They never took any of the dirty glasses from our room. By the time we left we had a stack of dirty glasses that needed washing. All the staff except one were rude, when I asked to speak to a manager I was told he was the manager and was also rude. The place is one and half block away from strip tease (gentlemen’s club). Makes you feel real safe when you have to walk past them to get to the metro. One of the worst places I have ever stayed

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights.

The first night I slept there alone, the second night, my family joined me.
The morning of the second day, I paid for an additional bed in the room and asked to have the room cleaned before my family had to use it.

At 7pm we came back to the room and found everything as I had left it in the morning.

After complaining with the reception, some staff member came, left the bed in the middle of the room, threw some fresh towels on a table and left.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and definitely not worth of a 4* rating.

We didn't even have a complementary bottle of water in the room which is a standard practice for 4* hotels worldwide.

Never again!

In the middle of a run down, deserted industrial estate, with no other facilities in the area other than a number of lap dancing clubs. On the positive side, only a few minutes walk to the U-bahn on the U2 line with good links to the City and Airport. Maybe a sensible choice if attending the Messe Halles, rather than for tourists.

The room was exactly as promised and was clean and ready when I expected it to be.

The property is a weird walk to the closest subway station (you pass by multiple adult entertainment venues and have to go through not the best-lit areas) but this is not entirely the fault of the property and may have been different for a man/group rather than a woman travelling alone.

The staff were friendly if not the most helpful (there was a Bavarian holiday during my trip and they were not sure what would be open, which was a little disappointing as I would have appreciated some guidance). If you know your way around Munich/Bavaria, I imagine this would also not be an issue.

The hotel is also a bit outside city center (something I knew when booking, and was not unpleasantly surprised by) but this would have been an issue if I were not familiar with public transport/had cell service to find my way around.

All in all, I had no issues with the hotel itself, and would recommend it.

Bad WiFi, long check-in/out times

Check-in was painfully slow due to a large group with a bus tour checking in at the same time. Long queue while checking-out as well. Wi-Fi didn't have adequate signals in the room to be useful. Rooms were clean and well furnished.

Overall really enjoyed my stay. Clean, comfy beds, friendly staff. Just a heads up for Americans - there’s no AC and the window doesn’t open very much. I visited during the summer and there was not a lot of air flow.

No ac was a shock. Room was nice. Don’t accidentally book the wrong date or you will be stuck with it they won’t refund it at all. Even if you told them an hour after you booked and weeks in advance. Terrible service

Overall, it is a very comfortable place to stay in and quite convenient especially if you have a car. I would say the hotel feels more like a 3 star rather than a 4 but still it is very clean and comfortable. I will for sure stay here again.

Great location, but we had room with view to parking, there was noise all night but we needed to sleep with open window as there is no air condition and it was too hot in the room. Location is great, close to metro, safe and you can park at the street for free. I just believe the price was too high due to the Adele concert and the hotel try to profit from the location.

The hotel is nice, clean and newer. We had connecting rooms and stayed 2 nights. Staff is nice. Problem was that I stayed here because they had a laundry room but it’s only open from 9-5. Which didn’t help me at all which was unfortunate.

Upon check in, the staff was rude. Because we booked through Expedia, and not through the Wyndham website, their demeanor changed. We asked for the VIP perks, and once again was told that because we booked through Expedia we were not eligible for an upgrade. We spoke to a supervisor who then told us if we wanted the upgrade it was 180 Euros. My husband paid because we were making a scene, it was embarrassing, and the staff made us feel as if the VIP perks were not eligible there.

This hotel is a little bit far from the city itself but its ok. Its in an industrial area and we have to take a cab everytime we want to go somewhere. The service is so slow maybe because they're understaffed. The server is also the bartender, cashier, taking orders, cleaning the tables, etc, etc, etc. How I wish somebody is helping him out. That makes the service so slow.

Exceptional Hotel except the room service.

The staff at the front desk were exceptional however the room service staff would do odd things like not replace certain towels, the inside of my microwave was full of rice from some prior visitor, etc. Great hotel, brand new, central location, great staff at the front desk however the room service staff needs proper training preferably by Anthony Melchiorri.

