One of the provided towels had a rather large and obvious blood stain. The bathroom sink was also incredibly poorly designed, water constantly splashes everywhere no matter what you do. The room itself was also not particularly good. In fact, the entire experience was about on par if not worse than the B&B across the road, and the niu Loco right next door is significantly better. The only good thing this hotel had was a fairly well equipped gym with clean and new equipment. Overall I can't recommend staying here when there are equivalent or better places so close.

Our room was through a restaurant off a side hallway. The bed was situated like a loft, and the temperature was 28 degrees. I asked the staff for a fan or for some assistance/ new room 4 times but was told there was nothing they could do. My wife and I left the hotel at 4 am as we couldn't sleep. The hotel never responded to our requests for refunds or assistance in making the situation right.

nice, but serious temperature problem

We had a \"studio\" with a loft; no matter how much we cranked the AC it was sweltering hot in the loft. Even when it was cold enough to be uncomfortable downstairs it was very hard to sleep upstairs. There were no windows that open so we couldn't do anything about it. We told the staff but nothing changed in our 4 night stay. Otherwise the place was very nice. I'd say avoid the studio room and you'll enjoy staying here.

Nice clean and friendly hotel on the outskirts of the city. I stayed here for the NFL game and it was ideal for the stadium. Short train ride in to the centre from the station 5 minutes walk away. Not a lot around the hotel walking distance but it was ideal for my trip, I would recommend

Das Zimmer war für 1 Nacht ok. Hatte leider fremde Haare im Bett.. Da bin ich immer empfindlich. 🙈 Der Herr an der Rezeption war etwas neben der Spur beim einchecken. Wollte mir für den Parkplatz für 1 Nacht 77 Euro berechnen. Wäre es mir nicht aufgefallen. Er war etwas genervt. Keine Entschuldigung.. Kann ja mal passieren, fand ich aber etwas unschön.

Hotel in guter Lage Nähe U-Bahn Studentenstadt. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig, von hoher Qualität und wirklich sehr lecker. Der Frühstücksraum hat ein angenehmes, freundliches Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind klein, bieten dennoch ausreichend Platz. Wasserkocher mit Kaffeepulver und Tee gibt es am Zimmer. Reinigung findet auf Wunsch statt.

Im Großen und Ganzen fand ich das Hotel schön, ordentlich und modern.
Jedoch störten mich ein paar Sachen im Zimmer: Das Zimmer schien auf den ersten Blick schön und sauber, aber dann bemerkte ich so einige Flecken am Teppichboden und als mir ein Ring unters Bett rollte, sah ich dass anscheinend unterm Bett nicht genau gereinigt wird. Ich finde generell Teppichböden eher als nicht zeitgemäß und schwer sauber zu halten. Außerdem kam ein überaus penetranter Geruch aus dem Bad. Erst nachdem ich die Tür zum Bad schloss und anständig gelüftet hatte, war der Aufenthalt im Zimmer angenehm. Im Bad stank es aber dann natürlich trotzdem.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war wiederum sehr positiv. Genügend Kleiderbügel waren verfügbar. Auch ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und Föhn waren direkt im Zimmer/Bad vorhanden, ohne erst jemanden fragen zu müssen.

War nur eine Übernachtung ohne Frühstück vor Ort. Lage im Industriegebiet nicht besonders schön, aber U- Bahn Studentenstadt mit direkter Verbindung zum Marienplatz in nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Tipp, dort zu parken für 2 Euro für 24 h statt am Hotel für knapp 20 Euro.

Wir hatten harte Brötchen, waren nicht essbar. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Bei Ankunft fanden wir ein dreckiges Bett vor mit Haaren und Make-Up Flecken. Wirklich widerlich. Die Schränke waren innen voller Staub, was WIR erst sauber machen mussten bevor dort Klamotten rein konnten. Fenster zur viel befahrenen Straße - war sehr laut sowie die anderen Gäste die man im Flur hören konnte. Das Parkhaus ist mit 17€ pro Tag zu teuer. Die Bar ist fast nie besetzt, was eine Bestellung fast nicht möglich macht. Nochmal würden wir hier definitiv nicht übernachten.

Der eigentliche Zweck eines Hotels ist doch, seinen Gästen einen erholsamen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, leider hat das hier nicht geklappt. Mein erstes Zimmer roch stark nach Abfluss/Fäkalien.
Nach einem langen Tag musste ich wieder zur Rezeption, alles erklären und auf ein neues Zimmer warten. Ziemlich nervig und zeitaufwendig.

Laut Rezeption sind die Abflussprobleme bekannt. Warum werden solche Zimmer dann überhaupt vergeben? Bitte sorgt doch dafür, dass Gäste direkt ein sauberes, zumutbares Zimmer bekommen. Man ist ja nicht im Hotel, um umzuziehen.

Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, es gibt sogar eine Auswahl an Kopfkissen. Sowohl das Zimmer als aus das Bad waren sehr sauber. Im Bad war ein Fön vorhanden sowie ein Spender mit Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner in der Dusche. Trotz der vielen Zimmer war es sehr ruhig. Geräusche wurden weder von draußen noch von den angrenzenden Zimmern wahrgenommen.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Einziges Manko: Der Parkplatz in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage kostet 17€/Nacht.

Overordnet set var opholdet godt. Men der var lidt knaster da vi ankom til hotellet om aftenen. Vi ventede i receptionen i rigtig lang tid før der viste sig en medarbejder. Og da hun endelig kom, så var det som hendes tanker var alle andre steder. For vi måtte fortælle flere gange hvad det var vi ønskede og havde brug for. Selv om hun gentog hvad vi sagde, så skete det bare ikke. Men til gengæld var betjeningen ved morgen maden rigtig god og venlig. Selve morgenmaden var rigtig god

房間空間很夠，暖冷氣機運行正常，浴室是他們酒店所有房型中最大的，晚上燈光不足(這是所有酒店的問題)，不過有個檯燈解決了問題。最不滿意的是，房間內有很重怪味，像是清潔劑的味道，無論是開窗戶通風還是開冷氣，都無法完全消除。
