This was a quick stay getting ready to end our trip to Munich and surrounding areas. It fit the bill. Clean room and bathroom, good size. I kinda liked the self-check-in. The place is clean and quiet and convenient to the train station.

Guten Tag. Ich möchte Ihnen mitteilen, dass der Aufenthalt im B B Hotel München City Nord eine absolute Katastrophe war und wir sehr enttäuscht über den Ablauf sind. Meine Mitreisende und ich sind um ca. 15.30 im Hotel angekommen und sollten am Terminal online einchecken, was trotz mehrmaliger Versuche nicht klappte. Die Ansage lautete \"Ihre Buchung wurde nicht gefunden\" Vor Ort stellte sich heraus , dass auch weitere Gäste nicht einchecken konnten. Im Hotel war kein Mensch anwesend, den man hätte ansprechen können. Mehrere Anrufe bei einer Münchener Service Nummer, die man anrufen sollte, gelangen ebenfalls nicht. Es klingelte ca. 20 mal durch, bis man dann irgendwann aus der Leitung \"flog\" . Auch Anrufe beim B B Hotel waren erfolglos. Wir trafen dann zufällig auf einen Mitarbeiter des Reinigungspersonals, der uns nach Rücksprache mitteilte, dass um 17:00 Uhr jemand erscheinen sollte. Das funktionierte dann auch und wir konnten etwas später unser Zimmer betreten. Aufgrund der Verzögerung von ca. 1 1/2 Stunden mussten wir ein Taxi zur Allianz Arena nehmen, um noch rechtzeitig zum Spiel Bayern München - Borussia Dortmund zu gelangen, die Fahrt kostete 30 €. Für uns ist völlig unverständlich, dass man vor Ort bei Problemen einfach alleine gelassen wird und zudem niemand zu erreichen ist. Das ist alles andere als kundenfreundlich. The only downside of my room was the carpeted floor, which is hard to clean from hair and stains…it didn’t really bother me, because everything else was just too good! Das Zimmer war direkt über dem Eingang. Leider waren zu jeder Zeit Raucher vor der Tür und der Qualm zog ins Zimmer. Oft unterhielten sich Gruppen und Personen lautstark dort, so dass erst weit nach Mitternacht Ruhe einkehrte. Obwohl das Hotel die Gebühren für das Zimmer direkt abgebucht hatte, wurde mir von der Person, die am Abend am Empfang saß, eine Rechnung verweigert. Es war sehr aufwendig diese im Nachgang doch noch zu bekommen... Sauberkeit vom Zimmer war OK aber das Standardzimmer war mit einem Übernachtungspreis von 264,34 Euro pro Nacht total überteuert. Preis- Leistung stimmen hier nicht

Waren nur für eine Nacht da, check-in unkompliziert, Türcode für das Zimmer bekam ich per Mail im Voraus, hatten das Zimmer zur Hauptstrasse raus (Shell/McDonalds) aber dennoch gut gedämmt, es war ziemlich ruhig. Nähe zum Stadion (Allianz Arena) ist gut, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur UBahn (Studentenstadt) und dann sind es nur 3 Stationen bis Fröttmaning.
