Staff, the guy just knocked 2 times and when i went to door after just 2 seconds , staff unlocked door and came inside room. I asked why to come inside without my permissions, he did angry for me because delay 5minutes for check out, 12:15pm i checked out, it was too rude to affect my privacy without my permissions, no one apologized for me

Convenient for conference centre but very overpriced for what it provided. Very basic room- no desk to work, no facilities to make tea/coffee in room etc. would have accepted this if I was paying 60euros a night- not acceptable when you are charged over 250 per night. Clean and very basic. Poor value for money.

It was great. Actually I got a free upgrade to H4 hotel and all I said relates to H4 rather than H2. Anyway, the gym and sauna are the same for both. Both hotels can be entered from either one as the floors are connected. The breakfast at H4 was great although scrambled eggs tasted like made from powder. Bacon and porridge top notch. The location just across the street from sie Messe Munchen and close to a shopping centre and metro. 2 churches close by, one 5 min walk. Lots of parking space around especially at night. During daytime a bit crowded due to officers in the neighborhood.

Checked in today for a 5 night stay, and while check in was slow for those before me, my check in was swift and smooth. Comfort room was minimalist but otherwise fine. But the love stopped there. There were only three hangers and when I tried calling for more--no response. I went down to the front desk to ask for extra hangers and for ice. Front desk clerk grudgingly agreed to ask housekeeping for hangers, but wasn't hopeful that there were any staff available at that time (7 pm). I asked for ice and was directed to their restaurant a few steps away from reception. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, I was told by the person taking orders that he was too busy to step to the back to get me some ice. I'd waited for 15 minutes, but other patrons couldn't wait 2 minutes for him to get me some ice. No manager available for me to speak with. I later came down to get Uber Eats and tried to buy a bottle of wine at the restaurant. They sell bottles of wine, but he informed me when I asked that he couldn't open the bottle for me as he had no corkscrew. I would have to take the wine to the hotel next door. By the way, I never got the hangers or a follow up message about them. This hotel is just not ready for prime time! Oh, and my key card stopped working and the same front desk clerk seemed annoyed that I was bothering her to get a replacement card!

I decided to stay in this hotel since I was attending a conference last week.The hotel is definitely convenient for his location,but I found it expensive for what it was offering. Our room was very small for 2 people with their luggage and there was no door in the bathroom.We find it very uncomfortable for this reason.The price/quality ratio wasn’t definitely good.I wouldn’t repeat.For the same price I would choose a better place.
Apart from this staff and cleaning were excellent.

The room was clean in the sense that the bathroom was nice but the room itself was quite dusty. Also the curtains in the room were very badly stained and had a cigarette hole in the sheer curtain. Not that it personally impacted my stay or experience it just is not a good look. Also towards the top of the room you can see the air vents need a proper cleaning, there were some cracks in the wall. Staff was great and the beds were comfortable so overall it was enjoyable. 8/10

my room had lights except that I couldn’t charge my phone because there was no electricity in the charging port, the room was cold and the a/c was locked at a lower level. The breakfast was mismanaged it was terrible like they didn’t care who came and ate the food if you were living in the other places and if you walked in and grabbed a plate you can get away with it cause they weren’t checking nothing. Bad experience overall. Wouldn’t recommend!

I wish I didn't have a negative experience about the price I paid for my stay. I could have say that this was a pleasant and basic stay in a clean, well kept hotel in two very small rooms, conveniently located by the Messe.

But unfortunately, I got ripped off. I booked one room weeks in advance hoping to secure my stay and at a lower price. During my checking I discovered that I would have paid $320 less for the 3 night stay if I just booked the same room also through Expedia the same day.

This disappointment also put a dent on my trust in Expedia. It just doesn't make you feel good when you find out later that you have overpaid a 3 night stay by 1/3rd of the price you paid ahead.

I disliked the breakfast, the staff was a constant coin toss of whether or not they'd even attempt to help. I was reprimanded at one point for stealing when I was refilling a bottle with water. The area surrounding is beautiful but I would strongly recommend not bothering with this hotel.

I Walked away to park the car. There was no fridge in the room. It was clean and the serve ice friendly
You must have a special mask to access the restaurant and not with the normal mask. I was upset as I was asked to buy one.
On my way out the receptionist was so kind to offer me and my wife free mask to access the restaurant and the breakfast was excellent.
I know that the hotel cannot do for the restrictions but it’s better to get the info so one can be prepared.
The gym was closed and the receptionist tried to open but we didn’t not asked again as we didn’t have time

they were absolutely obstinate in any request for change of dates. i was travelling at a later date due to some personal reasons, and i agree that they had a zero cancellation policy but there was no response from Expedia or the Hotel with regards to date change. Great hotel! The rooms are very comfortable. I thought it was kind of quirky that there is no door separating the bathroom from the rest of the room. WC is private, but if someone comes in to the room while you are showering, you are totally visible.😂. I guess this is just modern design. 😄Excellent continental breakfast. Food available 24/7. The hotel is very conveniently situated to get back on the highway when you leave. Very close to a lovely shopping center with lots of great stores. Hotel staff is delightful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Be aware though that parking in the hotel garage is 18e per night and use of the fitness room will cost you 10e. With a little luck, it is possible to park on the street.

The room was very small and so was the bathroom. No place to open luggage. Breakfast was the same each day and the hot food was cold. The staff was not very helpful. You could not even get ice for your room. The location was about 25 minutes from Marienplatz stopEuro a night. About 40 minutes to airport by car.

The hotel is nice and the location is fine and easy access to the U-Bahn. The problem was that we arrived at 7 PM and were given a completely different room than we booked, we had a large room with 4 twin beds booked and were given a small room (in the H4 building) with one King bed and a rollaway bed which was not so comfortable. I will be complaining to Hotels.com about this situation, the hotel must have given our original room away as they said they were completely sold out. Not acceptable.

Clean Nicely deco hotel w/ Outstanding breakfast

My wife and I spent 3 nights @ H2 Hotel München Messe and the experiences were GREAT!

It's located nearby the Messestadt West metro station and about 30 mins ride away from the München Hbf. We arrived early for check in and the staff was so friendly to let us check in the room by noon.
The room was a bit small but very clean, comfortable with the nice blue and white color interior.
The breakfast was amazing with so many choices and this was a real bonus for us.
We also tried the pasta and pizza at the lobby restaurant for our dinner and they were not bad.

Highly recommend the H2 Hotel München Messe to everyone!!!

Stayed 9 nights at this hotel. Although a bit outside of the city center, there is an U-bahn station 3 min away by foot and bus stops too. Takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center. Great price and decent breakfast included. 24-hour restaurant downstairs is convenient, especially when jet lag messes up your eating schedule. Very nice staff. They were able to check us in a few hours before check-in time (our plane landed at 10:00 am). Would stay here again.

H2 Hotel review from a real guest

Easy to find and not far from the Munich Airport. Front desk staff was friendly and check in was easy. I arrived a little bit early and they still got me checked in without a problem. The room was a bit small but we were only there for a night. The room was clean though and everything was in order. The beds slept great. Breakfast was fantastic!!
