The first night the room was excellent. However when we entered the room there was a crane outside of the window. On 12/15 at 11 pm my daughter called the front desk because they were doing construction work right outside the window causing a lot of noise. We were told that the hotel was unaware of the construction work but the crane was outside the window the day that we checked in. During the call, the hotel associate said the construction work would stop an hour later at 12 am. While it stopped temporarily at 12 am, the work resumed at 2:30 am and continued until 5 am.

Pros: Check-in was very efficient. Room was well cleaned. Grapes Restaurant for the most part serves very good food (although there is a con). Our room was spacious, nice decor and blissfully quiet.
Cons: Despite the front desk supplying more pillows, had a hard time getting a good night's sleep as the filling in the pillows isn't sufficient. There needs to be hooks or even better a towel bar in the bathroom. The partial shower door isn't wide enough and so water from the shower would enter the bathroom floor, creating a mess. There isn't any in-room coffee which wouldn't be so bad if during breakfast at Grapes, a thermal carafe of coffee and one for milk, was left at the table instead of our constantly having to request a refill - 2 out of the 4 times we had breakfast it took 3 requests for coffee before the wait staff filled our coffee. Lastly, Grapes Restaurant should post on their website about the limited food menu on Monday night.

The property and staff were amazing we were on the 2nd floor with a view down the alleyway straight to the Hofbrau Haus, the hotel is walkable to almost anything you would need. Only a few minute stroll to the Marienplatz and the Bahn station. The bakery just across the street was amazing as well.

I stayed at Hotel Cortiina recently and, while the location was excellent and the bed comfortable, my overall experience was overshadowed by poor service and unacceptable behavior.
On multiple occasions, I encountered rude and racist attitudes from staff. During breakfast, one server was dismissive and unprofessional—when I opened the menu simply to confirm the exact name of my order (which I already knew), she abruptly said she was too busy and couldn’t wait. At dinner, the attitude of the staff was similar, which led us to stop dining there after the first two nights.
Additionally, one of the receptionists—a short man with a beard—was extremely rude and came across as discriminatory. For a hotel of this standard, such behavior is shocking and unacceptable.
Accessibility was also an issue, as the tub was unusually high and difficult to use safely.

The front desk people were very friendly and helpful! The hotel overall seemed clean. However, the room deodorizer used in the hallways, was very strong, almost nauseating and the hallways were so dimly lit that we had to use the flashlight on our cell phone to unlock the door.. Please be aware that there is only a partial glass door on the tub so when you shower, the water goes everywhere and makes the floor slippery! The sink vanity is also narrow so water easily gets everywhere. The room was large enough, but the desk area was very narrow. The room had a bench which was helpful so we had a place to put a suitcase. A luggage rack would’ve been helpful as well.FYI there is a strip club across the street which may be offensive to some.

The staff was amazing! They helped us switch rooms a few times because our AC didn’t work. I did notice the AC in the rooms that were at the end of the corridors had weak AC compared to those at the beginning of the halls.
