Stay was good great service but to be told its not possible to have an invoice / check out but to be able to go back to my room to brush my teeth / finishing packing I find really bizzare - every other hotel manages this.
Then for the access to the floor, with the room car not opening the security doors needs improving. I had to go up and down to reception 3 times and only the third time with the master key could we access the security door to the corridors!

I had a very upsetting experience during my stay. My ring went missing from my room, and when I reported it to management, the manager initially responded but then stopped communicating altogether claiming they were “going on vacation” and never followed up. Losing a personal item is bad enough, but the lack of responsibility and communication from management made it even worse. I expected at least some level of professionalism and accountability, but received none. I would not recommend this property to anyone who values honesty, safety, or proper management.

Great location. Older hotel with lots of small issues. Elevators were small, slow, crowded, and were not working correctly the first day. The fridge had a faulty door-open beep alarm that was never fixed over the six days we were there. The sink in the bathroom had a leak in the aerator that splashed the counter. The AC controls were cryptic and often resulted in too much heat or cold. The kitchenette was nicely equipped and the fridge was large for a hotel. There was only one chair and no furniture on the balcony. Eating at the small table required one person to sit on the bench or the bed, a high perch.

Top floor pool with an amazing view

The staff is fantastic. The hotel has also permanent residents on the lower floors, yet this went almost unnoticed. The outside does not look great, but inside is nice; some room for improvement but really spacious rooms. Breakfast is very good. The absolute highlight the top floor pool with an amazing view

Started here one night and it was perfect for us. Great location easily accessible from the highways. 10 mins by taxi to the heart of Munich. The rooms are a good size with nice bathrooms. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great.

For my business trip in Munich the Jotel was well positioned and well run with friendly staff. The parking is 30 euro per night and breakfast is also 30 euro each, this might not suit every budget and is the highest ive ever paid for breakfast. Other than that the place is good and facilities too rate.

the hotel. Have stayed in my share of Sheraton’s all over the world. First time to share this one was first today so not stay here.

It is also a full time apartment building, which I found odd for a hotel. They were doing some type of constructions and were drilling on the floor above us at 7:00 am. Called the reception desk and promised us no constructions was being done. Really? Funny how the receptionist even mentioned she could here the noise over the phone. Won’t be back here ever again and warn anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay with a quiet room.

30 degree heat and air conditioning was useless! asked for a fan 4 days on the trot did not receive one! Didn't sleep for 4 days! This hotel is in desperate need for a refurb rooms smell old and musty definitely not a 4* reception area is misleading very modern and COOL! but once in the lifts you enter a time warp!

Lifts need an update

The lifts are small and poorly programmed. During peak hour it can be almost imposssible to get in a lift unless you are on top 21 or 22.

Imaging having 10 lifts come to your floor all full. Or being in a lift and it stops eveey level from 19 to 5. A bit of a problem.

Out stay was short but well worth it. We got a complimentary upgrade to a nicer room which had a great view of Munich and the Olympia Park. The balcony was a nice touch. The pool was nice and on the top floor with an amazing view of all of Munich! The gym and spa are on the same floor and offer the same amazing views. The property is a short trip from downtown, with ready access to underground subway stations and taxis all around. Definitely worth the stay.

We try to stay at the Sheraton Arabellapark whenever we are in Munich. It is so convenient with ample street parking and subway access, offers a great breakfast buffet, and I just love the 1970s style of the hotel. Plus the 21st floor view of Munich are unsurpassed.

The hotel was dated. The room was nice but needed a deep clean. The front desk was always really busy with a long line and only one person assisting the guests.
Not within walking distance to all the attractions.

Stayed here whilst getting surgery nearby. Post surgery rung reception to ask if someone could bring a bucket of ice up for the swelling as I’d just had surgery and was told to come down and get it if I wanted some. Used the iron and flames shot out the power cord. A tired run down building that’s clearly seen it’s prime. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was very central for my needs. The room was quite nice. There was no milk for making tea. I had to ask for a bath Robe and Slipper. Shower gel was empty. Mini market was closed. Balcony looked very dated and was dirty and covered in pigeon dirt and a ripped pigeon net was hanging down from the Balcony.

