The breakfast buffet had limited selection, so it is a bit expensive for the price I paid (19 euro).
The room was cleaned every second day, however, the cleaning staff didn't replace the empty shower gel bottle. Also, the used glasses in the room were left behind.
Those are the reasons that I couldn't give 5 out of 5. Other than that, everything else is fine.

The hotel and room were modern and clean. Lots of storage options in the room. The custom shelving and desk seems very well made. The windows open in various ways which was kind of cool! Maybe that's the norm in Germany? The mini fridge in the room was handy. The only negative, if there is one, would be the bathroom was a bit tight. While washing my face over the sink I had to keep my elbows tucked close. But it was clean and modern, so overall, a good bathroom. The employees at the front desk were friendly and helpful. There was also a water jug at the front desk / bar area. We choose to have breakfast out, so cannot comment on the breakfast. It's about an 18 minute walk to Marienplatz, so not totally central, but close enough, and very quiet being a few blocks from absolute city center. Overall, a great stay! I would stay again.

We stayed there for Oktoberfest- we did walk to the festival - it was about a 25 minute walk - and we took the subway back to the hotel. Would recommend this hotel if you are going to be Munich!

Large English garden park very close where we watched surfers on the river. We highly recommend Unsold. It is in quiet side of town and easy to get to by metro.

This was the first stay on a two-week trip to Bavaria. The property is clean, modern, and very conveniently located to the Altstadt. It's 450m to the nearest U-Bahn stop, just over 1km to Marienplatz, and a 5-minute walk to the Englischer Garten.

Hotel is in a quiet location and is clean etc.. but the rooms don't have air conditioning and there is no sheet on the bed only a duvet so it was either very hot or cold. Not a very comfortable sleep

Really great hotel. The high user rating isnt surprising. I traveled alone for annual Stroke Art Fair and it was close to Praterinsel where I could walk to daily. Also close to Lehel Ubahn station so close to Marienplatz / city center. very calm and quiet neighborhood and safe at night. The hotel itself was super clean and modern. The single room was small but perfect for one. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave me a map and even made me a coffee when i asked where i could get one! I will definitely stay there again when in Munich. Thank you again staff of Ünsolds Factory Hotel! You were all so friendly and welcoming!

A really great hotel set in very peaceful surroundings. A 4 minutes walk to the English Gardens where the locals surf the waves. Also easily accessible from Lehen Station (10min walk). Staff were really wonderful and check was a breeze.

What I liked was the great conversations had at the main floor bar. We enjoyed interacting with the cheerful desk staff. The bed was firm & restful. The room was entirely too small. The bathroom was tiny for a hefty guy like me. I had difficulty getting in and out of the shower as the doors slid away from the corner. I had to turn just so to clear the doors while holding the plumbing to lower myself safely to the floor.
