Very clean property, room was clean and well stocked. Spacious shower with good water pressure and shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Very friendly staff. Check in was easy and fast. If staff isn't at the desk, there is a tablet where you can talk to someone remotely.

Electric plate was not working and they gave another induction stove. But it had to be kept on the dining table and the issue was never fixed through out the stay. Cooking on the dining table became messy and we could not use the table for his original pourpose. Room cleaning was done only for 1 day during entire length of stay of 9 days. Room cleaning should be done atleast twice.

Our first time in Tokyo and staying in Minn Kappabashi has been a wonderful experience. It is right on the kitchen shipping street Kappabashi for all local ceramics, knives, and kitchenware. 10 minute from Senso-ji Shrine and another 10 mins from the Tokyo Skytree. The accommodation has laundry/dryer inside note it takes about 3 hours for it to do both wash/dry together. Theres a fridge, two beds and two tatamis. Clean and 24/7 reception service via online if staff isnt present. We highly recommend it here if youre staying in Asakusa area. Lots of places to eat and shopping

A very generous size. This is actually a studio with a kitchen and dining area a king sized bed and a pull down loft single bed. This configuration was perfect for us (a married couple and a teenager.
The room has a clothes washing machine.
The Location is Ok - about 25 minutes walking from a major train station. That walk, although safe and clean, gets old.

If your an American this is the option for you. Beds that are large enough for a typical American couple are hard to find. These offer that and more. It was enough space, comfortable, we had a kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a separated bathroom. All of that made the stay more comfortable and easy. I will be doing this again.

This hotel didn’t cleaned the room at all. I expected this was as good as their sister hotel Monday, but I was totally wrong.

1. Floor has nails, long hairs, crumbs and dusty everywhere. There is a plastic straw bag on the dining table.
2. Tatami area is dirty too. I saw lots of hair and dirts on the bedding. I went down to lobby to grab new sets of bedding, and I made my bedding.
2. Toilet seat has yellow stain and long hair on it.
3. I saw food left in the kitchen sink strainer.
4. Kitchen appliances have oil stains on surface and dusty.
5. Hair dryer is very dirty.
6. Then won’t come to change your towels daily. You either wash yourself or you go down to look for the staff to ask for the replacement.
7. There is stain on the washer button. I ran a cleaning circle before I felt ok to use it.

At the end, I put on the gloves to clean the whole room by myself.

We have 2 children. It's impossible for us to take the train with all the luggages and children. We took the limousine bus @ the view hotel to/from haneda airport ( 5 mins walk ) . not the most convenient location ( 5-10min walk to the subway/train station) but good for family. Enough room and included washer and dryer !

Check in process didn’t work and since no employee is present at front desk, it was a bit difficult. Room was not clean. Sheets had excessive human hair, fresh makeup stains and food wrappers. Appeared as if they were just folded and put away after last person slept in them, not washed. Poor response from hotel to address concerns and very disturbing that something so blatantly soiled slipped through and does not give me confidence the room was actually clean. If you want a clean room and a manned front desk, look elsewhere. If you want to pay to lay in filth, this place is for you.

Bath and shower, washer and dryer came in handy. Is quite a walk I recommend jumping in an uber from the train station. Love this place would definitely stay again.

This is a virtual first hotel where there is no staff on site, so if you prefer having 24/7 concierge, this may not be for you. Other than that, the room is decent size for 4 people with 2 beds and 2 tatami. It is convenient located within walking distance to Donqi, Senji temple etc. Hotel is very clean as well.

A little far from the train, but all in all, for the value, a little bit of a walk is not an issue. The room was comfortable, but the pictures were a little misleading. The pictures made the room look bigger than it was. The washer/dryer was also not working properly (the dryer was not working). However, having a kitchenette and a small dining table made up for this. We would stay here again.

Family of 4 (with 2 teens) stayed in a “superior apartment” with the tatami for 8 nights. Enough space for all of us. The kitchenette, decent sized fridge and the washer/dryer combo were a plus. FamilyMart and 7-11 were close by. Life Supermarket was also within walking distance (8-10 min) and was great option to buy fresh fruits, cooked foods and variety of sushi. Train/subway stations were a good 11-15 min walk. Great location. We would stay there again!

The cleanliness of the room was to say the least, average. The washer and dryer combo was very useful to have. Asakusa and it's key destinations were walkable, with great dining options nearby, and multiple supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Overall, the room did feel a little cramped but compared to other hotels nearby, it did have more room to fit a tatami mat, kitchen, and dining table. A little fiddling around and moving of furniture made the space more functional when occupying a room with three medium to large sized luggage bags. At the end of the day, you need to make it work, and we definitely did. As said earlier, the cleanliness of the room required greater attention. The questionable marks along both sides of the toilet walls in room 604, was not pleasant. Overall, a small but functional room for a family of three with great distance to key locations.

Overall stay was generally okay, with good facilities but maintenance needs improvement.

The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, which is great for families. It comes with many useful facilities such as air conditioning with heater, air purifier, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and most importantly a washing machine. The space is large enough for family meals and sitting together comfortably, which we really appreciated.

However, there are several areas that need improvement, mainly related to maintenance and cleanliness of appliances. The air conditioner had very low airflow and visible dust around the cover, which made it feel like it had not been cleaned or maintained for a long time. The air vents in the room were also dusty and did not look well maintained.

The water purifier was covered in dust, and the washing machine showed an error code indicating the drying filter was clogged, which suggests it was not properly serviced before our stay.

Overall, the room has good potential and facilities, but better maintenance and regular cleaning of electrical appliances would greatly improve the experience. With proper upkeep, this could be a very comfortable place to stay.

