Overall our stay was good. I was traveling with my sisters family who arrived after my family. The hotel did accommodate our early arrival, however the room we were assigned had not been cleaned. The problem was solved quickly. The front desk person was very helpful. The breakfast was good.

The property is average, but clean and comfortable. One huge problem is a lack of air conditioning and in the hot weather we are experiencing it is a must.
We had to leave our windows open only to find some young drunk crowd talking loudly until early ours of the morning and doing some
kind of stunts with their bikes which were incredibly noisy. We could not sleep. This ruined our experience.

The Hotel was very nice for the price you pay. A big plus was the parking garage (5 Euro/night) during this time of the year. Also the breakfast was pretty good for only 8 Euro.

Nice hotel outside of Central Munich but with good Autobahn access. Close to a railway line but we didn't hear the trains with the window closed. Friendly staff and good underground parking for only 6.50 Euro.

This hotel was adequate. It was somewhat out of the way, but the train was easily accessible. The staff was somewhat less than friendly when we needed to ask questions as it was our 1st night ever in Germany. The room was very small, but was clean.

Oktoberfest stay with family

It is a bit old, however it has a good location because there is a s bahn station just two minutes away, so you can go anywhere in Munich great transport system . Nagy the girl at the concierge, was a fantastic help to us . There are a couple of convenience stores very close by and also various restaurants. Acces from the airport is great via train , if you are driving as well is really good via the 99 autobahn. Prices were a bit high (250) per night , I would it would be better a 150 per night then the stay would be excellent . Probably due to Oktoberfest they raised prices . Parking your car is not free but is cheap just 2€ per night outside and 6 € underground and you are lucky free on the street .

Pretty good in Munich :-)

Nice room, bathroom a little on the small side. Very friendly staff. Breakfast plentiful. Loads of tv channels, wi-fi worked like a charm - loved it. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but I knew that before I came, and it is pretty much the only down point. Pets welcome, it was quiet and I had 2 great nights of sleep, and I´d stay again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is good but some of the staff are not friendly and unhelpful. When we asked about any info about the city, they just told us to google it by ourselves. They also didn't want to facilitate us when we have problem with online booking with Expedia.com

Not a good room for a hot summer stay

The room was supposed to be a double room, for 4 people. We got a family room, Disney theme and all, probably good for a couple and young children, but not 4 adults. The room was terribly hot - no AC or fans, and the train tracks were right outside the window, with the train running every 20 minutes. The staff was friendly, but I would go for something else given a choice.

Poor choice of hotel for our Tesla Euro road trip.

Fairly disappointing. The price was reasonable and it was on our route, that was the reason we selected this hotel.The underground parking was adequate but had small parking slots. Auto lighting in the parking garage is spotty at best. Luckily I had a flashlight in my car because I really needed it. After struggling to get our 2 sleeping children from the pitch black garage to the elevator we found our room, it was actually wide open. I understand they probably made the extra bed up but its slightly troubling to find your room open for anyone to come in. It was very warm during our time in Germany and this room was no exception, it was about 30 degrees in the room and hallway...no A/C. So we went old school and opened the window, we were greeted with thick, nasty cigarette smoke and Polish people (employees?) talking loudly below our window. Later we were treated to trains rumbling past as this hotel is apparently 50 meters from 10 different train tracks. The room itself was pretty worn and appeared to be from the 80s but the bed was comfortable and between trains and smoking Polish people I managed to get something resembling sleep. The breakfast was an above average meal limited selection but the food was good and even our kids found something to eat.
This was just a rest stop stay and it could have been an easy positive review for this hotel but there were far too many shortcomings even for a cheap hotel. I'll never go back, and I would suggest you avoid as well.

Not recommended unless you can get it really cheap

Located quite away out of town. Whilst only 5 walk from the S-Bahn station Neuabinge with a journey time of 15 min fom Hbf (the main station) and a few minutes more from the city centre on S-Bahn line S8, this only operates every 20 min so can take a long time to get to and from the hotel. Our room was disappointing - not as shown on the website, had a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke and was very 'tired' especially in the bathroom, though it was a reasonable size. Worst still, there must be a factory or similar nearby as over night we had the windows open to reduce the smell and keep the room call (there is no air-con) - but all through the night there was a low-level rumbling sound sound with a extra 'whoosh' noise every ten minutes. On the second night there was another noise sounding like a machine gun every 5 minutes as well. It was not easy to get to sleep!

