After 3 Days i putted the sign outside, to serve my room. Coming back, thex have had changed the towels, but not done the bed or something. I have no problems, to use a towel 2 days, but not serving the romm for the whole wekk is not acceptabel.

The staff at the property were very kind. We weren't able to check in early, but they did hold our baggage while we explored the area. Unfortunately, the only dining options nearby were a McDonalds and a bakery. Transportation was limited to and from Olching, so we utilized the Esting Train Station primarily. Clean rooms and great breakfast.

This hotel is great. It's a shame that it is on an industrial park and not near any cultural or dining placesthe staff, especially Stefani was very helpful at every turn.
If you have use of a car it is great but using cabs to go out for a bite isn't ideal.

Everything was great with a couple exceptions. First, guests are unable to control the temperature in their room which we especially needed to sleep cooler. Outside temperatures during our stay were on the cooler side. Yet their AC could not handle cooling the room down at night per the explanation given by staff. Secondly, we paid for a parking spot it could not always find one at the end of the day. Otherwise, our stay was exceptional.

The hotel overall was nice, the lobby was great, the staff were great, the breakfast was perfect. The only issue I had was; the rooms were too small, I booked a two Twin separate beds room for me and my adult son, on an Autobahn vacation and the room was way too small for two large male adults like us. I guess I should've booked 2 rooms. Also the area around the property is not accessible on foot, you need a car to get around anywhere, typical suburban property.

The hotel was very good overall. Only problem was the location. To get to the city center you had a 10 minute walk, then a 15 minute bus ride, then a 30 minute train ride and then another 10 minute walk. We did this for 5 days in extremely cold weather and most days in the rain. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Munich city center.

Auch der aif der Homepage ausgeschriebene öffentlicje Parkplatz steht für normale PKWs nicht zur Verfügung. Dieser Parkplatz ist ein reiner LKW-Parkplatz, mit ein paar Plätze für Motorräder und E-Fahrzeuge. Ansonsten gibt es weit und breit keine Möglichkeiten. This hotel worked out for us. Easy to get to from Munich by car. Clean newer room. Still no AC after they decide to turn it off for the year. Had to open window and it was loud at times. Breakfast was included but lukewarm eggs and pancakes made it just ok.

We stayed her because it was close to Dachau Concentration camp which we visited. The staff at the hotel helped us greatly with printing off some train travel tickets as well for the next few days. The guy (I am not sure of his name) last night (10 Oct 2024) went above and beyond to help us. The staff assisted with us getting to Dachau as well. Thank you very much, it was greatly appreciated!

After a very long flight, and then a very long drive, arriving at this hotel was an oasis in the desert of fatigue! The staff were friendly and very helpful. We hadn’t eaten so went to the vending machine for a chocolate bar. The vending machine kept a couple euro of our change and when I brought this up at the front desk it was rectified without any hassle which we very much appreciated. Our room was perfect. Clean to the point everything looked brand new and the temperature nicely cool. We highly recommend staying here!

The only problem is that the young women working the counter on Saturday and Sunday night asked why we needed more towels. When my sister went to get more for us, she he women gave her a hard time. I had to turn around, go back down stairs, tell her I required more towels, and the I had reminder her that I did pay for the room as well as the service. I also reminded her that we do not use the same towel everyday and there are 2 females in the room. I have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Expresses world wide and this is the first time I was asked this! The same women also said that she only have certain foods items on a very big menu when my sister and I were trying to figure out what to eat for dinner- she replied she only had 1 item, however there was a full restaurant with menu and it was advertised as such.

Firstly, the staff at the hotel were brilliant, eg sending us off with a packed breakfast when we had to leave early. The breakfast buffet was also lovely and the room was perfectly fine, exactly what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn. The problem was the location, okay if you’re driving but poor public transport. The S-bahn was great but the bus from the hotel to a station was not. The hotel isn’t exactly in Munich. We booked on a free cancellation rate with Expedia, which disappeared very quickly without our knowledge, otherwise we’d have cancelled the hotel booking. Expedia were worse than useless when we contacted them, and the hotel was not much use in advance (told us to get the bus, but not how infrequent/sporadic they are - a lovely guy on the bus showed us how to find the latest times, which would have been really helpful information for the hotel to share). Overall disappointing and didn’t meet our needs.
