The washroom was unhygienic. There were alot of little ants around the toilet mirror.
The room‘s ventilation was not working, the ac wasn’t working and there was no air so difficult to breathe in. We also called room service to inform about the issue but the issues weren’t considered.

Great place for Oktoberfest!
It’s a little out of the city center, but there is a streetcar (with a stop right out front) that gets you there (and then to the Wiesen) really quickly!
I would stay here again…especially during Oktoberfest.

Very good location. Some members of the staff were super friendly, but I received the “I could give a care less about you” from others at the reception. They would rather be doing something else like smoking at the entrance. Gross. The bigger downside was the ants that I shared my room with. There wasn’t an infestation, but more than one needed to be eliminated. Also, when I asked to extend a night because my planner changed, the prices got wildly high. Price gouging at its finest.

The hotel is ok lacated and fine for 1 night sleep and go.
The staff at reception is not at the level i would expect, welcoming ,and happy to see customer coming trough tte door, instead they sre arrogant,not welcomming,no smile, no emotional connection, especially the lady in shift sunday morning 01.06.2025, but all the others i seen in reception these last 2 days.unhelpfull,Really terrible
customer service, one of the wrost ever experiened.

An entirely satisfactory hotel. Very polite and professional staff. A little difficult to find the entrance the first time, as it is not directly on the boulevard.
My only criticism is that the room was quite small. Given that I was in Munich for a conference, this was acceptable as I did not spend any time in my room. But if I was in town for tourism or without a very busy schedule it would have felt constricting.

We were there for an exhibition. It was very easy to get from the location to the exhibition by public transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room very clean. The breakfast buffet selection is fantastic. I will keep this hotel bookmarked for future stays in Munich.

Given room which hotel knew had no air conditioning - moved to another room but only after 1 night of no sleep in 30degree heat, no apology.

Parking garage is a joke and not cheap either. Quite a few spaces but on a lift / conveyor system so you are left waiting for ages for others to request their car and load cars before you can park or leave

We always stay at this hotel as it is located perfectly for our requirements. The hotel in quite new and still has that 'new' feel about it. The beds are comfortable and rooms are perfect for our needs. Breakfasts are excellent and I especially like the walk-in shower without a door to negotiate!
The only improvement I would like is a shelf in the shower as there is nowhere to put your own shower gel or hair shampoo.

The staff was very nice. The room was comfortable, but it was quite warm. The air conditioning didn't get very cool and the room faced the afternoon sun so it was very warm. The bathroom was small but usable. I did not like the soap provided, it was weird/cheap gel. Overall, this was a great location and a nice hotel for the price.

Good, solid stay!

We were looking for a more affordable hotel that is not too far from the city, and ibis Munchen City Ost fits the criteria. There is a nearest tram station but we used Josephsburg station mostly. I love that Kaufland is next door and there is also a bakery in the corner, for the food choices.

This is a great little hotel, ideal for a few days away. Train a leisurely 15 min walk away or tram stop 5 mins max. Only takes 10 min into city centre by train, a little longer by tram but offers different stopping points to train. Staff very friendly and always happy to help, nice to have a bar for a night cap after a days sightseeing and beer drinking!! Would recommend for those wanting a leisurely break just out of the busy city center

Very modern, clean and reasonably priced hotel with helpful staff. Uninspiring location but close to tram into the city and lovely bakery nearby. Also close to large supermarket. Twin room didn't have a lot of space for luggage. Nice lounge and bar area in hotel lobby.

Charged extra for breakfast. Charged extra for parking. The staff said street parking was ok! It was. They changed internet codes and did not tell me. To get on internet had to input a code every day.

It is a nice hotel right next to a subway stop(underground) that we used frequently while in Prague on Vacation. The hotel is a nice European type room that is fairly small but has what you need. You did have the option of getting breakfast with the room.

15 mins on the tram to the centre. Room a little hot as still on winter mode but AC does work once they switch it off. Bar in the hotel is excellent and there are lots of bars and restaurants within walking/ 1 tram stop. Well worth a stay!

The Best Ibis ever!

I have stayed at many Ibis hotels. I can say that this was by far the best ibis hotel ever. It was at brand new condition. The room was perfect and comfortable.There is no negative comments about this hotel, except for the parking fee.
The location of the hotel is also very easy that you can reach the motorway in minutes.
The hotel has an underground parking for 12 euros. i think that it would make sense to park it on the street.
I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is not located in the city center however, a good access to the city with the tram which stops very close to the hotel.
The tram #19 (if I remember correctly) takes you into the city in about 15 minutes.
There is a nice bakery near the hotel and they offer a reasonable breakfast.
We were given 2 card keys to our room but one key never worked even when we got it fixed.
Also no key could open the door of the staircase which links to the car park or easy access to our room instead of the lift.

Very clean, 1 tram ride straight to Marienplatz!

Very clean, small rooms, fairly spacious bathroom bit everything is nacely designed. Hotel has a positive feelgood vibe. 1 tram ride thats 20 quick minutes to nearly every place in munich, english garden, marienplatz, bmw is 1 tram ride 40 minutes.

Great choice I would stay again if I return

It was great .. there is parking garage of the hotel which charges you 12 euro a day but I didn't used it at all because you can park next to the street anywhere for free and the area was safe and friendly neghborhod .. also there is a big supermarket next to the hotel so it's easy to get what you need .. and it is 10 minutes away from the city centre So it's so good for its price

Das Hotel war sauber, die Einrichtung eher einfach gehalten. Das Personal hat bei mir jedoch keinen durchweg professionellen Eindruck hinterlassen: Die junge Mitarbeiterin wirkte etwas distanziert und nicht herzlich, und der männliche Mitarbeiter verhielt sich für meinen Geschmack zu locker und persönlich. Für eine kurze Übernachtung völlig in Ordnung, wer Wert auf ein professionelles Auftreten legt, könnte aber enttäuscht sein.

Es war der schlimmste Check-In den ich hatte. Über eine Stunde in einer Schlange gestanden und gewartet bis die ganzen Leute ihre Zimmerschlüssel bekommen hatten. Auch vorher einen Parkplatzt zu bekommen war nicht möglich. Unterkunft selbst war ok. Aber das man hier nicht etwas pragmatischer vorgehen kann, z.B. die Abrechnung zu einem andere Zeitpunkt zu verschieben… einfach Schema F

Passabile, ma personale al bar terribile

Albergo nel complesso discreto, con ottima qualità del sonno e letto comodo. Camera pulita e in ordine, ma senza armadio, abbastanza piccola, con bagno minimal e phon malfunzionante. La ventola del bagno non aspirava molto e dopo due docce c'era la \"nebbia di vapore\" a lungo. In ogni caso la struttura è nuova e la colazione (16 euro a persona) non era male, ma un po' cara per il tipo di hotel. Ciò che non ha reso la nostra permanenza felice è stato il personale, veramente scortese e poco motivato, soprattutto al bar la situazione era imbarazzante, neanche nelle bettole di periferia trovi personale così poco professionale e maleducato. L'unica personale cordiale e professionale è stata la Signora che ci ha fatto il check-out.

- : No coffee machine and no fridge (for iced coffee), so you can't get your coffee in the morning without buy the 3 euros coffee in the reception ; the air dryer was not functional ; the bed had dark spot on it ; a bit pricy for the quality of the hotel
