Hotel had HVAC off which isn’t unusual in Europe in September but our room was directly over outside bar area & was very warm with window closed so was forced to have open and listen to bar patrons until 1am each night. Shower also had 1/2 door which allowed a lot of water to get into bathroom

Pleasant surprise…

Place is great. No frills but perfectly located next to the subway (UBahn *and* SBahn). Decent breakfast buffet, clean, and very helpful staff. Thank you — will definitely stay there again if I can.

I booked a queen size bed and was shocked when i saw two single beds and complained. The hotel staff told me they only had 2 single beds in all the rooms & shifted the blame to the Expedia site. I ended up sleeping on a single bed. Also, the weather was extremely hot last weekend and the room air conditioner didn't work. I opened the room window to allow some fresh air but the sounds coming from trains/vehicles didn't allow me to sleep. My experience was so terrible and didn't get value for the money paid

The hotel is in a great location if you are needing to take the subway.
The staff greeted us warmly and were accommodating.
We had a drink and dessert in the bar, all of which were good. The bar/lounge seemed be busy quite often in the evening.
The rooms were clean. Nothing fancy which is understandable at this price point. The beds were good enough but I wouldn’t use the word comfortable.
The shower is terrible. We had four separate rooms and all of them were the same. Water pressure is great. The problem is no shower door or raised edge at the floor to prevent water from going everywhere and it doesn’t drain fast enough to catch up. This must be a recurring issue because the floors have dips and bubbles in all bathrooms.
Our door keys had to be reissued a few times as well as the wifi passwords which isn’t a huge deal just an inconvenience at the end of the day.

Would not recommend for longer stays.

Not enough space! With our suitcases open my bf and I had to climb over beds to get around the room. Barely any free space that’s not taken up by the beds or furniture. The room was clean however and it may have been okay for a short term stay 2-3 nights. It was so cold at night I could not sleep, temperature was below 40 degrees. The heater in the room was a set of metal bars in the bathroom that get hot and is supposed to heat the room somehow. It did absolutely nothing. I complained to the hotel receptionist and found out the hotel has a main heating system controlled aside from the in room heaters and it was currently not turned on!!! They finally ended up turning it on but I had already gotten sick and ended up being sick for the 2nd half of my trip.

Room service was on top of it and came in and changed the sheets and towels every day so I loved that. The in hotel restaurant was absolutely lovely. Service and ambience was great, food was delicious every time. Breakfast buffet was decent, not as good as one we had at our hotel in Berlin.

A fantastic stay!!! Staff were fantastic thank you. A modern and immaculate hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Great vibe at the restaurant/bar with a lovely breakfast. Location is PERFECT with easy self parking and a quick and easy to navigate train into the centre of the city. Would definitely stay again!!

I would come back to this hotel.

Surprisingly great location with almost free (1 Euro) parking lot near by. Super easy access to the rail and bus service.
Two large supermarkets were next to the hotel as well.
And rooms were modern and comfortable.
25 minutes to the city center and 20 minutes to the MUC airport. A perfect location.

Good value and great stay!

It was a great stay. I stayed for two nights before flying out of Munich airport. The location was perfect. About 25 min. S1 ride to/from the airport. There is a huge clean REWE market right next to the hotel, also really close to the train station. The facility was located in a quiet neighborhood, away from crowed city center. It was very clean and modern. And the most importantly, nice staff who were always willing to help you.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider lief die Lüftung im Badezimmer fast ununterbrochen und verströmte einen extrem unangenehmen Abflussgeruch durchmischt mit Zigarettenrauch. Konnte unkompliziert das Zimmer wechseln.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, leider waren die verschiedenen Kaffeevarianten mit Milch kalt, da die Maschine die Milch nicht ausreichend erwärmte. Auch ein klassischer schwarzer Tee wäre schön gewesen.
Feedback: Sehr bemühtes und freundliche Hotelsngestellte, bei der Ausstattung und beim Frühstück sind noch Luft nach oben.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und auch im Bad gab es genügend Platz.
Es war auch alles sauber und schön hergerichtet.
Im Zimmer gab es sogar eine kleine Kaffeemaschine.

Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, denn es war so gut wie alles geboten (Brezeln, Gebäck, Heißgetränke, Säfte, Käse, Wurst, Joghurt,....).

