I picked this hotel because pictures were amazing and thought I was getting a good deal for such beautiful hotel. However, to my surprise, the hotel is not amazing, it is a 2star hotel. If you are lonely, you can find the prostitutes one block away. Just so you know, they may look like women, but who knows. Single men only!!!

A luminária do banheiro estava com mau contato, o batente da porta de entrada estava solto. A TV, apesar de ser Smart, não conectava internet e streaming. A piscina é bem menor do que aparece nas fotos. Os funcionários são atenciosos e o café da manhã é muito bom.

Hotel bem localizado, bom atendimento e café da manhã bem servido.
Quarto confortável, com uma pequena varanda com vista para o mar.
Alguns pontos negativos foram as toalhas de banho que passou da hora de serem trocadas pois estavam muito puidas e encartidas.
Outro ponto negativo foi um dos elevadores q permaneceu parado para manutenção durante toda minha hospedagem

Primeiramente quero elogiar a simpatia e a cordialidade de todos os funcionários do hotel.

Algumas coisas que não gostei no meu quarto (434):

- o chuveiro está muito ruim. Cada pingo de água vai pra um lado diferente.

- o ar condicionado é péssimo e não congela. Deixei no 18 graus o tempo todo e não gelou em momento algum.


- não tem cobertor no quarto e tem que ir na recepção pedir. A coberta é bem fina.

- o sinal da tv é ruim. Muitas vezes ficava travando os filmes.

Tivemos problema no check in (fui cobrada 200 reais para acomodar mais um hóspede), sendo que a minha reserva foi realizada para um quarto duplo ( ou seja, independente da quantidade de pessoas, o quarto duplo já contemplava o preço de 2 pessoas ), porém, mesmo assim, fiquei horas aguardando e ainda tive que pagar, ou então ficaria na rua.

Fora isso, o hotel é excelente, e o café da manhã é impecável.

Logo na recepção, fiquei surpreso com o lindo sorriso da recepcionista Sabrina, muito ágil, simpática e competente.

Hotel que precisa urgente de uma renovada e manutenção. No meu quarto com varanda, as maçanetas das portas de vidro estavam quebradas e a porta aberta (inacreditável). A pintura mais antiga do quarto mostra muito mofo nas paredes. A Rede Atlântica precisa investir de verdade aqui.

O hotel tinha uma boa aparência porém um pouco de demora no Chekin, O WI-FI NO QUARTO ERA MUITO FRACO QUASE ZERO. Isso deixou muito q desejar. No horário da madrugada muitos hóspedes fazendo bastante zuada! AS ACOMODAÇÕES estavam ok. PORÉM O QUARTO É SEM ISOLAMENTO ACÚSTICO logo a zuada dos corredores passava para o quarto. O QUE VALEU A PENA FOI O CAFÉ que foi excelente.

Poderia ser melhor. Segunda vez que me hospedo do Arcus. No banheiro todos os fracos de sabão, shampoo e condicionador estavam vazios, papel higiênico parece que o hóspede anterior deixou cair dentro da privada estava ressecado e amarelado. Liguei na recepção 5x e não atenderem, então fui lá pessoalmente. Tinha uma fila enorme. Acabei desistindo, fui na farmácia e comprei.
O café da manhã continua delicioso.

Excelente estrutura, excelente funcionários e uma água saborizada logo na entrada excelente, porém se fosse trabalhar num ponto a melhorar seria 02 coisas, primeiro o ar condicionado fica longe da cama e na direção de outra parede, daí vc liga ele porém não esfria o quarto como deveria, segundo a cama da criança é de estrutura metálica e com rodinhas de um lado parecendo cama de hospital e isso foi a primeira vez que vi em hotel e achei estranho. Mas o hotel é bom e eu voltaria sim sem estresse.

Hospedagem com ótimo custo beneficio

O hotel fica a duas quadras da avenida principal. Em poucos minutos caminhando você chega ao projeto tamar e na pista de kart.

Ficamos em um quarto super grande no 3º andar que tinha uma sacada e vista para o mar. A disposição do ar condicionado nesse quarto faz com que você demore a sentir o ar resfriado.

A internet do hotel é péssima nos quartos do 3º andar (não se dizer se é em todos mas no nosso era horrivel) mas no restaurante funcionava bem e era lá então que eu ficava quando precisava trabalhar.

O café da manhã é variado. Gostei bastante.

Um funcionário tinha dos dito que só podia dar um cartão de acesso ao quarto, o que é muito ruim e deixa uma das pessoas dependentes. No terceiro dia outra pessoa nos atendeu e foi mais solicita fornecendo um segundo cartão.



No mais, eu gostei e voltaria a me hospedar no Arcus.

O hotel tem um péssimo projeto acústico, assim, tudo o que acontece na rua ou nos corredores é ouvido nos quartos. Por volta de 3h da manhã, eles buzinavam, descarregavam malas, tudo com o motor ligado... Eu acordei bastante assustada. Ademais, o ar-condicionado do quarto estava vazando muita água, o que fez uma poça. Para quem vai passar alguns dias, como foi o meu caso, o café da manhã é sempre com os mesmos itens, que, inclusive, são repostos vagarosamente. Com certeza, as fotos estão superestimadas.