The hotel was out of the way, other than a McDonalds a gas station and a Subway sandwich place nothing nearby.
Hotel did not have wifi or air conditioning and there was a lot of street noice. The check in was easy, price was fair but free coffee was only available after 11am, which we thought was strange. Overall it was inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

Lobby and breakfast area are very nice. The room had mildew or black mold in the shower and tile around the sink. The tub drain stuck closed and needed maintenance to open due to the hair in the drain. Train traffic can be noisy.

IT HAS 24 HOUR SERVICE SO FOR US COMING IN AT 3AM WAS GREAT FROM WATCHING THE WORLD CUP IN AUSTRIA. ROOM IS GOOD AND BEDS WERE GREAT. WOULD NOT GET BREAKFAST AS THERE IS A MCD NEXT DOOR AND WE HAD TO RUN. HOTEL IS SMALL, NOT RUN DOWN, BUT NOTHING SPECIAL. FINE FOR A SHORT COMFORTABLE CLEAN STAY.

COCKROACH!

WORST hotel of our Germany Road trip. DIRTY room with a COCKROACH in the bathroom. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No attempt to move our room or even acknowledge that having a cockroach in a family room was a problem. We were told to wait until the the next shift in 1.5 hours and someone would help us. The person threw the cockroach in the toilet and sprayed disinfectant. We explained that we had our 18 month old in the room. Nothing else was done. Only upon checkout the next morning, when we told a manager that we planned to give a poor rating for our unsatisfactory stay did they offer to give us a free breakfast- which we didn't take- there were cockroaches in our room; imagine the kitchen. We ended up with 20% discount. We will never stay in an ecohotel again.

Decent for the price but far from city center

Hotel is a little far from the city center. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute train ride to city center. They only gave one key for the room and shower got clogged. If I had to book another hotel in Munich for 4, I would rather book two separate hotel rooms somewhere closer to the city center.

A nice comfy hotel, very welcoming. They new we would be arriving after midnight and were expecting us, reception lady on duty was great and very helpful. There were 4 of us in one family room, spacious enough, with very comfy double beds and a lovely warm shower. The buffet breakfast was all you could eat for about 7 euros with a nice choice of what to eat, it did the job. Internet available for a very small charge, easily enough time to check your emails. Hotel was nicely located, just a 5 minute walk to the S-Barn (railway) with a 15 minute journey time to the centre of Munich and 45 - 60 minutes to the airport. I could easily stay here again.

Excellent hotel - especially if you are driving

Great hotel at a very fair price: in particular, if you are traveling by car. Though, it should be said, its close to the metropolitan transport system, which in Munich, is very good. Also close to a modern shopping centre, and within easy reach of the Autobahn. I stayed with my wife and 2 teenage kids, and the family room, with two comfortable double beds. There is an underground garage (extra fee, but reasonable), and wifi in the lobby (the only negative point, is that there is no wifi in the rooms). Breakfast is simple, yet great, and obviously includes Brezen (pretzels)! I will return to the same hotel the next time I'm in Munich!

Convenient Location

Parking in Munich can be a nightmare - we tried the first night we arrived. This hotel offers underground parking and is located right beside the train. You buy your tickets at the front desk and catch the train into the city a few steps away. Despite the location, the room was very quiet - no city noise at all. If needed, a McDonalds is attached as well.

Haben insgesamt mehr erwartet!

Bietet, was ein 3-Sterne Hotel eben offerieren kann. Nicht super, aber auch nicht wirklich schlecht. Obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht waren, gab es Brandflecken auf dem Sofa, und es roch auch nach kaltem Rauch...

Badezimmer ok - keine Beanstandung.

Empfang am ersten Tag eher reserviert, kein gutes Deutsch und deshalb eher abweisend. Am nächsten Tag war alles bestens (so gar sehr netter Service).

Das Hotel liegt dierekt an einer Bahnlinie. Dadurch eher laut. Das Hotel scheint bei Jugendlichen sehr beliebt zu sein, u.a. für Klassenausflüge.

Der Safe in dem Zimmer war so klein, dass kein 13Zoll PC eingeschlossen werden konnte. Dies wurde als Mangel empfunden.

Alles in allem: gut

Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch sehr gut erhalten. Das Zimmer roch ein wenig streng nach künstlichem Duft. Man kann gegen Gebühr vor dem Hotel parken oder in der Tiefgarage. Falls man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, ist es auch ein leichtes ein wenig Sightseeing in der Umgebung zu betreiben.
Ergo: War gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
