The problem we had is that they never came by to clean the rooms,we had trashbin the room for over a week. Not one time we had any service. We had to go to the lobby to get bathroom supplies and trash bags.

The hotel room is excellent. We love all the amenities of the hotel. It's a short walk to the S/U Bahn. The only thing we had problem with was the elevator. They have three elevators but they were not working well while we stayed there. It was during the Christmas/ New year season, so repair was impossible in Germany. At one point, we waited for 20 minutes for the elevator. Everything was great but the elevator situation was bad.

We stayed on the 23rd floor, 2 floors below their roof top bar on the 25th. The bass could be heard all night until they closed like 2am. Also 1 of 3 elevators was out of service, so it took forever to get an elevator.
They said they had a microwave, but it was a oven combo and it didn't have the microwave option. It couldn't be found anywhere in the control panel options. No instruction (QR code), not even the front desk knew how it worked. I looked up the oven on the manufacture's website and the display with microwave option was not on their oven.
They have maid service only on the 3 day so if you like your room refreshed everyday, then this is not your place.
I did like the bathroom and the layout of the rooms, plenty of room for bags.I think request a lower room and some training on the microwave should improve things (I guess they could add sound proofing)

Hotel is great, very close to train station which is easy t9o navigate. Taxi/Uber also easily obtained here. Limited breakfast if not eating in the hotel. During Christmas there is pop up market with live music and ice skating rink right behind the hotel. Would stay her again if not staying city center.

The staff and room were wonderful. The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly, including the housekeeping manager, who gave my daughter colored pencils and a coloring book. If we needed something, the front desk were happy to help. The room advertised having a capsule maker (Nespresso), but our room did not. I asked the housekeeping manager and she explained that some rooms have it and others have the French press; however, she said I will have one brought to you. The front desk girl brought it up a short time later and apologized for disturbing us (she didn’t..,she was just being polite). I really enjoyed the hotel, especially having an indoor pool in the winter. This was the perfect place for two adults and a toddler. The only difference we will do next time is try the two bedroom apartment, as our daughter will be older.

Very cool hotel. Our second time staying there. Unfortunately it has slipped a little. The thermostat didn’t work and it took until the 4th day of our 5-day stay to fix it. Small thing but important because it involves coffee—we were only given one coffee cup. Had to ask for a second one and more coffee a few times until they brought it. Cleaners didn’t stock extra toilet paper so we ran out. Used tissue—fine, but just a lot of little oversights that added up to not being as stellar as the first time we stayed there a few years ago when they first opened. Also charging for robes seemed wrong (“Cleaning fee”) if you’re going to have a pool and sauna. And I forgot an adapter. The hotel in Prague lent us one (and seemed used to that because they had a bin of them) whereas Adina wanted to sell us one for 15euros. I would not have needed one except they only had a usb port instead of the more current USB-c plug in the room. Still, I love the view of the little urban farm with the adorable black-faced sheep. And it’s still a great and funky hotel.

The location was very good, only 5-mins walk from the train station. There are also a good selection of supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself is lovely and the room was really spacious and very clean. It was very quiet most of the time, there was just one night (out of 7) where the hotel bar was very noisy but the sound of the air con helped to drown out the music.
I would definitely stay here again. The only issue was that the details said the apartment had a dishwasher but our room didn't have one and washing up in the small sink with no space to drain dishes was not easy. Having a separate bath and shower made up for it though!

My family and I (myself, husband and teenage son) booked this hotel for our stay in Munich during Oktoberfest. We enjoyed the layout of the room because it offered space enough for the three of us as well as privacy. My husband and I occupied the bedroom and our son slept on the pull out sofa in the living room that was separated by the doorway. The kitchenette and laundry were also very convenient. The location is convenient with the train station quite near by. Fun bonus was all of the dining options within walking distance, especially the Currywurst food truck right next to the hotel. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a larger hotel space with separate sleeping areas.

The hotel was great. Very easy to navigate from. All the restaurant/bar staff were more than hospitable. They clean your room every 3 days, which is fine, except they missed both of the rooms in our group. We had requested extra towels on the 1st day and they were not received. When I called the front desk about the cleaning and the towels they were apologetic and although no one was on site to clean the rooms they did bring towels right away.
I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent facilities in the apartment very comfortable with a great settee to make the most of the view.The wellness centre was amazing and able to go almost every day because the opening hours were 5am to 11pm. We booked an apartment on the 12th floor. It was on the corner and the views of Munich were fantastic. The washer/dryer set-up was most welcome. The building is newer and the amenities were great, especially the walk-in shower. The building is just a few minute walk from the East Munich train station.

