On the downside, the room and bathroom are quite small. The soap and shampoo were provided in very small single-use sachets (like ketchup packets in a restaurant), only one per person per day, which forced us to buy our own. Also, you really need a car to get around and enjoy the location.

For a hotel with so many rooms, i was surprised that i could not get extra pillows. Their excuse was that the service that provided housekeeping had not resupplied due to the holiday, but seeing as there was no German holiday this weekend, I question that excuse. A single thin pillow of questionable material was not acceptable. The rooms, while small, were clean, and comfortable enough, though the mattresses were a bit on the hard side. Breakfast would probably have been great if the hotel actually planned to cater for the number of guests not the time window for service. Would we stay here again? In a pinch, yes, as value for money was what i expected, but as a planned stop, probably not. I do highly recommend the greek restaurant across from the hotel for dinner - the service and quality were both amazing.

Ein Waschbecken mit 25 cm Durchmesser, keinerlei Ablagen, an der Duschtuer hingen die Dichtungen herunter, ueber Nacht kamen Ameisen ins Zimmer, das auf Hoehe eines ueberdachten Innenhofs lag. Das Dekor im Restaurant billig...das alles fuer EU 325....es was zugegebenermassen Buamaschinenmesse in Muenchen, also \"premium pricing\"

A wonderful stay on the outskirts of Munich. The room was lovely and had everything you’d need for a short stay. No outside noise and I heard nothing from inside either.
The breakfast was unbelievable, so much choice and variety, I have seldom seen such a spread!
The only small thing is that you are given one small sachet of shower gel per person, so I’d recommend bringing your own shampoo/shower gel.

They have a tiny carpark which was already full by 17:00 when we arrived to check in. There is no street parking close to hand and ReWe carpark downstairs charges 25euro night time rate up to 6am so you better be up early! After that it’s about 4 euro an hour on top after 6am. Hotel night ended up costing double

This should be called Hotel “Armpits” due to the rude staff. We picked this property because it was lower cost than other hotels for Oktoberfest. It was a bad idea as we found out. Transportation is limited; be prepared to walk a mile to the S Bahn or wait for the bus at the right time. Clean and modern upscale motel on the outskirts of Munich. Excellent value for room size and breakfast options, surprisingly quiet for size. Very close to S-bahn station, but when we stayed, we had to connect in Pasing for all trains into Munich - this is beyond the hotel's control, of course, but placed the hotel about 45 mins from the centre. Area is nice but newly built, handful of dinner choices if needed. Probably more suitable for business or group travel than a romantic/cultural getaway, but I felt we got a great deal on a safe, quiet, comfortable, and air conditioned room, as well as an expansive breakfast buffet (importantly with decent coffee).

This was an economical gem of a place! The room was furnished with only what was needed for a night's stay and little else, but it was well done. My only complaint was that when I went down to the desk to ask for another pillow the man at the desk appeared 'annoyed and dismissive' in his expression and body language, but gave me the pillow anyway. The breakfast is OUTSTANDING and was one the best hotel breakfasts that I have ever experienced.

Wir waren 55 Minuten vor Check in Zeit da. Der Schlüssel wurde zwar übergeben, das Zimmer durften wir aber noch nicht beziehen. Auf die Frage, wo ich mich umziehen kann, wurde mir die öffentliche Toilette empfohlen. Ein Early Check In (den ich bis zu einem bestimmte Wert auch bezahlt hätte) wurde mir nicht mal angeboten. The breakfast exceeded expectations: abundant choice, everything fresh and high quality, excellent coffee, nice mix of regional specialties and all the classics – sweet, savory, healthy options… simply one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had.
Beds extremely comfortable – we slept like logs. Quiet rooms, quality bedding. Huge plus: included underground parking – spacious and no extra charge.
It’s honestly a shame that some guests don’t appreciate places like this (you can see minor marks on the walls from people carelessly dragging suitcases or bags – nothing major, but it’s noticeable and a pity, because with just a bit more care and consideration such small damage could easily be avoided).
All in all – fantastic value, modern & spotless rooms, top-notch staff, delicious breakfast and ideal location for transit. We’ll definitely return whenever we need a reliable, welcoming overnight stop near Munich.
