This hotel was clean, modern, and had all we needed for our stay in Munich. A definite plus is the short walk to a Lidl grocery store and even shorter walk to train. No need for a car to get into and around the city. Teh neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for a good night's rest.

Kitchen was very clean with dishwashing soap, New sponge and dishwashing cloth, also there were garbage bags and dishwashing tablets.
Received top notch service from young guy Robin (sorry if I have forgotten his name)who was able to communicate in English. Overall, hotel staff is nice and helpful. Train station is only three minutes of walk. S8 takes your directly to the main train station and MarienplartzThere is a grocery store in the 10 minutes of walk which closes at 8:00 pm except Sunday.
There is a direct train S8 to the Munich International airport which takes an hour and costs around 13 Euro per person.

Most staff were not able to understand the English. They don’t answer the phone, you have to call many times. There is barely a staff member at the reception in he evening.
Apartment has a terrible smell when we entered. We have to open the windows plus I used my $50 worth perfume to get rid of the smell. I went to the reception to complain but no one was there. Shower door was closed, therefore, there was a terrible smell. I mentioned to Robin next day, hee came but the smell was gone as I used my whole perfume. My suggestion will be to leave the windows and shower door open before the arrival of the guest.
Hardwood floor really needs attention.
In short, I will still highly recommend this hotel as it's very clean overall

Dirty room & no pillows = big disappointment
The Coffee Fellows Hotel seems like a great option on paper, but we really had a disappointing experience.
1. The room was dirty: floors had a layer of dirt that turned out socks brown when we walked around. The bedding on the pull-out sofa was used AND they didn’t provide bedding for it. The response to the dirty floors, slippers. The front desk gave us two pairs of slippers for seven people staying in the large apartment room instead of having housekeeping attend to it.
2. The first night we noticed that there were not enough pillows. I went down to the front desk, because there isn’t a phone in the room to call the front desk. The person at the desk said they don’t have any pillows. My response was, my father in law will be down in a few minutes with his opinion if I don’t return with pillows for him. All of a sudden he found one for me. I asked for four pillows and got one. He blamed it on a staffing issue. He then told me that housekeeping would come up the very next day and make everything perfect in our room and how sorry he was for this. The next day when we returned back from our day out, nobody had been in our room and we still didn’t have enough pillows. I went straight to the front desk again. The same man was there and told me: no, housekeeping comes once every five days.
3. The room ran out of body wash, I walked back down for that. They did not have any, but I was handed liquid hand soap and was told, it’s basically the same.

Beim Frühstück herschte Chaos pur, keine Kaffeetasen, Tische wurden nicht gereinigt, das Buffet war mehr oder weniger leer, vereinzelt waren noch Brot zu finden. Excellent location to go to city - direct S8 that goes downtown or to airport. It is located on the other side of same building (150m from entrance).
The area is in development so besides bakery, Burger King and Pharmacy not much to do.
You can also find restaurants in nearby Germering (1 station oppostite direction from Munich).
I liked parking garage and for sure will stay there again.

I enjoyed my two night stay here. It was clean, friendly and simple. It is located on the edge of Munich next to Freiham station, about 20 minutes from the main station on the S-Bahn train. I also got the train from Freiham to the airport on my last day, so that was convenient. They don't have kettles in the rooms, but there is a bakery down the road. If I come back to Munich, which I hope I do, I would stay here again.

This new, cost-effective and convenient motel is located right next to a train station 8 stops away from Munich central station with a comfortable bed and pillow. The room was clean and I liked the shower and the soft and fluffy towels although the bathroom was a bit small. I enjoyed my stay at this motel except for the noise in the early morning followed by a jackhammer.

Breakfast is a basic set including bagels, slices of cheese and sausage, 2 kinds of juice, boiled eggs and tea/coffee. According to the notice on the wall, however you're allowed to pack a lunch bag using breakfast stuff - needs confirmation. Staff is friendly, understanding and speak both German and English.

Functional and efficient
Bavaria Motel is located next to the recently-built Freiham S-Bahn station. Walking from the train to the takes about 90 seconds. The whole Freiham area has only recently been created, so the hotel has a definite 'brand new' feel about it. This means that the whole place is clean, tidy, smart and modern. There's not much in the immediate vicinity of the motel. The nearest shop is about 10 mins walk away, at the petrol station (sells an excellent range of bottled beers).
The motel reception staff were very good - my schoolboy German isn't great, but fortunately their English is excellent.
My room was sparse and functional, but i think this is a design decision for the whole hotel.
Breakfast was really good - a wide selection of 'continental' meats, cheeses and breads. The coffee machine produced a decent cup too.
Overall, a clean, functional place to stay at a very good price (for Munich). I will definitely stay again next time i'm in the area.

Personnel agréable, cependant l'hygiène des chambres est à revoir. Poussière sur toutes les étagères. JOUR 1 : tapis de bain enlevé alors qu'il n'était pas par terre mais pas changé, serviette qui était sur le portant replié alors qu'elles étaient mouillées (super pour l'hygiène). Le lendemain (JOUR 2) à contrario on mets toutes les serviettes par terre, on nous remet simplement 1 serviette pour 2. Poubelle de la salle de bain pas vidée, papier toilettes pas changé.. Hier steht natürlich die Kaffeekette im Vordergrund, und man kann im hausinternen Cafe gerne Kaffee- und Kuchenspezialitäten genießen.
Das Zimmer war nicht allzu groß, aber für 2 Nächte ausreichend.
Das inbegriffene Frühstück hatte eine ausreichende Auswahl.
Es gibt sogar einen etwas versteckten Fitnessraum, der nur wenig genutzt wird, also gute Möglichkeiten an Schlechtwettertagen für sportliche Betätigung bietet.
Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden.

Es scheint ein neuer Trend zu sein, dass Kaffee-Anbieter auch Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten bereitstellen. Auf jeden Fall war es eine sehr angenehmer Erfahrung, hier für ein paar Nächte zu bleiben. Zimmer und Ausstattung waren völlig in Ordnung, auch der Schreibtisch groß genug zum Arbeiten. Auch einen Fitnessraum gibt es, den man aber erst einmal finden muss ;-) Und natürlich kann man auch die Coffee Fellows Spezialitäten genießen. In Summe war ich positiv überrascht.

1. Welcomed at the front-desk with 'there are no bookings on your name in the system'. Took a while to find it and finally get the room-key.
2. I had specifically booked and received confirmation for a room with a queen-bed but entered the room to find two separate single beds. Reason given at the front-desk: 'no rooms available'.
3. No towels in the bathroom. The used towels were removed after the room-service but were not replaced. Had to go to the front-desk (again) and get them myself.
4. The bath towels received were torn.
5. The parking-garage boom barrier had issues opening multiple times.
