Front desk staff are very nice. Room is clean and comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was yhe hotel doesn't provide shampoo and bath lotion. The bottle of liquid provided in the bathroom was labeled (hand soap). I am a little confused maybe in Germany hand soap and bath lotion are the same? Also the shower water frequently chaned the temperature from cold to extremely hot by itself.

We came for one night only for the Taylor Swift concert. The room was very old and gross. Asked for a new room and got one with an updated bathroom. I would not stay here again and if I had to due to an event nearby, I would be sure to ask for a room with an updated bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. Just old dirty hotel.

Great hotel/location to base for a trip to Munich.

This hotel is located right next to Olympic Stadium Munich and across from the BMW museum and factory. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Check in was quick. The room was a very nice size with a large bathroom. The hotel is located next to a Metro station and getting into the center of Munich only took 20 minutes. We will look to stay here again on our next visit to Munich.

Air con broken & stole my shirt!

Air con didn’t work and the second day was scorching - I’ve never been in such a hurry to leave a hotel. They did give me free breakfast to compensate which I appreciate, though work pay for my stay and food anyway.
However, worst of all I left my shirt on the bed. I rang 24 hours later to ask them to put it to one side and they claim that they have not found it! I categorically left it on the bed so what else can you say? Won’t be staying here again.

My stay here was excellent. It’s within walking distance of the Olympic park, with its beautiful scenery. A short hike up to the top gives beautiful views of the city and the Olympic park. The hotel is located in amongst a plaza that has everything you could possibly need, two bakeries, a well stocked grocery store and fruit and veggie market. Several bistros are available for finger food. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, accommodated me very well.

Toilet Problems

Good location! Quick walk to the train station so it was easy to get to our daily destinations. I don’t usually write a negative review but there was something wrong with the toilet in our first room. The staff was slow at getting resolution - like this was a daily occurrence or our fault that the toilet wasn’t flushing. A “plumber” finally came to the room but didn’t solve the no flushing problem? I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. 😬

Very nice Hotel in central location. The building might look old from the outside but the hotel is nicely renovated with many olympic details. After we had problems with our first room the staff helped us quickly and professional.

I didnt had a good experience but is a combination of bad luck and service. The air conditioner didn’t work but was unplugged, thing i know after sleeping a very hot night. My view is that the hotel has to give you a full working room and i dont have to call 1 am about this. The other problem is that is not easy to arrive by car to the hotel, no signs at all in a very big car park with different levels.

The rooms were nice, the bed was comfy, the facilities were all as expected. The bar stayed open late for us. Great experience.

The only downside is that the enterance is quite difficult to find via car, one must go into a carpark, then up a spiral ram 3 stories... which meant uber drivers had a very hard time finding it.

I don't write reviews normally but this time I just wanted to prevent someone to be fulled the same way like me. This is actually a block of flats where only the 13-15th floor is the actual hotel. This can be seen on the main photo which is the actual block of public apartments. Not really hotel its more like rooms to rent and nothing ART definitely. Not clean, dated, bad location, hotel staff rude. I wanted to check out 30 min after the check in and they didn't wanted to refund my payment for my entire stay. Definitely my last stay at this hostel.

I was expecting a basic hotel but the room was honestly lovely. Tons os closet space, great coffee maker, and great views. The train was a short walk away and seemed, to me, like a great stop to be at. I would totally stay again. The only funky thing was getting to the hotel VIA the parking garage. Great Location - very clean

The hotel is a little difficult to get to but once you get there is in a great location, a 10 minute walk from the Olympiahalle. The hotel was beautiful decorated and very clean, however the choice of food is very limited - shop brought, frozen and reheated pizza that when served was not cooked properly.
In addition we arrived late and there was only one member of staff on duty (not unusual) but he was very slow and then continued to ask us for English cigarettes, just took the edge off our stay.

Our one-night stay at Arthotel was perfect for a concert event at the Olympiahalle which was just a short walk away. The lobby was attractive and inviting and the room itself was nice with a large & comfortable bed; however, the bathroom is 'tighter' than most but has a nice shower with shampoo & soap dispensers. A grocery store is located within the same building for any needs you have as well.

The hotel is basic but convenient to the locations I planned to visit. It's next to the subway station to go to Munich. It's also close to BMW. The reception desk got mixed up with my reservation when I checked in but was generally very helpful in answering questions. The breakfast was very good.

Best location with convenience built in!

Perfectly situated in the midst of the Olympic village on the 13-15 floors of one of the previous olympian dormitory building, with 2 supermarkets, 4 restaurants, 2 bakeries, bank, bar and the beverage store all within the compound which is basically the base ground of the building. U bahn is 5 mins away and the rude into Marienplatz is less than 10 mins. Will definitely stay again ehen in Munich

Das Zimmer war leider gar nicht sauber. In vielen Ecken lag noch Dreck und auch im Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon waren noch viele Zigaretten von den Vorgästen.
Das Zimmer war relativ klein aber für 1 oder 2 Nächte in Ordnung. Sehe zentral am Olympiapark und der UBahn. Das Frühstücksbuffet erscheint auf den 1. Blick klein aber hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das Bad war frisch renoviert aber ohne Heizung. Im Winter bei Minusgraden ist ein warmes Bad schon angenehm
