Good place. Restaurant on site great as well. One lady at the front desk was really nice. Thank you. I did not get her name. Delivery of mail was great as well. Convenient PACKSTATION right in front of the properties and apartments. Side walk and nearby places are good. Laundry on site is clean. Gas station on the corner has plenty of groceries and items to stock the apartment. Anything else. Cleaning crew obedient and here when they are needed. I recommend using their gloves when cleaning the bathroom. Once or twice a week for cleaning is good for the whole apartment except for the kitchen.

Really clean building, you may have to check in/out at the adjacent hotel H2, as the service desk here is rarely manned, but other than that this is a superb accommodation. Parking below, all access via card key.

The rooms are great with a nice bistro below but this is not a good area to experience Munich. It is an area of busy roads, large office buildings and zero soul. Not a bar or nice restaurant in sight ☹️

Won’t stay again.

Room smelt of old cooked food, had to go down to reception 4 times to see about getting a hairdryer. Firstly they denied having one at all and then eventually managed to produce one but wanted to charge me €20 CASH for it. I did not have cash so again, eventually, they let me pay by card but as they don’t just hold it, they actually charge it, then I was still left with the non-sterling fees! Unbelievable for a hotel not to have hairdryers in the rooms, shampoo, shower gel, or conditioner!

Simple place that has all I wanted. Only thing is that there were some missing kitchenette but you can ask the reception for those missing items. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Will definitely come here again if I need a place to stay

Very nice an lad very convenient for the Olympic Park. Booked for two night ls to see Springsteen at the Olympic Stadium. Easy to find just use exit D of the Oberweisenfeld U Bahn station and the apartment’s are just behind their sister hotel in front of you.

Checked in at the actual hotel, given a key card, went up to my apartment on the 7th floor. The whole complex was spotlessly clean, very modern and quite impressive.

The apartment itself has a sink, hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. It also had a full range of cutlery and tableware. A double bed, TV, Room specific router and wifi. Aircon and I believe heated floors in the bathroom (didn’t use either and there was a nice breeze through the large door like windows and it was July). A nice rain shower and standard shower in the bathroom. Breakfast is available in the hotel for €10, but didn’t try it.

Minor points I think I got a single duvet for the double bed, not a problem just never had it before. The towels in the bathroom could have been a little bigger/better quality.
I did look where the nearest supermarket was and the nearest Netto seemed a decent walk away. All very minor.

15 minutes walk to the Olympic Stadium. Cross the dual carriageway, take the little road to your left, take the public footpath on your right, turn right, turn left onto the next path and keep walking.

Would definitely consider again if I’m back in Munich.

Not a bad place for a short stay

Nice, modern, new, clean studio with fully equipped kitchen. Quiet, close to the metro station on U3. Fast internet. The studio apartment is small in size but is good for one night.

The card didn’t work
The receptionist gave me another room as the room the main reception have me was occupied
The room is nice
Tho it does not have a DOUBLE BED as advertised large single . I spoke to Hotels.com about this
The staff .. non existent ..
Outside in the big courtyard is shared with the hotel next door same company and student accommodation
Can be noisey .
The area is boring nothingness …luckily … the u bahn is right outside almost part of the hotel one entrance .
They should have better and more towels and English language tv channels
It was ok but wouldn’t stay again

This property is perfect for an extended stay. There were some minor issues with the weekly cleaning, but also understood that they were understaffed and training new people. Whenever there was a problem, it was always addressed promptly. Great connection to the U-Bahn and bus system which allowed quick access to the S-Bahn and regional trains. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was great as it was close to the Olympiahalle for my Elton John concert. The appartment was great for me (single woman). It was small but very functional. Personnel at the H2 hotel were very nice and made themselves available to answer all my questions.

Comfy & clean - perfect home from home

Only minor negatives I found were:
No coffee machine capsule refills daily
1 of 2 vending machines not working for full 4 days
1 vending machine out for both days
(As every store closes by 8pm these can be essential)
No hairdryer so bringing one plus an an adapter is a drag or as I ended up with wet hair to work
(Other alternative was a request to get one only after a separate deposit n process - another drag itself)

Place was lovely otherwise but if the rate goes up then these will not be such good value any more!

