Everything about our stay was perfect, starting with the organic shower gel, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The WMF cutlery and the free coffee from the WMF coffee machine added a premium feel and made every meal and coffee moment enjoyable. This is a great option for staying in Munich. Good value for the money, great staff, easy access to transportation to the city center. One downside is the number of students living at the property - they were a bit noisy on weekend nights. But the staff is great, coffee machines are top notch and the location worked great to explore Munich.

The bus was only 3 minutes away and took you to other forms of transportation. So you could get to old town in under 30 minutes. Market a short walk and there's a Subway sandwich shop there. Didn't try other food at the Apartment.

They are building behind the hotel… workers start making noise by 6;30 and without AC your windows have to be open. Even when that building is done, the vegetable delivery person arrives at 5:11 am making a lot of noise. Otherwise great apartment with great staff and breakfast

A tip if buying alcohol in the vending machine is bar is shut is you need an id card which we don’t have in the UK. Situated across from the English Garden for the start of some beautiful walks which can lead you straight in to Munich town centre if your up for a long walk ;)

A nicely appointed hotel with lovely common areas and facilities. The lounge areas are welcoming and needed as the rooms are small. The rooms lack air conditioning and the outside blinds move automatically- this woke us up. We asked to borrow a dustpan and brush to sweep up but this was unavailable. This aside we would chose to stay here again if not travelling in July.

This is a modest, modern and clean apartment type hotel, and everything met my expectations. Dead arrangements were as expected from my booking, which mattered when traveling with my three teenagers. We especially liked the free coffee service machines in the lobby.

We rarely post negative reviews, but after our stay, we felt it was important to let others know so they don’t make the same mistake in booking as we did. We were very disappointed. We booked based on good online reviews but did not have a good experience. Floors were stained and dirty; no sheets or pillows on bunk beds and they never delivered them after asking multiple times. This was a problem since we had two children with us that needed to sleep on the bunk beds. They never cleaned our room the entire stay even after asking. Had to go to front desk for towels daily and even for toilet paper. Bugs all in room. Shower head sprays out of shower. Soap dispenser didn’t work. Safe would not lock so unusable. Fire alarm went off in middle of the night and the stairwell locks you in if you don’t have your key card which is terrible if you are evacuating due to the fire alarm! Scary and unbelievable. Beds were very hard. Please don’t think this hotel has air conditioning. It said it did but it’s really an “Air cooler” which doesn’t cool the air. It was very hot. Had to open the windows which just let more bugs in. This was the worst place we have stayed in several trips to Europe. Very very disappointing. We have stayed in many hotels and didn’t expect luxury but basic cleanliness, functional amenities, and a bug free environment is not too much to ask. They are just unwilling to fix things or accommodate basic needs. One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe.

Das Superior Appartment ist für 4 Personen aber extrem klein, man hat nur Platz für zwei Koffer, wenn man das Bett komplett an die Wand schiebt und selbst dann ist der gesamte Raum nicht für 4 Personen geeignet. Das Parkhaus ist vergleichsweise teuer, aber ca. 800m weiter (Münchner Str. 21A) gibt es ein paar kostenlose Parkplätze. Von der Lage her nicht schlecht, da es zum Beispiel bis zum Marienplatz etwa eine Stunde mit den Öffis braucht, dafür gibt es in der Feringastr. den am besten ausgestatteten Edeka den ich je gesehen habe.

Auf Nachfrage teilte mir das Hotelpersonal jedoch mit, dass ich zwingend die Tiefgarage nutzen müsse und dafür 20 € zu zahlen habe, da das Parken vor dem Hotel nicht erlaubt sei. Auf der Internetseite wird hingegen ausdrücklich erwähnt, dass man dort parken kann, solange ein Parkplatz frei ist. Diese widersprüchlichen Informationen sind äußerst irreführend.
Zusätzlich habe ich nicht das Zimmer erhalten, das ich gebucht hatte. Das mir zugewiesene Zimmer war zudem schlecht gereinigt; insbesondere der Badezimmerboden war stark verschmutzt. Darüber hinaus gab es keinerlei Hinweise oder Erklärungen dazu, wo sich das Zimmer genau befindet oder wie man aus der Tiefgarage wieder herauskommt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und entsprach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen.

Was richtig blöd war, war die Größe des Doppelbetts. Für 2 Personen ist ein 1,40m breites Bett viel zu schmal. Ein entspanntes Schlafen sieht anders aus! Schade, sonst war alles top!

Die Allianz Arena ist von der Unterkunft aus schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen und auch in die Innenstadt kommt man mit Bus und U-Bahn in etwa 30 Minuten.

The hotel has a fully equiped laundry at guests' disposal. However, due to the lack of information regarding \"the how to do it\" we weren't able to use the washing machine. Nobody around from the hotel to guide us. The app took our money but we never got our laundry done. I 'm pretty sure we were not the only ones in a fix with that there! We ended up going out and buy a few things to wear.

We asked 3 times for our towels to be changed. We got the answer that \"we will send someone to change them\" but nothing had happened when we came back to the hotel, which we found very disappointing. In the end my friend went to speak with the floor maid and she gave us a clean set of towels. Want something to happen, do it yourself!
