The property was clean, the location was near Olympia Einkaufzentrum metro.
The room is too small for this price, with a view to some construction place.
I didn't like the moving sliding door between the toilet and the bathroom-you either can be in toilet or in the bathroom. Plus the door from inside the bathroom was not possible to open, good that I was not alone in the room.
Also there were no toothpaste, so we needed to buy it at reception.
It would be nice to have some cups or glasses in the room opener for the bottles because all was quite minimalistic.

Great location near a shopping mall and tons of dining and shopping options in the mall and around the entire area. Good value for money on the rooms, though they are small (which is normal for Europe in general). Walking distance to Olympiapark for concerts and events, which I was there for. Note it did take about 30-40 minutes to walk to the venues, but it was a lovely and very comfortable and easy walk through the park. I would go back. The front desk was very helpful with whatever you needed.

We like this hotel. It is in a good location. The grocery store is next door. The hotel and room is clean. Car parking garage is available. They should have the ice machine or front desk could provide ice to customers. The front desk is helpful. We would stay in this hotel again next time.

There are very few things I expect from a hotel a budget hotel. A locking bathroom door, a working thermostat, and security.

Bathroom door did not have a lock properly installed, no shower curtain or door (water spills into room even with towel and careful shower head placement), ceiling tile was loose, and doors were left chained open overnight on multiple occasions.

It was near a mall and right next door to a couple of grocery stores, one was a healthy grocery store. It was a few minutes walk from the subway station.

There was a faint odour on the pillows.

Not sure if this is common: The toilet and shower/sink are separated but share the same sliding door with the room. Two people can't use both in private at the same time.

short stay in Munich

It was ok for the price but this time I found my room dirty, not cleaned properly (also the drain was blocked and the shower head was twisted - these two things were immediately repaired) and I reported it to the Front Desk so it can be corrected as I stayed in a B&B before and it was not as dirty. It has the essencial stuff for the stay, but normally is clean.

Gets the job done

We traveled to Munich for the weekend and wanted a nice place to stay one night. This hotel was sufficient. Although it was small and minimal (sort of like an upgraded hostel room) it was adequate for one night. Check in was easy and they had a parking garage. It's also near a mall and we had a nice dinner out at an Italian restaurant nearby. There's also a grocery store next door. This is a great place if you're looking for an affordable and sufficient hotel.

Location is good, 10 minute walk from the Ubahn, and 7 Ubahn stops from the center of Munich. Bear in mind that the subway is relatively expensive in Munich, so you might want to add this to the cost of the hotel (EUR 8 per person, per day). This being said, the hotel is very clean and staff is friendly, beds are confortable and A/C works pretty well. They could add some amenities as they provide a tea pot, but no cups or coffee or tea. TV is mostly in German with very few options for non-German speakers. Still a very good option.

I had to ask for a clean pot to brew tea in as well as a clean cup, but the woman at the desk did provide them. There were a lot of marks on the wall, which did not make it appealing. Other than that, it was good. There's a cheap grocery store next to it which is nice and they'll hold your luggage for free the day you leave.

Oktoberfest. This property is in a convenient location to the Ubahn and easy access to the city center or airport. The staff was pleasant and the room/bathroom clean. It was small but we weren’t spending our days there and was perfect for what we needed. The propert is connected to a pastry/sandwich shop and right next to two supermarkets which made it easy to grab snacks for the day or something to eat in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Sheets smelled strongly of body odor. We checked in around 11pm and front staff said no housekeeping were available. We shared our concern with the manager the next morning. Only had one small towel, liquid stains running down the wall (I have a picture), went to check out a day early as was unhappy and asked to speak to a manager about my unhappiness about cleanliness, etc. and was told no. Decent Place to Stay

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood about ten minute walk to the U-Bahn station and it takes about another 15-20 minutes train ride to the city center. Other people's may have a different preference, but I don't like to stay in any busy part of the city. Staying just little bit away from the city center also gives me an opportunity as a tourist to see more about the locals. There is a big mall (Galleria) about ten minute walk from the hotel that has a large number of food options. In addition there are two grocery stores (Lidl, and another one) in the very next two buildings. Though the hotel doesn't have its own cafeteria, there is a café (Wimmer) on the ground floor of the same building and that serves the same purpose for breakfast/lunch. The hotel staff were very eager to help and answer any questions. Wifi was good. The only oddity was that the shower did not have either a sliding door or a shower curtain and so when taking shower water spills out to the outside on the floor where the wash basin is; never seen any shower like this before.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location of the hotel. Quite quiet area. The room has a kettle and a hairdryer. Among the shortcomings - the shower is separated from the bathroom by a very low threshold, so the water falls on the floor, and there are no foot towels. The rooms are bright, painted white, so all the traces of dirt from shoes and suitcases are visible on the walls. But this is not the fault of the staff, but to put it mildly, the carelessness of the guests. Very near the subway station, shopping center and a couple of grocery stores

Nice Short Stay in Munich

Very basic place to stay at a very good price which is what we need from time to time. Location is excellent near 3 discount grocery stores. And across the street is pretty large shopping mall.
It seems all LetoMotel location has a Winner backery which is a good place to have breakfast and coffee.
Parking is in underground garage which is quite safe and very well lit.

During our stay the AC did not work. Luckily opening the window helps quite a bit. Unfortunately our sleep was interrupted at 4:30am by a repair truck working just outside our 1st floor window. Other than that our stay was enjoyable.

If planning to stay for business, please note that this hotel offers no food. There is a large shopping mall across the street with food options during prime time; if up and out early or back late in the evening , everything is closed.
Every night for dinner, took the U3 OR U2 to Marienplatz or HBF. Google maps offers no dining options in the area where hotel is located.
The available options did not work for my schedule and as such, will not return to the property.

I'd stay again

I had 5 nights, and days, in the Leto. Literally. Ill, so in bed for 3 of them. Bed comfy, tremendous shower, and staff always friendly and helpful. Plenty of shops nearby, as well as transport into town which was about 12 mins on the subway.

The location was perfect and steps away from subway so we had access to all fun areas of the city. The room was very clean but very small. The very basic items are provided in the room (no hand soap, no body lotion, no tissue). If you need any of them, there is a big store right in front of the hotel that has everything. the staff are very friendly and helpful. there is a nice bakery right beside the hotel with nice coffee and breakfast.