However this place was lovely to stay (loved the tv in english instead of the headache of filinh through endless german dubbed channels to find just one news channel available!) with nicest staff all round and a great location (U3 line)

This is not smoke free. You cannot call it smoke free if you still allow smoking at all of the doors and windows. The whole place is filled with cigarette smoke.There is no way to reach reception. The staff is rude, at best. Nothing worked, no wifi, no toilet paper, no AC, got the wrong room key 3 times. None of the amenities that they advertise are actually there. Also, if you pre-pay on Expedia, they will not honor that payment and they charge you regardless. There is nothing around the hotel and it is farther from the city than they advertise.

Sono stato 3 settimane per un viaggio di lavoro. Ho trovato una stanza ben pulita e con una cucina ben attrezzata. Personale disponibile….. ho dovuto però acquistare anche il parcheggio auto in quanto nei dintorni non è molto facile parcheggiare, quindi prendete in considerazione questo aspetto. Sicuramente nei miei prossimi viaggi a Monaco questo residence sarà la mia prima scelta!

　悪い印象のところは、もう利用しないので、評価は控えているけれど、再度依頼が来たので以下の通り記述する。
　しかし、悪い評価はＨｏｔｅｌｓ．ｃｏｍで掲載拒否されるので評価をしない施設について再依頼のＥメールは出さないでほしい。

　ミュンヘンのアパートかアパートタイプ（キッチン付）ホテルを検討していたところ、最初この近くの「Aparthotel Adagio」がリストに上がった。予約しようと再度サイトを見るとこのホテルがほぼ同価格で掲示されていて、３００ｍほど駅に近いので予約した。
　前者はＡｃｃｏｒ系列で他都市で利用したことがあり、特に悪くない記憶があった。
　しかし、こちらは次のとおり、完全に失敗だった。

a 部屋の残存臭と部屋割りに関する偏見
　チェックイン後、部屋に入ると異常に寒く、掃き出し窓が全開になっていた。すぐに事由がわかり、それは部屋に充満した匂いの強い野菜の残存臭を消そうとしていたのだった。
　アジア系の前客が調理したもので、この臭いはアジア系なら気にしないだろうと。他にたくさん部屋が空いいるにもかかかわらず、わざわざ私にあてがったようだ。
b 暖房
　前述の氷点下での長時間外気導入により、室温は外気温と同じ−０℃以下だった。すぐにラジエーターの温度設定最大値の２５℃にしたけれど、初日は１５℃以下までしか上がらず、2日目にようやく２０℃を超え、２５℃に達したのは3日目だった。
　エアコン併用で速暖できるホテルが多い中、暖房能力も低い。夏はきっと暑いと思う。
c 排水不良
　洗面所洗面ボウルの排水が他と比べて異常に遅く、おそらくトラップに異物が詰まっていると思われた。
d コーヒーメーカー
　大きくて重いコーヒーメーカーがキッチンカウンターに置いてあった。
　何か生乾き臭のような雑菌系の匂いがあり、試しに湯通ししたら薄茶色の湯が出てきた。
　湯通しを繰り返しようやく透明になったので、カプセルを入れて抽出したけれどあまりよくなかった。
　それ以降使わず、邪魔なので棚にしまった。
e テレビ画面の無用な表示
　TV画面右下に、“The commercial banner is incorrect
and not available.”の表示がバナーも出ていないのに15秒に一度出現する。
f　テレビの機能制限
　“PHILIPS”のテレビだけれど同社のホテル用リモコンで、機能が制限されていて、外部入力（ＨＤＭＩ３ポートあり）への切り替えができない。また、ＦＡＶやスキップ機能もない。
gデスク上の機器類配線の混線
　デスク上の配線と機器が雑に置かれている。
h キッチンの什器類の数
　リストを見るとほとんどが記載数の半分か、無しだった。実数に訂正したリストをＥメールで送ったけれど返信がなかった。
i シャワー室の棚
　シャワージェル等がないのは良いとして、自前のシャワー用品を置く棚など一切ない。また、濡れて当然の場所にタオルフックがあり、掛けておけない。
j Ｗｉｆｉ情報
　Ｗｉｆｉ情報がデスク上になく、わかりづらい。
k 無駄スペースと旅行鞄置き場なし
　ムタ゜スペースが多い割に、スーツケース用の棚や台がない。
l 依頼していないベッドメイク等
　４泊の3日目、午後に外出して戻ると、ベッドリネンとタオルの交換、廃棄物回収が行われていた。

Personal quasi nicht vorhanden, alles läuft über die Rezeption im Hotel nebenan.
Die Lüftung im Bad läuft 24/7 und lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Bett war durchgelegen, Ausstattung generell sehr spartanisch.

