I liked the continental breakfast however the carpet just out side my door had as sewerage smell and no small towels was in the room, no phone in the room. Was very disappointed with my stay. The staff however at the breakfast area and front desk was accommodating and were very helpful calling me as taxi and directing me on how to make tea.

She was very unattentive to my requests.
Hotels check out policy is 12:00pm I was an hour late for check out amd she didnt even listen to the reason and just charged me 18Euros for an hour late check out. A job well done Ms. Laura Josic.

Short but Charming Visit!

Exceptional service from the front desk staff! They assisted me with specialized maps, Covid 19 Test appointments and great information to pack a short stay in Munich with the city's cultural highlights! The hotel is very convenient to exceptional public transportation options! The room is carefully thought out and was very comfortable with everything I needed. The staff made me feel at home. It was a lovely experience!

I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, I was shocked when the staff told me my room had not be confirmed because my booking was done through expedia.com. She told me I should book direct from the hotel next time. Anyway, I just left my luggages and let them deal with it. Luckily, my room was ready in the afternoon.

The room was spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is close to public transport. Some restaurants nearby. Satisfactory overall.

Good Hotel In Munich Ost

Good hotel located 5/10 mins walk from Ost Bahnoff or u can catch a tram there which stops right outside the hotel. Great location despite being a bit out of the city and there are a few nice restaurants nearby if you mooch around the streets, a LIDL is also just around the corner. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable with a nice powerful shower and aircon that actually worked. Overall a great place to stay as an alternative to central Munich and well worth the saving compared to staying central.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. All communal areas were kept fresh and the staff were excellent. Rooms were spotless, but no tea/coffee making facilities or room safe. Has really good transport links via, bus, tram and trains and even good parking below the building. The immediate area was ok for bars and some restaurants, but if you need nightlife, it's a short journey into the city centre. Overall, excellent hotel and would have no hesitation in booking again, including other One Motels in other cities.

great hotel, close to public transport

We stayed there for one night before heading home and needed something close to the S-Bahn going to the airport, but still close enough in town to go out and enjoy the city. The hotel seems pretty new, facilities are great and staff is friendly. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected in a city, but clean and simple. We unfortunately ended up in a 1st floor room overlooking the street car station, which woke us up every 20-30min during most of the night. I would stay there again, but not in a room facing the street noise or maybe a higher floor could help.

(prices go up when major events are happening in Munich, but not by as much as every other hotel in the area, so it will still be a good price.)

We stayed here for 3 nights.we wanted somewhere close to Ostbahnhof and it was about 10 blocks away. The hotel rooms are airconditioned which was appreciated since there was a heatwave in Germany. The hotel and rooms was very clean and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The only downside was the size of the rooms and that they don't have a closet or dresser, only a small space with 6 hangers and some shelves. This was ok for 3 days, but would have bothered me for a longer stay. The breakfast was good.

SUPER SHOWER!

We found this hotel definitely perfect for ONE but a tight squeeze for TWO even though everything was efficiently packaged, the parking, check-in, room layout, bath and lounge.

The real highlight was the fantastic shower which has to be one of the best we have ever used in anywhere in the world. Easy control with huge sater volume and pressure.

But for a short 12 hour stopover before a flight out of Munich, it was good enough and parking in garage was nice and easy.

Excellent value, ideal location. Functional, clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds.
We arrived before 11am and were able to check in. Staff were all very friendly and polite.
Breakfast was simple but good value. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for good value, no frills accommodation.

Hotel is near transport but not much else, but there is a charming neighbourhood within a 15-20 minute walk. wifi ok but not the best, couldn't always get on even at nonpeak times.

My son and I stayed 3 nights. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was small but functional. The bathroon was clean and had the appropriate ammentities. A coffee pot would have been a nice addition, as well as a couple more tv channels in English. Since we were only in the room to sleep, our experience was satisfactory overall.

I Love my hotel place ,you can go to city center with bus 19 so easly . And if you want to drink beer you sould go city center in munich you could find a lot of beer house there. And we were going to kutfabric which is the most famous place for dancing ,drinking, and lisening very close to my hotel . We paid to public trasportation just 6 Euro per day single day ticket unlimited transportation. And hotel breakfast is so better than the other hotel breakfast in the Munich I love it.
And the hotel staffs are very kindly and helpfully . The rooms are clean.

The room was very clean. The bathroom is tiny, but the shower is large which is nice. It's motel one, so you're not getting a phone or a closet. There's no room service, but there is a 24 hour bar in the reception. My biggest complaint would be that there are air conditioning controls on the wall, but nothing works. 3 staff members came to my room to check, and all said they didn't know how to use it. Not rocket science....on....off....didn't work. My group had several rooms there, none had working a/c, so clearly not on in the building. Be warned if you are sensitive to noise, it's right across from the tram and the train station, very loud. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a business room for two nights with the City of London FC Munich Tour. 10 of us stayed here and the staff was very friendly, well organised and helpful. Not sure if the Business Rooms are any different (perhaps on a higher floor). Rooms are simple, tidy and not big but not too small. No safe is the only thing that I would have liked. Good shower, towels. The breakfast was simple continental. Everything was fresh and the quality was good. Excellent for the rate.

