I could hear my neighbour zipping a bag/suitcase… that’s how thin the walls are.
There’s an Italian restaurant nearby that’s decent. Apart from that there’s not much else to say.

This was our last hotel of this trip. It was spacious and modern. However, the hotel is trying to be efficience but there are things that not wirking (yet) such as the card reader in the lift. If it works, it will make guests feel safer, not anyone can just go up to the floors. The pink laundry machine, everyhting had to go thru the receptionist while there was a QR code there but was told, it is not working. The 24hr supermarket is a good idea but as expexted quite expensive and not many things there. So more like a convenient corner, not supermarket. Breakfast was great and on certain days they do Weisswurst with Bretzn. We had it once thru our stay. One of the best scrambled eggs so far as it was not overcooked. Definitely stay here again. The train station of S2 line just 5 min walk.

Perfectly serviceable for attending an event at Munich Messe. Close to bus and train station, clean and decent breakfast. Downsides were long queues at reception and bar (they seemed short staffed), huge uncomfortable pillows and the two-way mirror between bedroom and bathroom - don’t share a room with someone you are not very close to!

Terrible experience

This hotel fails to deliver the absolute basics. Everything was to a really poor standard. Breakfast was terrible, the layout is weird. There is a gym, Dj Booth and washing machine all connected with no privacy. Electricity kept tripping in the room with very little use . Bi access to tea or coffee unless at breakfast. Kettle in room but nothing provided, nothing the the shop and nowhere local to source. No room cleaning until day 4. Crazy prices to park. At “24/7” bar and which closed before midnight. Really creepy window/ mirror in the bathroom allowing someone to watch you in the shower or on the toilet with your knowlege because you can only see in from the outside and not out from the inside. And the people we sooooo rude!! It’s mind blowing!! I ever normally write reviews but this was exceptionally bad. Much prefer a cheap and cheerful premier inn. Safe to say we won’t be returning.

I stayed with my sister at a room for 2 which included a small kitchen. The overall experience was fine, the room was clean but a little small. There was only one chair for two people. Kitchen supplies are quite limited but suffice. The weirdest thing was a window by which you can look straight into the bathroom, which resulted in zero privacy. My sister and I made it work but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to any other travel group than couples

Ok room, needs a lot of improvement

Overall, the room was spacious and quiet. There was a fridge, cooking utensils and dishes plus a safety box. The bathroom was nice and clean. The bed was comfy and the sheets clean. The common areas seemed clean and cosy as well. The S-Bahn station is close to the hotel too, which was great.

However, there's a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the cleanliness of the room. The room was dusty, the kitchen area greasy and dusty as well. The filter of the cooker hood was extremely dirty and hence the whole room smelled awful when cooking. Additionally, there were no means for washing the dishes so we had to buy dish soap and dish brush in order to use the kitchen utensils. As for safety, one day a cleaner just appeared to our room without knocking first, really quiet, almost as tiptoeing, which really destroyed all sense of security we had before. All the email communication sent by the hotel was also in German, which was a bit confusing as we do not speak German and were not sure if we were missing some information (e.g. about check out) due to this.

We reserved a family room with a kitchen. However, when we arrived, we were assigned two separate rooms, one with a kitchen. This was acceptable to us, and the hotel waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The rooms were nice, but the kitchen was not supplied well. There was a sponge to wash dishes, but there were no dish towels nor was there any dish detergent. We needed to go to the desk and ask for more tableware. As mentioned in another review, the bedroom has a window looking into the bathroom which is rather odd. It was nice having access to a washer and dryer (for a fee), and the rooms were clean.

No idea why this property has such bad reviews, I thought it was great! The only thing I didn’t really like was the mirror/window in the room which meant you could see into the bathroom from the bedroom - maybe not ideal if you’re not travelling with a partner and are travelling on business! Other than that it’s a lovely hotel, very modern with a really nice bar in the lobby. I will definitely be back if I visit Munich again.

I ordered the apartment of 29 sqm in this hotel for 2 nights. At checking reception told me there are no apartments in this hotel and gave me a small room. I complained to hotels.com which made them \"find their apartments\" in the next morning.
Got an apartment in the second night. Electricity sockets were not working, TV not working and bugs were found in bathroom sink

Overall very good hotel for the Messe.

Overall good hotel, no restaurant and only limited selection of restaurants in the neighbourhood, but easy to get anywhere with taxis or train (station only a walk away). Good breakfast, rooms comfortable and good space. Would come back, recommend it to people going to the Messe.

The train station is a 7-8 min walk away and it will get you pretty much anywhere you need within a 10-30 min train ride (Oktoberfest, Marienplatz, Dachau Concentration Camp, meeting point for neuschwanstein castle) essentially all the main attractions. The hotel offers laundry but charges per load and dryer 4.5 Euros each. Breakfast was a huge feast with amazing an coffee machine that whips you up crafted coffee options. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and have a kitchen sink, few cups, wine glasses, wine opener, fridge, and an iron. They come by and clean everyday. They have elevators / lifts which is super helpful. There is a grocery store just a 7 min walk away & liquor store right next to the store. Last tip: place a do not disturb in the front door if you don’t want them to come and clean since they knock and come right in and it’s earlier in the day. After we noticed that we started to place the sign and had no issues. Overall, I would recommend!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

Terrible service from the hotel staff. No real urgency to help or care that there was a good handful of families and others waiting in the lobby to check in. This was roughly around 830/9 when I checked…When I booked through the app, I put in a request for a crib. Asked about it while I was checking in and the lady had no idea whether it was in the room or not. Finally got up to the room and there wasn’t a crib for my 9 month old. I went back to the lobby and it took 2-3 hours for someone to assist me and find one. By the time a crib was brought up, it was almost midnight…weekend staff were completely useless.

