Great lobby and eating area. Pretty good breakfast and service. Free breakfast and coffee/tea. Not much in the area around hotel, a couple stores and subway.

Self service check in is very strange for me I prefer person to person interactions and it tells me that the establishment can’t pay their staff… the staff were amazing, while I was there a poor staff member having to deal with an unruly customer. Shout out to him he delt with it calmly.

Rooms are clean, staff was great. Super convenient location. Ground lounge to do work or check emails and enjoy a cup of coffee. For an American, the breakfast was a bit lacking especially for €18. Just hard boiled eggs, breads and cereals. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This was the hotel for us because it's right next to many shops and grocery and easy undeground paid parking. 1 hour walk to the English garden in google but that walk is beautiful with lots of scenic views of the river, greeneries and daily life scene in Munich.

Zimmer sind geräumig aber das Hotel hat schon ein paar Jahre hinter sich. Es hat keine Klimaanlage. Hervorheben möchte ich den Mega effizienten selbst Check-in, incl Kodierung der Karte. Wir waren in dem hotel scho vor 2 Jahren und damals waren wir sehr zufrieden ...heute muss ich feststellen, das Hotel hat sich deutlich verschlechtert ! Es gibt überhaupt kein Personal mehr, alles als Selbstbedienung...Früschtück angeblich ab 6.30 und da ich um 7.00 Uhr abreisen musste wolte ich dieses Angebot nutzen...leider war der raum um 6.45 immer noch gesperrt, nach Aufforderung dann aufgemacht aber die Kaffeemaschine leider nicht gestartet...i. Badezimmer waren Silberfische und Zimmer sauberkeit is sonst auch sehr nachgelassen. Das einzig wirklich gutes ist die Lage und eine hute Verbindung zum Innenstadt.
