had all the amenities needed. My only concern was that it got hot in the room and letting air in and putting up the blinds would allow people to see you from the ground. However, I would definitely stay here again! Really great area, excellent amenities, helpful staff!

Right first off a great location if you work in the area or want to visit Olympia park otherwise it's 25min U bahn ride out of Munich.
Room was spacious with fridge freezer and small hob for cooking. However the room was ridiculously hot(no aircon) even leaving the doors fully open at night made no difference....the automated blinds didn't help either(when they worked)
The hallway stank of vomit for some reason.. maybe someone had one to many steins!
Also room was never made up or cleaned for the full five days I was there despite asking reception to do so!

Nice hotel but could be great with a few tweaks

Location is very close to public transit; easy/fast to get into the city; local grocery stores are close by. Beds are overly firm and pillows flimsy, so not a comfortable sleep. Bathroom could use more hooks/racks. Kitchenette needs additional supplies to be practical - no frying pan, wash cloth, corkscrew or dish soap.

Good location and happy stay

This is a new service apartment located in areas nearby my business trip. It is also close to two metro which is very convenient to get around the city. You may not expecting a lot of services as this is an apartment rather than a typical hotel, but it already suits the regular need. The gym there is great - better than other hotel. Breakfast is fine with several choices.

Modernes und sauberes Hotel direkt am Olympiapark. Ich kann das Hotel in jedem Fall empfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen Balkon. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in begrenzter Zahl vor der Tür. Das Frühstück ist okay, aber gegenüber ist eine sehr gute Bäckerei, was wir als Familie bevorzugt haben.

Zweckmäßiges, modernes Appartementhotel.
Nicht unbedingt gemütlich, aber sehr gut schallisoliert. Leider keine Klimaanlage (ökologische Gründe mögen hier eine schönes Ausrede sein, im Zweifel sind es dann doch eher wirtschaftliche).
Frühstück haben wir nicht ausprobiert und haben lieber nebenan beim Bäcker gegessen.
Wir waren zum Konzert im Olympiapark da, der gut fussläufig erreichbar war.
Mit der Bahn braucht‘s 20 Minuten in die Stadt, also nicht unbedingt etwas für Gäste, die es gern zentrumsnah hätten.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Olympiahalle. Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Obwohl wir ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten, wurde uns offenbar ein Einzelzimmer zugewiesen. Das Bett war viel zu klein für zwei Personen, und auch die Ausstattung – Handtücher, Geschirr, Kopfkissen – war nur für eine Person vorgesehen.

Nachdem wir an der Rezeption nachfragten, ob es sich vielleicht um ein Versehen handelte, wurde uns lediglich angeboten, ein zusätzliches Kissen und Handtücher ins Zimmer zu bringen. Für eine Nacht war das gerade noch akzeptabel, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre das unter diesen Bedingungen keine Option gewesen.