The only thing that did not work out was the washer/dryer in our room (a major reason for our selection of the hotel) did not work properly. We asked for help, and were put into a steam cycle. Eventually we had to find a local laundromat.

A Great Place

Adina is amazing. The rooms have space for you to spread out while watching the view from your room or the rooftop deck. There is a kitchen that is usable, but it is a little smaller than I expected. The washer/dryer is a bonus. There's a workout room and pool. My favorite place was the roomy bathroom with an incredible walk-in shower. The hotel is very safe and secure. It is near a train station and some nice restaurants. I highly recommend.

The Hotel was nice, but the surrounding environment was not the best. Traveled to Munich for a dance competition and thought this would be an okay location with the transportation availability. Air con was limited, room was really warm, so we opened the window which made the club music next door so much louder. First night it calmed down around 2 am, second night everything was louder, more people, and went to 5 am. Not the best environment for kids, weed, beer and language filled the front entrance.. but the security guard was nice.

Again nothing against the hotel, very nice, friendly staff. Just the loacation. If you want to party its your spot, but for a good nights rest when you have full days, this may need to be a pass.

It was clean and spacious. Washing machine in the apartment was a real plus! Staff were very helpful. Elevators had a glitch when we were checking out, so I had to climb 10 flights of stars, but that’s a first-world problem. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so was the service. The young man who served us (he was from Egypt…I didn’t get his name) was very kind and professional. Our daughter was not feeling great and we were getting a take-away order for her, and he insisted on taking it to the room for us. Such a kind gesture and definitely above and beyond the normal service from a server in the restaurant. He deserves recognition for being so precessional and kind. Cheviot was easy and we would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived late the front desk said our reservation had been canceled (they blamed us, but a quick check through Expedia showed it was not on our end). They offered to sell us a smaller room at between 400-800 Euro’s more. After much back and forth we finally got the room classification we had paid for. After all the back and forth the room was great and exactly what we had hoped, but the first night front desk fiasco left me with the feeling they were just trying to get extra money from us.

These hotel apartments had all the accommodations we desired with a wide variety of restaurants and the S-Bahn train is a 6 minute walk from this location. Grocery stores that have most of the items needed are on the other end of the train station, like Lidl's or Aldi's. There is a small market within walking distance of Adina Apartments.

The bed was very comfortable but the location is very busy and crowded with people, events, and parties so you won't get much sleep in the comfy bed due to the outside NOISE and the NOISE from the nightclub. Even on Sunday, it was very loud and noisy. I enjoyed the sounds of the lambs, chicken, and rooster. I looked out of the window and saw those farm animals on the rooftop of another building. Children come to that small farm area during school hours. It was nice to see the children happy and excited. The Art throughout the hotel was delightful.

My stay was overall positive but I don't think I would stay there in the future because I like my vacations to be quiet and peaceful most of the duration. Thanks to the hotel staff for accommodating me early as I arrived very early. This will definitely be a memorable stay. If you have a partying soul and love loud music until after 10pm most nights, you'll love Adina Apartments. They have a washer in the room, oven with microwave component, a cook top, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and other cooking essentials. The pans need to be upgraded though, a little worn and pot holders needed.

Unfortunately, my experience at Adina Apartment Hotel Munich was not satisfactory. Although the facilities are modern and the location is convenient, the general operation of the hotel left much to be desired, especially considering the high prices during the Bauma.

Throughout the stay it was necessary to go to the reception constantly to solve basic issues: the access cards failed repeatedly, the exit to the parking lot was problematic and everything required face-to-face validation, which was impractical.

Another very negative point was the lack of cleaning and maintenance of the apartment: the replacement of towels was not carried out or cleaned during the stay, something unacceptable in an establishment of this category.

On top of that, there was no running water in the apartment, making it impossible to shower or carry out daily routines — an absolutely unacceptable situation.

Added to this is that on the lower floors there are nightclubs from where you can hear music and noise until late hours, which makes it extremely difficult to rest.

Too bad, I wouldn’t come back anymore.

A newly built high-rise hotel that is clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. Our initial room was next to the rooftop bar, and it was quite noisy. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and promptly moved us to a quieter room away from the bar.

Highly recommend staying at Adina! It’s nested inside a cool business area with plenty of food options (visit Tasca across the street for authentic tapas!) and several coffee shops. Just a couple of blocks from the train station that can get you into the city centre in just five minutes, access to many many train lines, and easy access from the airport. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are perfect, the kitchenette is well equipped and came in good use. Even has a laundry machine.

Perfect Stay in Munich!