Very convenient for our needs

We stayed one night as it was close to the Ostbahnhof station, for an early start the next day. Excellent value for money and whilst the room was simply furnished it was very clean, modern and all we needed. Breakfast buffet was very good value at 7.5 euros and had a wide selection. Desk staff also good.
We found a Trattoria just around the corner in Kirschenstrasse which was authentic and popular with locals, a second (more expensive) one was further up the street. If all of the this chain of hotels are like this we would return, when we need a short stop if other cities.

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber recht klein. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen, für 1-2 Nächte okay.
Bei Buchung über die hoteleigene Webseite bekommt man eine gratis Flasche Wasser, über andere Anbieter leider nicht (muss man dann teuer kaufen an der Bar)...
Gut angebunden, diverse Busse und Trams fahren direkt vor der Tür.

Y el cobertor es muy chico alcanza para una persona. Al llegar muy limpio, pero durante la estadía sólo sacaron la basura del basurero y estiraron la cama, sin cambio de toalla, ni reposición de repuesto de pañuelos desechables ,ni del papel higiénico . La ventana quedó abierta. No cuenta con shampoo ,ni acondicionador.
Tiene secador de pelo. Para estadía corta ok. Bien ubicado en relación al transporte público , y se puede llegar caminado al centro historico

Nicht so gut wie ich vom Motel One kenne

Ich kenne alle Motel One Hotels in München, weil ich dort arbeite und bevorzugt in den Motels übernachte. Leider sind die Wände bei Motel One East sehr hellhörig und ich habe alle meine Zimmernachbarn gehört, konnte leider sehr schlecht schlafen. Das Zimmer war sehr abgenutzt und an der Wand hinter dem Bett waren komische Flecken dran. Ach ja und direkt vor meinem Fenster eine riesige Baustelle. Ich habe für meine nächste Aufenthalt doch umbuchen müssen.

Das Zimmer war sauber und schön. Das Problem war das die Klimaanlage nur geheizt hat. Durch den Hinweis im Aufzug haben wir die Anlage im Zimmer gleich ausgestellt. Nur leider wurde es nicht viel kühler. So das wir nur mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnten. Leider war unter unserem Fenster im 1. Stock eine Schnellstraße, Straße, Baustellen an allen Seiten und gegenüber noch die Gleise des Ostbahnhofes. Demnacj qar eine ruhige Nacht ausgeschlossen und wir sind nach unserer Reise völlig übermüdet nach Hause gefahren.
Würde die Klimaanlage kühlen würde das rine super unterkunft sein. Fie Betten sind nämluch auch super bequem. Fazit. Super preiswertes Hotel... leider klimaanlage noch nicht auf Sommermodus umgestellt

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camere un po' piccole ma per queste cifre sono ben al di sopra della media.
Doccia molto comoda. Le stanze sono pulite e molto silenziose.
Davanti all'ingresso c'è la fermata dell'autobus e quella del tram che ti portano agevolmente in centro città o ai collegamenti con la metropolitana e con i treni di superfici disponibili alla Ostbahnhof

Tolle Lage, Ostbahnhof 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Alles sauber, Bett bequem, Frühstück lecker.

Das eonzigste, was mir nicht gefallen ist - Klimaanlage hat nur geheizt, obwohl es draußen sehr warm für Oktober war (20 Grad und viel Sonne), es wird automatisch für Winter zentralgesteuert.

Gerne wieder

Das Hotel Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Für meinen persönlichen Komfort, hätte ich mir eine Badewanne gewünscht. Außerdem schade ist, dass das zugehörige Parkhaus öffentlich genutzt werden kann, sodass dieses bei meiner Ankunft leider besetzt war. Die Verbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war dagegen perfekt, da direkt vor der Türe eine Straßenbahn hielt. Obwohl das Hotel direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt, habe ich auf dem Zimmer keinen Verkehrslärm vernommen.

Größere Fahrzeuge über 1,90m Fahrzeughöhe finden keinen Platz in der Garage. Parken in der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist offiziell nicht gestattet.

Für die Lage in München Innenstadt und den günstigen Preis erwartbar kleines Zimmer. Schön, dass der Rest toll war: Sauberkeit, Zustand, sogar das Wort \"Designhotel\" ist hier nicht übertrieben.

Sehr praktisch gelegenes Hotel. Super Verkehrsanbindung. Das hotel selbst hat den üblichen Motel one Standart. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einziger Haken (wie in einigen anderen Motel One) ist, dass der Frühstücksbereich nicht ausreicht um die Menge an Gäste unterzubringen. So muss man zu Stoßzeiten lange Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen, bis ein Tisch frei wird.
