Clean room, great location a little bit outside the city centre but if you have a car, you’re grand. There is also a train to the centre. There is a cafe and a shop downstairs, outside of the hotel and the hotel has a lounge with coffee machine (paid) and a vending machine.

The room itself was very good and everything was clean. However, the people that loiter around the hotel are very sketchy and make the place seem unsafe. Had one guy make a finger gun and point it in my direction and then start laughing. There’s people drinking in public around the area as well.

You might consider it if you're just looking for a place to sleep while travelling/transiting the area.

However, if you're on vacation and hoping for peaceful and relaxing surroundings, don't bother. There is no staff available, and the check-in process, as well as locking/unlocking the room door, is all automated. There is no human interaction. Trying to contact them by phone is nearly impossible.

They respond to emails, but their customer service attitude is relatively poor.

Good hotel with some things to consider

This was a very good hotel, I did, however see some people struggle with the check in terminal, I checked in online which was very easy and the code to my room got text straight to me in advance, so I would recommend doing it this way! The hotel is in a quiet area, the REWE next door is handy but they don’t have much ready made food available and no salad bar like in some of their branches.

One thing to note, the bus outside the hotel doesn’t run on Sunday or public holidays and it is a 25 minute walk to Feldkirchen through an industrial area, which as a young woman travelling solo was a little uncomfortable, just something I wish I had known beforehand! Other than that, the room was clean, the bathroom did however have a slight urine odor but this went by the next day, I don’t think my room was used for a while as there was some dust coating things, like the tv remote. There was no aircon but the window opens nice and wide.

It is a hotel where most things are for “do it yourself”. It is very nice hotel for one or two nights. Be aware not many options close to this hotel if you have no car. There is a nice bakery and supermarket next door

Decent but will not go back

The hotel is modern and the room was clean but very small and the bathroom is tiny. The beds were not comfortable at all and due to that we didn’t sleep good. The service was very good. The area is very industrial and there’s a strong smell of cows around. The train is not so close, expect to walk a lot. There’s a lot of noise from outside so don’t even think about sleeping with the window open. It was very hot in the room because the temperatures outside were very high, I wish the hotel would have offered fans, at least.
There’s a supermarket and bakery outside the hotel where you can purchase a nice breakfast.

24-hour kiosk check in worked perfectly, very happy with that aspect. Rooms are opened with 6-digit codes, no key cards.

Room was small but clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel room information tablet was a great idea. Bakery on the other end of the building was super good for breakfast.

However, we had a ground floor room, and the walls are definitely not thick. Group of construction workers laughing and smoking outside does wonders for a wake up call in the morning. Hair dryer and one of the soap dispensers didn't work either; they're amenities I know, but my wife was hoping the hair dryer wouldve worked.

Reception was a little hesitant when I asked for more toilet paper too, not sure why.

Overall, a decent experience but I don't think we would want to stay again at this time.

Comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Munich. Was a 20 minute walk to the station and from there a 20 minute direct train into central Munich. Rooms were comfortable and the bathroom great. Restaurants and some shops nearby and accessible parking.

Avoid this property. Check-in kiosk after 10:00 pm was sort of sketchy, check out time is 10:00 am, a bit to early. The soap dispenser in the shower did not work in either of the rooms we were in, the bathroom fan would not shut off. Terrible location, approximately a mile away from the train station, not sure what we would have done without Uber, the bus does not run after 10:00 pm, does not run on the weekends either to that location. Rooms are clean but very small, no reception area whatsoever no where close to eat. I would not stay here again. Not sure how they scored so high on the ratings.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. You think it will be ok to leave the window open at night to reduce the unbearable heat of the room, no air conditioning, but no; you are right beside a road used by lorries throughout the night.
The bakery, the only place to get breakfast only takes cash and there is not a cash machine anywhere near, or any facility to get cash in the hotel.
We were very unimpressed.
I would rather have paid more and been closer to the centre of munich.

Fine but beware of no Aircon in Summer!

The hotel was a no-frills basic hotel. It was 'fine' except the rooms do not offer air conditioning. As it was well over 30 degrees this made it somewhat uncomfortable! There was free parking available and the wireless worked as needed. There are plenty of local restaurants.

Machine check in only after a certain time. Do not disturb signs means nothing here. Questionable people staying here. Curtains do not cover anything. Yes it’s way far from the venue but...Nice suburb, train takes you quite close to the entrance of octoberfest. With the money saved you’ll have more for beer and bratwurst!

The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are very helpful. It is located close to a great restaurant and supermarket. This is very handy. The only downside is the distance from the city centre. Taking public transit to the centre takes about 30 minutes, which isn't bad during the day but can seem very long at night.

The major problem I had was checking into the hotel. I arrived on the Sunday evening, after the hotel check-in had closed and there was an automated system, which required a pin number to be issued by the hotel. They usually send it out by email to their guests, but as you (hotels.com) had not passed this on to the hotel, I could not check in easily. Eventually, I did manage to get into the hotel....but it was very difficult. I did not break in, however!

When I did meet the staff the next day, they were very helpful indeed .....so YOU (Hotels.com) do need to sort out with the hotel a suitable system for late arrivals

While the only drawback was that there was no air conditioning- it was a very clean, comfortable and inexpensive place. Elana at the front desk was extremely sweet and helped us move to a different room not over the restaurant downstairs. Everything is new here- so while very basic- it's also very clean and modern. Very basic hotel, the room size is very small it has everything you need and is very efficient. An orange accent added some spice to it. Self check in is a great concept of this hotel and is an excellent feature for high traffic areas or busy days. There area few not bad restaurants in the area including tai and sushi.

OK for staying during the Oktoberfest. Place was 15 minutes from the nearest train station, although there is a bus that can bring you there in 5. If you purchase a daily ticket before hand (using the MVV App), you should not have any problems.

It's also close to a supermarket and a drinks shop should you require any.

The room was ok size but with very limited amenities. For 2 people it was cramped. Only a hairdryer came with the room. No safe, no fridge, reception staff was gone by 8pm which made it difficult if we wanted to call a taxi or something since we were on wifi only while traveling.

Almost perfect for people who have a car

The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Munich city by car (5 minutes if you drive at top speed). Has underground parking with a Tesla museum and is interestingly the most automated hotel I have ever been too, with a zero fuss checkout system.

It is also next to a 6/day week supermarket and a bakery where you can buy meals.

The only issue is, no fridge and no air conditioner, but you can open the window and get refrigeration.

Right on the edge of Munich very close to a Motorway junction. New, clean and functional. Secure underground (free) parking. Free and efficient WiFi. Large Supermarket with excellent Breakfast bar (open at 6) and good Italian Restaurant 2 mins walk away - same building complex. Very helpful and friendly check in staff answered all our questions. Rail link into city centre takes 20 mins and goes every half hour approx. \"0 min walk to the station but if you have car 5 min drive and loads of free parking. Buy ticket at small shop at entrance or if you know what you are doing there is a machine on the platform. The whole thing was exactly what we needed for a 2 days stop over at a very competitive price

Basic hotel, but clean room, comfortable beds and friendly English speaking staff. Grocery store, lovely bakery (which does breakfasts) and an Italian Restaurant located right next door. Hotel located about a mile from the railway station, but there is a bus (no. 263) which leaves regularly from the bus stops outside the station and it stops almost opposite the hotel. Normally very reasonably priced and excellent value for money, however we were there during Octoberfest when the price of all local hotels were at a premium, but it was still reasonable compared to other hotels at this time. Enjoyable stay.