My husband and I came from America to visit Germany and chose this hotel. The rooms have a luxury feel and are very clean. The bathrooms are really nice and equipped with a wonderful shower and plenty of space to put your toiletries out. The cleaners come every 3 days to clean up and provide new towels and anything else you need. The indoor pool and sauna were great considering we were here in the winter. This area of Munich is Uber friendly and it is very easy to get around the city. There is a Christmas festival here that started November 15th right around the corner that was really cool. There are also tons of very modern restaurants within walking distance with people out and about. Overall the area felt very safe. We originally booked for 6 nights but needed an additional 2 nights due to a flight cancelation. Melanie at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful. Not only was she able to give us the additional 2 nights but we were also allowed to stay in the same room. Her kindness and patience was much appreciated.

The hotel is located a quick 4 minute walk from the train Ostbahnhof station which has direct lines to and from the airport (MUC) as well as to the city center of Munich & Oktoberfest. Very safe and quiet hotel. Nice staff. Stunning views from the room, lobby, dining area, gym, & terrace (mountain views). The restaurant had the BEST latte I’ve ever had (highly recommend). Room was awesome for 3 people (king bed & pull out couch), had a great view of the city, spacious, and kitchenette with large fridge was very handy. I highly recommend staying here. Very easy to use the train system as tourists, and is a main station for many different train lines. I am looking forward to coming back again and having a latte at the hotel restaurant. 11/10 recommend staying here

Fantastic location two blocks from the Ostbahnhoff train station that is a main hub to get everywhere. It is also right next to a giant farris wheel that is always lit, so if you get turned around, it is an easily seen landmark to get you home. The room we had was very spacious with a separate sleeping and sitting area. It also had a small kitchenette with convection oven/microwave and small all-in-one washer/dryer unit.
Check in was very easy and for us, English was no problem.
The location again was perfect that allowed us to easily get to Salzburg, and the main tour bus area. We also had several amazing Bavarian meals at local restaurants with virtually no tourists which was fantastic.
Highly recommended and we will stay here again for our next trip to Munich.

This hotel is great if you are using trains. Not if you want to just walk Munich. House keeping was terrible and someone came into our room randomly. We didn’t feel safe. The area is a big party area of very loud at night. Would not recommend for families even if it has a washer in the room. Sheets were scratchy and AC worked part time.

The apartment is fairly spacious, on high floor and has good view. Location wise, it is a 15-20 mins walk from the train station, no shelter. Apartment is not well kept, dusty. We booked for 4pax, and apartment did not prepare for 4pax including not providing towels. Had to call up housekeeping in evening to set-up the sofa bed, and ask for 4 bathing towels. Not worth the money spent.

Washer inside room did not work and staff was not helpful in resolving the issue. When maintenance worked on washer they left parts loose in the floor and never told us someone was going to be in the room working on it. I walked in the room with my mother after breakfast and a man was in the floor working on the washer after I specifically asked them not to. Horrible communication. The restaurant staff was the most friendly. Would not stay her again.

Lovely room with great facilities. However we stayed over a hot weekend (30 degrees) and the air con was inadequate, maintenance measured the temp at 26-36 degrees in various parts of our room. Air con apparently working fine, just too weak to make more difference. At night, it was too noisy with night clubs until 2-3am to open the windows, a d air con went onto low Dane option automatically.

Great location close to Ostbahnhof. If arriving via Ostbahnhof you can walk the tunnel underneath the train platforms which brings you out on Friedenstrasse (by Burger King). From there it is only 2 blocks away next to the ferris wheel. The hotel is modern and clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days and if you run out of anything (coffee pods, etc.) reception is very helpful. Lots of amenities nearby. We bought groceries at Edeka and Lidl by the main entrance Ostbahnhof and DM in the station for toiletries, etc. The area right by the hotel is vibrant,has a lot of food options, bars, bakeries, etc. Downsides were that we could hear some noise from the clubs in the area and the AC did not seem to work very well (centrally controlled maybe?) Overall though we really enjoyed our time at this hotel and we would stay here again

Amazing views and great facilities

We had an amazing view over the train station and the city centre. Nice large dining table and everything we needed in the kitchenette. Really nice shower, clean and stylish decoration. Super comfy bed. We loved the pool and enjoyed using the gym and sauna. The noise from the nightlife below was a little annoying on Friday and Saturday night, but the air conditioning provided white noise to cover the bass and occasional shout/cheer. We couldn't hear anything from neighbours and the trains were quiet with the windows closed, so overall it was peaceful at night. We loved looking out at the chickens and sheep grazing on the roof below!

will definitely consider this hotel when we return

newly developed part of town. 10mins by car to marienplatz. parking is onsite. food at the resto is very good but choices are few. Hotel feels new and just beside the ferris wheel.