Das Personal war nett.

Was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war die Heizung im Zimmer.
Die war etwas umständlich. Es gab keinen Heizkörper sondern man stellte die Temperatur über die Klimaanlage ein und das hat nur mittelmäßig funktioniert.
Wir haben aber nicht gefroren, weswegen wir es jetzt nicht so wichtig fanden.

No hacen limpieza, no cambian toallas, no tienden!

No hicieron limpieza, no pusieron toallas, las camas no las tendieron, solo había 3 ganchos!!!no nos dejaron quedarnos 1 hora más, nos querían cobrar 10 euros, el recepcionista pésimo servicio, no nos quisieron cancelar el vaucher de garantía para extras, cuando salimos. NO regresaremos a este hotel!!!!

Obwohl wir ein Zimmer zur Bahnstrecke hatten, war bei geschlossenen Fenstern kein Lärm zu hören. Die Klimaanlage war nicht komplett abzuschalten und brummte leise vor sich hin - etwas störend. Zimmerservice (Handtuchwechsel) gab es nur nach expliziter Aufforderung durch das Schild an der Tür. Nähe zu U- und S-Bahn unschlagbar. Super Eisdiele gegenüber.

Ein tolles Hotel für München-Besuche. Die Öffis des MVV sind neben dem Hotel. Aber die schalldichten Fenster lassen den Öffi-Lärm draussen. Frühstück hervorragend. MitarbeiterInnen äußerst kompetent.

Ótima estadia.

Embora afastado do centro histórico da cidade, o hotel está localizado em frente ao término de metrô (U-Bahn) e de trem (S-bahn) que te levam aos pontos de interesse. S-bahn te deixa dentro do aeroporto de Munique. Excelente isolamento acústico, pois meu quarto era de frente para rua e ponto de ônibus e não se houvia o som. Excelente café da manhã e restaurante no próprio hotel. Além disso, há um supermercado em frente ao hotel.

Wir waren das erstmal in diesem Hotel aber nicht das letzte mal. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der absolute Knaller ist die U und S Bahn Haltestelle dierekt am Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön. Frühstück war reichlich.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen, vor allem dass es in der Tiefgarage E-Ladeplätze hat und mit dem E-Auto das Parken umsonst ist.

Etwas staubig und nicht so richtig schön, fanden wir nur das Gesteck in einem Glaskasten am Empfang.

Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und die Betten prima.

Pas de grand lit et pas de place de parking

Très mauvaise expérience et je souhaiterais une réponse. À notre arrivée il n’y avait plus de place de parking et ni de borne électrique (il me restait que 28km) sachant qu on avait réservé et payé. On nous a proposé un parking à 2km est ce normal ? En plus de ça on a payé un grand lit on se retrouve avec deux petits lits. L’hôtelier me dit on a que des petits lits et c’est la fait de houles.com car nous n’avons pas de grand lit est ce normal ? Que comptez vous faire ?

Wir hatten ausgerechnet gebucht als Adele und Coldplay in der Stadt waren und haben den 3 fachen Preis für das Zimmer gezahlt. Das Zimmer war leider unglaublich schmutzig als wir eingecheckt haben. Ich habe ein paar Fotos an der Rezeption gezeigt und es wurde nochmal geputzt. Allerdings nur die offensichtlichsten Dinge. Einige Flecken oder Staub waren auch nach der 2. Reinigung noch zu finden. Der Safe im Schrank war verschlossen. Grundsätzlich ein solides Hotel aber in unserem Fall war Preis Leistung einfach nicht gut.

出車站步行約50公尺即可抵達，很方便，旁邊也有一亇大型超市，我們住2晚，但只在第一天房間內有放礦泉水，且奇怪的是沒放開瓶器，只好下樓請服務人員幫忙。

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof München Feldmoching. Praktisch zum Flughafen (S-Bahn, 20 Minuten) oder in die Stadt (U S Bahn, 15 Minuten) Alles neu und sauber. Zimmer zum S-Bahn Bahnhof mit offenen Fenster laut, geschlossen kein Problem.
Rezeptionspersonal teilweise desinterissiert.
Kein Hallo/Tschüss, keine Herzlichkeit.
