at 0300 AM a drunk guy opened our room with his key issued by the reception desk. It was a shock for us. safety is a big issue here. We mentioned it to the person in the front desk that morning @ 0900 when we checked out.

A great hotel and a very convenient place to stay if you’re going to a live music event at Zenith, which is around a 5 minute taxi ride or 25 minute walk away; we were in Munich to see the band Pixies. The staff are really pleasant and helpful, the buffet breakfast is really good (with lots of choice), and drinks at the hotel bar were very reasonably priced.

Hotel staff was brilliant. Reception desk managed to find me a room for an early check-in during the Oktoberfest. Breakfast staff was very attentive. There are a few places to eat nearby as well as a supermarket. Tram is very close-by. Room was very clean and well decorated. Great value for money.

During a very hot and humid week in Berlin, the air conditioning was not working in our room, the pillows were not good quality, therefore it was very difficult to rest and relax in our room.

Nice hotel,some staff were helpful.I arrived and checked in put bag in room went down for a couple of drinks back to the room and phone charger and cable and adapter and sun glasses were missing from side of bag.Spoke to reception and said there was nothing they could do.Next day went to reception and they gave me alone of his personal charger which was very nice of him.I had to go out and buy one shouldn’t have to do this in the first place.I also asked for refund on breakfast as I checked out before breakfast time said they couldn’t give me one.

Good choice for travel

Good hotel. Decent and reasonable price. Good location in terms of buying some necessities for your trip (there is a supermarket three minutes walking distance from the hotel) and a good restaurant nearby.

Over all I really liked the hotel. It was just wifi wasn't stable on one day. The TV wasn't user friendly, I had a hard time to change the language to English. It aslo will be really nice it can let customer connect their own device to TV. And, watch the TV they like.

Modern Hotel with Clean Room

The hotel is modern and clean. Location is slightly out of the city but there are bus service (X50 and 177) outside that go to the nearby subway.

Room is slightly small but clean and comfortable for 2. It will be good if the hotel can provide amenities like boiler and iron in the room.

Overall has a great stay and staffs are friendly and helpful. Check-in and out are fast and efficient.

Quiet hotel with an easy route to city center

The hotel room was nice, roomy, and clean but the hallways are scuffed and dirty. There’s free parking on the street which prevented us from paying $15/day to park. Public transportation is right by the hotel. Park and use bus or trolley to get to U-Baun. The service was great and friendly (slow check in but it was a nervous new employee, so not a problem). There a was nice area to sit and relax and have a beer at the hotel which was convenient because there isnt anything within walking distance.

Our stay was comfortable, the room had a good size. The Wifi worked reliably and the hotel staff provided us with a kettle upon request. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety. To get to the city we had to first catch a bus and then the underground.

We had a good stay

Went for the Munich / Arsenal match, plus a few days relaxation beforehand. The hotel is right at the end of the 23 Tram Line which is super convenient to get into the city, it is also on the right side for the Allianz Arena and that is why I picked it (price was good too).

Negatives - beds are 2 single pushed together and come apart easily. Hotel bar is a cool box with a few beers in it. No tea of coffee or fridge in the room.

Positives - New. Clean. Coffee and beautiful chocolate croissants available for free in reception before 10am every morning, not plentiful but enough to get you through missing breakfast.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, hat aber eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe.
Das Zimmer war leider etwas klein und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Kein Schrank für die Kleidung, kein Kühlschrank.
Das Frühstück war gut, es gibt alles was man für den Start in den Tag braucht.

Klimaanlage defekt!

Ich hatte extra ein Hotel mit Klimaanlage gebucht. Leider war die Klimaanlage 4 Tage lang defekt und das Zimmer bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur viel zu warm und stickig. Fenster konnte man zwar öffnen, aber es war dann einfach zu laut zum schlafen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Am Besten war das Frühstücksbuffet, welches sehr viel Auswahl bietet (und bei uns inkl. war).
Das Zimmer war eher klein, jedoch zu zweit völlig genügend. Obwohl es direkt auf die vielbefahrene Strasse zeigte, war vom Strassenlärm bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts zu hören. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Glasscheibe (milchig), durch welche man vom Zimmer in den WC/Duschbereich sehen kann. Nicht für alle geeignet.
Negativ war der Fernseher, welcher eine Störung der Bilder hatte sowie die nicht einstellbare Heizung/Lüftung. Es war recht kühl im Zimmer. Die Reception versprach jedoch eine Reparatur. Da wir nur 1 Nacht da waren, konnten wir dies nicht kontrollieren.

Das Personal in der Abend Zeit und frühmorgens einfach nur super freundlich , fachlich , schnell , authentisch unkompliziert. Genial um ein bisschen ausspannen von der Arbeitswelt an der Kaffe bar .
Zimmer sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Schön dass auch auf dem Kissen ein Schoko Engel lag . Vorhandene Tiefgarage mega . Es liegt außerhalb und ist echt ruhig nachts . Toll 👍

Die Zimmermädchen bzw. das Personal, dass für das Aufräumen zuständig ist, beginnt um 8 Uhr alle Einzelbetten zu Doppelbetten zu verschieben, das heißt ab 8 Uhr hat man keinen Schlaf mehr. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort und konnten ab 8 Uhr nicht mehr aufgrund der Lautstärke schlafen. Das WLAN war schlecht bzw hat teilweise funktioniert. In der Lobby ging es richtig gut. Sobald man auf dem Zimmer war hat sich alles entbunden, was sehr sehr ärgerlich ist. Ich kann das Hotel wenn überhaupt nur aufgrund der Lage empfehlen.