Misleading and misinformed and not aware that the hotel is under renovations when booked and had expectation to enjoy the hotel, spa and restaurants to find only the spa was open no restaurants and very poor service - paid extra for an empty mini bar! Dont know what was the point of taking extra money for what products or restaurants????

The check-in experience was a total disaster. The receptionist, Johan KJ was super slow I had to wait 15 min to be seen , he didn't bother to ask a colleague to come and help him , he was totally beside subject . When I complained to him that I never encountered something like that in Marriott brand hotel he blamed corona virus for this. In the end someone else attended the desk beside him and my work colleague who was behind me in queue got all formalities done before me to prove a point....

Overall a nice stay except the staff at the front desk didn't know the difference between sixteen and sixty so the extra bed was way more than the sixteen we were told namely sixty euros! This was very unfortunate and we had to pay the sixty. Language is difficult especially numbers. Learn the difference, please.

Hotel in 1970s high-rise outside city centre

Unfortunately the Arabella Sheraton did not live up to the usual Sheraton standards. The building itself can only be described as unlovely and the amenities in the hotel, apart from the spa, which we did not use, were not what could be expected of a hotel in that category.
Our stay started off with the discover that there was a €10 per day charge for wifi in the room, free wifi was available only in the relatively small and noisy lobby.
We had booked a studio, which was very small, and when we entered the room it was stifling because the air-conditioning was not working and we were told there were no technicians at the hotel who could fix it. The staff were, however, very apologetic and upgraded us to a suite, whch was larger but still had noisy and ineffective air-conditioning. Bearing in mind the temperatures were up to 30C, and we were on the 10th floor, this was fairly uncomfortable.
The breakfast was fine, the room and hotel clean, the location was not great but I would say that, unless you were interseted in the spa, facilities were relatively spartan for a Sheraton.

It's kinda rare to go to a hotel and not have free internet. I thought this is 2018. I was too cheap to use their pay service, so I used up all my mobile data allowance only to be forced to dish out EUR 10 for their internet and later to figure it is very very slow. (They have a 20 EUR internet too, which they call \"Premium\" ... I was too cheap again).

TV always disconnects (IP-TV connection issue it seems). Room a bit old. I paid quite a bit of money but not at all impressed.

Want to tie you into their SGP program to get free services, turns out my SGP membership is locked because of inactivity. Another hassle.

Good hotel, very business-oriented as you'd expect. Room tended to be very hot and internet was spotty - annoying at a cost of 10-15 EUR per day - but service was excellent and staff friendly & polite. Very much a business location: not a huge amount in the vicinity beyond big companies & exhibition centres. Excellent leisure centre with pool

Things going downhill at Sheraton

Some years ago I stayed at this hotel by choice over a 3 month period - everything was fine, every time and I came back as my hotel of choice among the many options I had.

Coming back, standards have dropped. The worst thing was that the carpet was filthy - stained, spotted all over and not cleaned daily (so no surprise that any dirt gets ground in). I complained but got no response.

Other aspects just smack of somewhere no longer managed to a state that a 4* hotel charging up to \"a lot (not allowed to post rates)\" a night for the cheapest room should be:-

On arrival there was only one gown for the two guests - took and hour and two calls to reception to get a second one up.

On the third day only one pool/sauna towel was replaced. And only one creamer left for the free coffee facility.

On the final morning, I was rudely awoken at 8am by the cleaning staff crashing into our room - what the hell???? We had not checked out, we were not due to check out. I do not expect to put DND on unless I expect to be in the room after 10AM - plenty of people check out early to keep them busy until then. The double locking on the room didn't work - always set.

The room was too hot and the radiator control could not be adjusted.

The table lamp could not be switched off without unscrewing the bulb. One reading lamp was broken.

High prices, sliding standards, poor management of room staff. It wasn't a terrible experience, but for the money it was - just not worth that amount.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel has made changes to the club level accommodations that were not improvements. No longer can you get breakfast there and most of the nice lunch items are gone as well as wine until 6. However beer is available at 3:00. Very strange. The hotel air conditioning was not able to keep up with the 80 plus degree weather which made sleeping difficult during the hot days.
