Modern, clean rooms with decent amenities. No milk in the room - only creamer, but a grocery store and bakery downstairs. Staff were great and very helpful for all of our requests. Good location for transport, between the city centre and the airport with an underground station just outside. Restaurants in walking distance too.

Not sure who thought it would be a good idea to have the 5th floor rooms accessible by a seperate lift from the fourth floor - poorly designed. Pillows were terrible.

Staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel is located conveniently next to the u-Bahn/ close to the Lufthansa express drop off point so access to and from the airport is easy.

We had an amazing two weeks at Pullman Munich! The hotel was great — modern, comfortable, and perfect for families with young kids. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

This was our first holiday with a baby, and while we were a bit nervous about using the U-Bahn at first, once we tried it, it was so easy! The U6 station is just a few minutes away, making it super convenient to reach Marienplatz and explore the city.

The location was fantastic — peaceful yet close to great restaurants, convenience stores, and everything we needed nearby. Perfect for families wanting comfort, convenience, and great service in Munich.

Great apartment in a nice, safe, peaceful neighbourhood a short walk away from the English Garden.
Bonus of having a balcony, large TV, large shower and comfortable mattresses.
Tea and coffee making facilities.
Well stocked supermarket just around the corner and a bakers.

This was my second (and last) stay at Pulman. Arrived in the evening, checked in and was not informed of the restaurant being closed that day- couldn’t even get a beer. My room was clean but the safe did not work, there were coffee pods but no machine to use them, building work was being carried out with pneumatic drills daily,

Convenient location 20 minutes from the city Centre. Airport shuttle is across the street. Room is clean and they have a water dispenser in the lobby to refill your bottles. Most of all it’s air-conditioned, much needed in the summer. Would recommend this hotel.

They wanted to put us in a room that ignored our bed selection we already paid for. The drapes in the room were ripped off the track so they can't be closed properly, which is very unfortunate when the main entrance that is very well lit 24/7 is right outside your window. The drain in the shower wasn't draining making for a quick bath tub situation that floods the bathroom floor. On our last day the staff were banging on our door every 20min starting at 830am when check-out time is noon. After a few attempts and me saying 'not yet', she walked away clearly saying something negative based on the tone of her voice, in a language I'm not familiar with (didn't sound german...) The hotel presents nice, but once you're inside....

Best kept secret for convenience and quiet

This is our little secret stay. It's in a super quite area and next to a subway stop and the Airfrance/KLM airport pickup and drop off stop. You can easily get to anywhere from the hotel in just a few subway stops.
The hotel is updated, clean, and the breakfast is very nice. This is our second of many stays here.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, however we had no body soap in our bathroom and although we informed and were advised housekeeping would bring some up this did not eventuate. We also asked for extra pillows however these were not received. Wifi was awful kept dropping out every couple of minutes. Close to metro.

Clean, quiet and convenience!

Stayed in an executive room for three persons. The hotel is located within walking distance to the U6 station which goes directly to Marienplatz. There is a coin operated laundry room at level 1 which I find it rather useful since I stayed there for close to a week.

The location of the hotel is not bad - near the metro, but there are no shopping centers, stores, etc. in the area. The rooms are quite large, but they lack minimal things that should be in a hotel that gives the impression that it has 4 stars! The hotel has an open back entrance and anyone can enter without any security. really not sure.

Absolutely beautiful! The staff was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. The only advice I would give is to ask for a room not located over the entrance if you’re a non-smoker and you want to enjoy the balcony or leave your windows open. The taxi drivers and employees smoke right outside the entrance regularly.

The air conditioning did not work on all of the 4 days that I was there. I was given different answers from the front desk - ranging from they did not have ac but only ventilation, or it’s cold outside why do you need the ac? - turning the ac fan on to full made it rattle, called the front desk and was told they will look into it - reminded them that evening and was told all our airconditioners make noise. Was asked to sleep with the windows open - my room was just above their garbage bay where the garbage truck showed up every morning at 6:00 - very noisy. My room is also above a supermarket loading bay where at 7 they re-stocked supplies for the supermarket.
Blankets were not clean. Housekeeping other than that was good.
Front desk staff - some were very polite and nice - others just seemed indifferent or dis-interested.
Check out was ok they goofed up on my laundry bill and charged me for for the washing my suits instead of ironing - at first was told that they probably did wash them and I’m like my form was filled out by the front desk for just ironing them. Resolved but not a good experience.

I’ve stayed here 7-8 times before and I don’t remember it being this bad.

Will definitely not be staying here again.

This is a solid choice for a modern, relatively well priced hotel in a nice neighborhood near the U Bahn. It would have been a bit nicer to be a touch more centrally located, but it is steps away from public transportation and the Lufthansa Airport Bus.

Watch out for extra charges

Arrived earlier than check in opened, my colleague at a seperate desk to me. He was offered a room, no extra check in cost and no security charge to pay. I was first off of all offered a check in, then this was taken away and i was offered a early check in for €45. I said no and was then told i must pay a €50 security charge.

Hotel was okay, seemed pretty overrun at times, maybe cause of Oktoberfest.

THe spa area is very small, and the sauna and steam room were not very hot

Have been to Munich four times in the past eight years. Three times for Oktoberfest. By far, the best hotel we have stayed in all of Europe. Our room was spacious for my family of four. Washer/dryer in the hotel. AMAZING breakfast. Great staff. Will stay again when we return!!!

Bad - Paint peeling on bathroom ceiling, what looked like a small blood stain on the wall outside the bathroom, ottoman/seat at the end of the bed had marks/stains, some of the cushions on the bed had marks/stains.

Acceptable hotel. Note that there was an insect in the balcony which they didn't clean since we joined till we left. They don't clean the cups in the toilet there was water in it and after room service it was the same. Finally they made us pay extra for 3 years old kid although no extra bed was provided

The hotel seemed like a business hotel. That's okay. The room size was fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast. We were disappointed that we couldn't watch the World Cup in the bar because they didn't open when the early games were playing and the place had later been booked for a private function. Okay I suppose. Unforgivable however was the extensive mold in the room. Undoubtedly formed from condensation with the cold outside and the heat inside, but there was a lot. I could smell a mixture of pine and mold when I walked in. I thought perhaps a long unused room and it'd get okay. But it wasn't until we were packing to check out that I checked behind the curtains for cables or things we may have left behind that I discovered the mold. See pics. I'm a glibal professional speaker and I've stayed at a lot if hotels globally including beautiful Pullman hotels before. This was the worst mold I've seen in a hotel room and it made it a very disappointing experience for the first hotel of our 30-day European family vacation. I'm not sure if my 6yo daughter developed her chest cough because her bed was next to the curtain, but she's had it ever since we were there. I wouldn't stay there again because of that. It wasn't the Pullman brand I know.
