Plus: extensive breakfast buffet (Mon to Fri 06:30 to 10:00, Sat, Sun & public holidays 07:00 to 11:00) The FreshSuites & Bar in Dachau is conveniently located 20 km northwest of Munich city center, between Karlsfeld and Dachau Castle.

The room was clean and very large. There was a vending machine in the lobby with nice snacks and drinks. It was very quiet at night. The shower kept flooding even after a short shower unfortunately. Walking from the train station was a little confusing, Apple maps sent us down a wrong path to a dead end nearby, but we still found it easily.

Room was large but no coffeemaker. Bathroom nice. Bed was comfy. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. Lounge had good selection of bier and wine but only had pizza for food - it was really good! About a mile from the train station and 2 miles from the concentration camp memorial site.

This hotel was the perfect find. We needed somewhere reasonable before a flight out of Munich. It is accessible from the central train station downtown and the airport was a 20 minute taxi away. The hotel was accommodating allowing us to add an extra small bed to the room and a late night check in. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Very nice place, but you better get there before 10pm, otherwise they lock the doors and you have to use your key to get in. If you're just getting there for the first time after 10pm, you have to use their outside lockbox, kinda cumbersome.

I had to stay in this hotel and I regretted it very much.The hotel is absolutely not worth its price.The room has a musty smell,also the room is hot and when I tried to change the temperature to a lower one,but it was impossible ! Why deceive your visitors that you have air conditioning when I can’t change temperature?! It is impossible to open the window at night because of the noise of the cars..The Internet worked intermittently and disconnected several times in the evening.
Also, be aware that the hotel will make you pay a 50 euro prepayment or take your credit card details in case you have a drink in the bar and forget to pay, this is their explanation. It's all acceptable and it may be hotel policy, but you should be warned about it.

The place was very clean. They were understaffed and there were no phones in the room to call the front desk. They had no one to work the bar except for the front desk personnel who did not know what they were doing. The onsite restaurant only had pizza, and there were only two restaurants a short distance away.

Couldn’t check-in as iPad wasn’t letting us as saying reservation was wrong. When trying to check-in online it kept kicking you back to the start and then after 1hr we got our rooms. Then you tried charge the two rooms for breakfast when it was part of the package and that took around 20mins to fix. Last when trying check out it was saying I had bill to pay which was wrong so need wait go call when traveling make sure I was checked out. I would say it was very poor experience and it’s such same as it’s beautiful hotel and room we had lovely

This was our favorite stay in all of Germany. We even extended our stay by two nights and used it as a central hub for some day trips. The A/C worked, the blackout curtains were awesome, and the two types of shower heads were amazing! The staff were all absolutely outstanding. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, friendly, and has a variety of wonderful restaurants at which to eat. Will definitely recommend and stay again if we're able to return.

This property was a fantastic stay, it wasn’t too far from the train station where you could get to Munich central station within 30 minutes, it was very quite area with shops and a couple dining options a walk away and the dining at the property itself was present but as the hotel was quiet there wasn’t dining offered the days we stayed. Absolute Katastrophe, ich bin um 23Uhr angereist (Karte in der Safebox an der Tür, da Rezeption nur bis 22Uhr besetzt) habe das Zimmer betreten und direkt einen Hustenanfall bekommen, vermutlich von den Federkissen (ich bin Allergiker und hatte vorher um federfreie Betten gebeten!!). Jedenfalls musste ich das Zimmer unmittelbar wieder verlassen, mitten in der Nacht, im Regen bei 9°C, zur Wiesnzeit. Da es keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort gab, war eine Klärung nicht möglich. Es ging mir auch sofort wieder gut! Management und Personal sind eine Katastrophe. Mir wurde vorgeworfen, dass ich lüge und im Hotel keine Federkissen oder -decken vorhanden wären (zum Glück habe ich Beweisfotos gemacht) und ich direkt zur Rezeption hätte kommen sollen, um eine Lösung zu finden - wie gesagt, diese ist nachts nicht bestetzt, ein absoluter Witz, null kundenorientiert! Meine Allergie und die furchtbaren Umstände, denen ich ausgesetzt war, wurden komplett ignoriert. Selbst nachdem ich dem Management die Beweisfotos zukommen lassen habe, gab es KEINE ENTSCHULDIGUNG FÜR DIE LÜGEN DER ANGESTELLTEN, KEINE ERSTATTUNG, eine bodenlose Frechheit. Eine Allergie ist kein Scherz, sondern wenn sie derart ignoriert wird ggf lebensbedrohlich! Also Finger weg von diesem Hotel. Kleine Randnotiz zur Einordnung dieser Bewertung: ich verbringe jedes Jahr 100-200 Nächte in Hotels, solche Inkompetenz und Kundenunfreundlichkeit hab ich noch nie erlebt. Es wurde gar nicht erst versucht, eine Lösung zu finden!