Location wasn't exactly ideal. It was about a 12-15 minute walk to Ubahn (train). There are a few bars, but at least 4 of them are strip clubs. There are a couple of good restaurants within a 15 minute walk, really like An Italian on just north. Hotel itself wasn't very well sound proofed, but it was clean and the staff were great. There is no gym here, I think my website said there was one though. Worth the value of the money I paid

Perfect for a stay near the exhibition. Walk to the hotel from the station takes about 7-10 minutes. There is no direction on how to get to the hotel, so ask before hand. No one in the area knows.

Good stay during Electronica Fair

Stayed here during Electronica fair for the whole week. Clean and nice rooms and showers (which was cold one morning but perfectly working the next one). Pretty long hallways to walk through sometimes to get to your room. Good and friendly service.

Wir wurden im Hotel sehr freundlich empfangen, die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und empfehlenswert. Es gibt eine Art Minishop, der die wichtigsten Pflegeartikel parat hält. Die Lage ist ruhig und eine U-Bahn Station ist nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

La cocina no tenía sartenes ni utensilios de cocina, pero si que tenía platos, cubiertos microondas y vitroceramica.
Todo estaba muy limpio y la habitación es grande y espaciosa.
El baño está muy bien equipado, tiene champú y acondicionador, crema corporal, de manos y gel, además de secador, toallas de tres tamaños, pañuelos y vasos.

Abbiamo soggiornerà in questo hotel, bello,camera confortevoli,parcheggio in loco, meno caro degli altri e quindi bene.
Non è vero che dista 10 minuti da Monaco perché ce ne vogliono ben di più,per noi non è stato un problema perché con la macchina è stato anche piacevole, ma per chi si muove con i mezzi,darei prima una controllatina...

Otelin yeri Münih bölgesine göre iyiydi. Odalar sessiz ve temizdi. Eşyalar kaliteli ve kullanışlı. Odada küçük bir mutfak olması çok güzeldi. Kahvaltımızı odamızda çok rahat bir şekilde yaptık. Otopark için ekstra para istemeleri hoşuma gitmedi. Kapalı otopark için ekstra bir para daha istediler. Bizde açığı tercih ettik mecburen. Odalara ulaşım biraz zordu. Zor derken kapılar dan geçerek koridorlara ulaşılıyor. Kapıları elimizde bavul ile açarken çok zorlandık. Onun dışında resepsiyon daki beyefendi çok nazik ve yardımcıydı. Kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz.

Zimmer super heiß, keine Klimaanlage- sollte bei 4 Sternen schon standard sein. Fenster konnte man nicht offen lassen, weil es von nebenan bis spät Abends und ab 5 Uhr morgens sehr lautes Reden gab. Wenn man das grüne Schild nicht raushängt, wird das Zimmer nicht gemacht... Zimmer roch total nach Essen. Parkplatz mit Expedia inklusive

Établissement agréable, propre, confortable. Quartier sans intérêt mais à 10 min du métro (compter 20 min pour rejoindre le centre). Chambres spacieuses. Pas de mini bar. Personnel accueillant mais sans plus. Pas de bonjour lors des passages à l’accueil. Ont oublié de me restituer ma CNI au check in, l’ont rangée dans un tiroir puis n’ont pas pris soin de m’appeler pour me prévenir. Très moyen.

Super das man die Wahl hat ob das Zimmer gereinigt wetden soll oder nicht, super füt die Umwelt. Wenn nan ws dann aber möchte, sollte es auch gereinigt werden. Dann nur Handtücher wechseln, ist zu wenig. Benutzte Tassen und das Bett aufschütteön wäre das minimum. Das Frühstück ein Traum.

Verkehrsgünstige Lage an der Messe. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Lediglich die Dusche war etwas undicht. Das Frühstück ist dem Preis entsprechend gut. Das Personal ist bemüht, der Service ok. Ich würde beispielsweise erwarten, dass man spätestens bei Nachfrage eine Zahnbürste kostenlos erhält und nicht für 2,50€ kaufen muss.