The apartments are well-equipped with everything you need to stay for some days. Particularly one guy in the staff was very responsive to our requests.
On the other side, we stayed for a week, and they only showed up to clean 2 times at inappropriate timing, respectively at 20:00 and 1:00 in the morning. The cleaning service was horrible, sorry to say.
When we complained, the guy from the staff came and cleaned personally and diligently and as an apology he gave us two packets of coffee(which later noticed had expired).
Interesting experience.

Don't waste your money - go to Golden Ball instead

Extremely disappointed in the quality of customer service and amenities provided by the staff and the hotel. Unfortunately my other bookings are not eligible for free cancelation, otherwise I would not return. Don't waste your time or your money with this hotel - go to Golden Ball down the street instead.

I checked in relatively late in the evening (23:00) and was met by an unfriendly and unhelpful staff member. The key card he gave me did not open the door leading to the room, so I returned to reception. He refused to accept that it didn't work and told me to go back and try again. Again, the card did not work. so I returned to reception. Impatiently and visibly annoyed, he walked me to the door and instructed me on how to operate the scanner... Rude and patronizing. The card was not working.

After receiving a different key and finally getting into the room, I noticed the lack of:
- shower gel
- sponges
- dishwashing soap
- cleaning cloths

Do you expect someone who is booking a stay at an *Apartment* Hotel to bring their own cleaning and washing supplies? These basic items cost a few Euros in bulk but the Hotel doesn't provide them?

Furthermore, the parking is not straightforward, the beds are itchy, the gym is extremely poorly located (in the lobby). along with the washing machines.

Again, do not waste your time and money on the small rooms, terrible service, and bad amenities. Go to Golden Ball - it is better in almost every way.

First, if you dont speak german and planning for midnight checkin, be in contact with the staff for introductions. Also, if you dont do well with tech, dont try it. Staff was very nice informing about the procedures how to checkin late, however they were not complete. They need to make english introductions. Another customer arrived same time with me and she didnt know how to checkin either, introductions came with app install advice, which was false tho. Outside door was locked. We managed to figure it out after logging on to their wifi, and had ro manually find an email where you did pre-checkin, now the checkin button takes you to their application to open doors in the building (in german, so we kinda opened every door we could before the front door opened).

After that, everything was fine, if not countimg their problems one day when the app didnt work so no1 was able to open any doors for few hours :) the staff kindly helped.

Place was clean. I had a suite (or what did they call it), the bed was absolutely brilliant with big pillows!

Taxi from/to airport, night time 95euros daytime 79euros (free now app said 45-65e, but they charged 79e).

Uns hat der kurze Check-In Prozess uns die Lobby sehr gefallen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kochnische.
Beim reinkommen in das Zimmer fiel sofort auf, dass die Wände bereits sehr zerkratzt und dreckig aussahen. Hinzukommt dass das Geschirr, Gläser und die Teller nicht richtig gereinigt waren.

Die Pfanne und der Topf waren von unten bereits sehr verbrannt, weshalb wir uns aus Sicherheitsgründen gegen eine Nutzung der beiden entschieden haben.

Unser Zimmer ging zum Haupteingang raus, weshalb wir oft Gespräche hörten und den Rauchgeruch riechen konnten, dass es uns unmöglich gemacht hat, zu lüften.

Die Badtür ging automatisch immer soweit auf, dass man die Hauptzimmertür nicht richtig öffnen konnte.

Wir würden dieses Hotel für einen erneuten Aufenthalt nicht nochmal wählen.

Boa estrutura, quarto com cozinha bem equipada, com microondas e fogão por indução. Apesar de ficar distante da área central de Munique, possui estação próxima (aproximadamente 10 minutos andando), com o defeito de ter como opção somente um trem para o centro (S2). O café da manhã é bom. Há mercado próximo (menos de 10 minutos de caminhada). Na região existem outros hoteis, então é uma área aparentemente segura. O defeito é que são poucos funcionários, alguns solícitos, e, no nosso quarto, não houve limpeza.

Eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank im Zimmer fand ich gut,allerdings gibt es kein Geschirr und Putztücher.
Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit,Betten sind auch sehr gut.
Gefallen hat mir nicht,dass kein Bargeld mehr genommen wird,auch die Anmeldung geht nur über einen Terminal,dass macht alles etwas unpersönlich.Zur Messe ist es nicht weit,aus diesem Grund habe ich das Hotel gewählt

Hallo zusammen,

habe mich wochenlang auf diesen Abend gemeinsam mit meiner Frau gefreut.
Laut Angebot hatten wir ein Queen Bett zur Verfügung, leider 2 Einzelbetten :/

Haben das Beste draus gemacht und nebeneinander geschoben, wobei wir mehrmals durch die Ritze gerutscht sind.

Nach so einer Unbequemlichkeit, wollten wir wie auf das Angebot versprochen den Smart TV nutzen (Netflix), drei mal könnt ihr Raten, es funktionierte nichts.

Mitarbeiterin an der Infothek, leider nicht vom
Beruf, meine Antwort auf die 2 oben genannten Sachen hieß es: “ in jedem Raum ist es so”

Sauberkeit war gut, leider viel zu laut aufgrund den Baustellen Menschen die am Parkplatz um 3 Uhr nachts chillen.

Fazit: nie wieder