Kleines funktionales Appartement. Für einen Kurzurlaub völlig ausreichend. Gutes Bett, allerdings hätte das Kopfkissen etwas fülliger sein können. Die Daunendecke
Ist allerdings nicht für jeden geeignet.

Ilmastointi oli toimiva ja ranskalaisen parvekkeen eteen sai laskettua metalliset kaihtimet suojaamaan auringon paisteelta. Yhden hengen huone oli todella kompakti, mutta sieltä löytyi tarvittavat asiat.

Huone oli yleisilmeeltään siisti, mutta liesi ja \"keittiön\" kaappit olivat pölyisiä. Huonesiivous kuuluu 1 krt / vkossa huoneen hintaan, lisäkerrat maksaa 15 €/krt.

Kissen schlecht, Badlüfter laut, sonst ok

Apartment hatte zwar eine Küche, jedoch war der nutzbare restliche Zimmerraum durch den langen Flur (Schnitt des Zimmers) sehr klein. Bin mir im Nachhinein auch nicht sicher, ob ich das gebuchte Business Zimmer erhalten habe. Bad gut, jedoch sollte man die schwarzen Flecken (Schimmel ?) in den Bodenecken entfernen / besser reinigen.
Badlüfter lief teilweise ohne erkennbaren Grund intervallmäßig auf voller Leistung, somit sehr laut im Zimmer hörbar. Und bitte unbedingt die katastrophalen Kissen austauschen. Null Komfort, fallen zusammen und stützen nicht. So dünn, wie eine Sommerdecke.
Ansonsten Preis/Leistung o.k.
Parken für 20 Euro sehr teuer, ist halt München. Bodentiefe Fenster waren om 7. Stock vollständig zu öffnen, top zum Lüften.

とても綺麗な、良いホテルです。地下鉄の駅からは徒歩1分以内で立地としては最高です。ただし、周辺にスーパーなどの買い物はできる場所がなく、食事が取れるレストランなども非常に少ないため、ものすごく便利がいいとは言えません。逆に言えば喧騒からは遠く離れているため非常に静かだということは言えます。料理をするための設備だけではなく、カトラリーや食器などの道具もほぼ問題なく揃えられているため長期滞在者にはある意味理想的なホテルです。中の設備なども非常に良いためお勧めできると思います。

chill area im Erdgeschoss
- die ganze Nacht lief der Abzug im bad und ich hatte keine Ahnung, wie man das ausschaltet.
- wieso der Check in eine 10/10 hat verstehe ich nicht. Ich musste einen Telefon Hörer abnehmen und 1-2 Minuten warten bis jemand dran ging nur um mir zu sagen dass der Check in im hotel neben an ist. Ich finde das sehr umständlich.
es gab im Zimmer keinen Haartrockner und kein Duschgel, was meiner Meinung nach das Minimum ist, was ich an einer Unterkunft erwarte. Föhn ok, gibts öfter mal, dass sowas an der Rezeption nachgefordert werden muss, aber Duschgel??? Ich hab mich halt mit der Handseife gewaschen… Rezeption wie gesagt im Hotel nebenan. Super freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber alle meine Wünsche wollte ich nicht äußern, weil ich den Aufwand für die Angestellten als zu umständlich empfinde. Die müssen ja 300m um die Ecke laufen, um mir was zu bringen. Das ist mir unangenehm.
- Es gibt in Der Umgebung, keine Geschäfte. Dem wurde versucht entgegenzuwirken, indem ein Snackautomat aufstellt, wurde, der zur Hälfte leer war und keinerlei Getränke enthielt.

Ordentlich, aber Luft nach oben

Ein gut eingerichtetes Appartement bei dem doch etwas fehlt und das ein oder andere verbessert werden könnte. Der Fernseher und Internetrouter stehen auf dem Schreibtisch und \"rauben\" Platz. Darüberhinaus fehlt eine Kofferanlage. Das Kopfkissen ist allerdings eine Vollkatastrophe. Aufgeplustert sieht es noch gut aus. Sobald man sich aber drauflegt wird es zu einem Hauch von Nichts.....