No front desk receptionist, you check in and out using a QR code. Room that we got was big enough for 4 adults. 1 king size bed (2 twin). There was 3 twin size beddings for the tatami floor in the closet. Although, we find it too thin, so we had to find a way to make it more comfortable, used the extra comforter/duvet on top of it. Our only complain is that, the pillows are way too small and too thin! There was a total of 5 in the room.
There was a good size fridge and freezer, a microwave, a mini oven, a stove , a rice cooker, plates, cups, spoon, forks, chopsticks, knives etc.
AC and heater works great. Love the washer/dryer. Elevator is fast enough. Our room was in the 12th floor with the nice view of the Sky Tree Tower.
There’s a bus stop close by but sometimes the wait is long, location of the hotel is not bad but we end up walking a lot to and from the bus/train station. Lots of Family Mart, 7-11, Lawson close by.
They also have a luggage storage but not that big. First come first serve. If you need airport transfer, Limousine Bus has a stop a few minutes from this hotel.

Very happy with the in room washer/dryer, provided alot of convenience for us. But it was said that they will clean the room for us on 3rd day but nothing was done, not sure if this is upon request. Other than its quite a far walk from Asakusa temple area itself, we are still very happy with the stay. Amenities in the room were perfect. We had a small dining table, microwave oven, drawers were well equiped wjth necessary kitchen needs.

Our family enjoyed a comfortable vacation here.
The check-in/out was easy, the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, and our room was clean. The family suite provided basic kitchen supplies and appliances, including a washer-dryer. Three subway stations—Asakusa, Tawaramachi, and Iriya—are all within a 15–20 minute walk. 7-Eleven, local supermarkets, and the Senso-ji temple area are also within walking distance.

The only good thing about this hotel is that the room is spacious. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing — there were hair and stains all over the room. I also asked a question one month before check-in and never received any response.

The location is about a 15-minute walk to the shopping area or the subway. I’ve stayed at the Minn-Gion location before, and this property is definitely not at the same standard.

Room was spacious for japanese standards, very convenient to have in-suite washing machines and centrally located to trains and main asakusa area. Cons: could be cleaner..especially in the shower/bathroom area..there was mould/pink build up and drains got clogged. Also gets super loud if you are on the bottom floors because you can hear upstairs dining room chairs getting pushed, children crying, etc. Its more of a family hotel.

Our stay was okay but could’ve been better. Check-in wasn’t thorough, and we had to figure things out ourselves using QR codes. The room had a slight odor, dusty surfaces, and tatami beds that smelled and looked heavily used. We needed to request new sheets. The washer and dryer didn’t work well even after a tub clean, leaving clothes damp and with a strange smell. Location is about 10 minutes from the train station, which was convenient, but overall the stay felt below expectations for the price.

Although compact roomy for a family of 5. Futons were good and was the Japanese experience. Could not provide extra pillows though. Shower head is odd handheld one, but same as others in Japan. Very modern and clean inside. Small apartment with no pool but an excellent stay for the price. Very safe. No one at the desk but you can contact staff easily through email or Ipad. 10 min walk to stations in many directions. Very safe area near temples and shops. Kitchen was and dining table was great. No tea towels though.

The staff were super nice. The unit Superior room was spacious and fully equipped. The bedding was okay, looked like there were stains that doesn’t want to come off and the bed was a little on the hard side, only 1 pillow per bed. Bathroom was great, small deep tub and shower area. You can store your luggage for free in the lobby (15 locks). The closest train station is 12 minutes away H line. There are 12 floors, 4 rooms per floor. If you get a room towards the back of the hotel like 904, you will have a view of the Skytree. Use Line to communicate with the hotel, like request for towels. There is also another Minn Asakusa which we went to by mistake since this one shows up as Minn 浅草かっぱ橋 on Google Maps. We recommend Nihonkai Kototoi Shop (best sushi we had in the area) also half the price. Also a few walkable supermarkets, a 711 and a Family Mart.

The hotel was conveniently located near Asakusa Sensoji Temple and both Iriya and Tawaramachi Stations—all within a 10-minute walk.
The room layout was unique, featuring a tatami area where the futon beds were laid out. As a family of five, we stayed comfortably for five days.

FamilyMart and 7-Eleven were nearby for quick snacks and drinks, and Life (a local grocery store) was just around the corner if you wanted to prepare meals. We enjoyed some Wagyu steaks with instant rice and salad—it was delicious.

The in-room washing machine with a dryer function was a great convenience.

Although there was no front desk staff on-site, support was readily available via the LINE app. I was initially shocked to find a blood stain on one of the futons, but the staff responded promptly—even at 10:30 p.m.—and replaced it with a clean one by 10:55 p.m.

The room had a vacuum cleaner, and there were ample supplies of garbage bags and toilet paper available in the lobby.

Check-in and check-out were seamless using a QR code.

It truly felt like a second home in Tokyo—we would definitely come and stay again.

They did not email the check-in procedure ahead of time. When they did, the website didn’t work. Even when I was at the lobby scanning the QR code it didn’t work.

Their virtual check-in process doesn’t work. It’s frustrating when you and travel companions are exhausted and just want to rest.

The room was beautiful and the amenities were great! It is in a lovely area. I just wish there was a human at the front desk. I did not like the self check-in process. And there was no room to store our luggage until our room was ready.

Great and comfortable hotel for families.

Great hotel, comfortable for a family; although the matresses could be better, and the hotel could offer a daily clean. The location it could be a downside, far from the main train stations. Other than that, great hotel, we could go back easily without a doubt.
