We stayed here to have access to Ueno station via subway and be able to reach Asakusa via transit. The room was small but comfortable as is typical for hotel rooms in Japan. Breakfast was amazing with lots of Japanese food options and some western options like cereal and pastries. There surrounding area was quiet and felt safe, though there wasn't much around in terms of shops and dining options. Overall, would recommend if you would like to stay somewhere quiet.

Just stayed here Oct. 3-6. In All the 3 hotels we’ve stayed while in Japan. This is the hotel very tight and limited space. It’s Limited space already they added chairs that barely you can sit because no space at all. With all your luggage’s we had medium size luggage the room is very small. How much more if large luggage? Big No and Not recommended.

I like because it's near train station,but i must changed train more, because this is small train station. Hotel room so small, we were barely standing all together, and open 1 of our luggage also difficult. Bed size is very small, 1single and 1double bed for family of 4 its too small. Pillow only 2pcs.

Good basic hotel for a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Not very spacious and the pillows were horrible, but otherwise it worked well for our family of four using two twin rooms. Used the laundry facilities and there was a clog in the drain, leading me to flood the laundry room several times. Employee who came to help was very apologetic and helpful cleaning up the mess. Great location within a 2 minute walk to the subway and several great bakeries.

The location is convenient. Nearest station only 3 min walking distance. 25 min walking to Ueno and Asakusa. Save a lot of money on transport.

Although the room is small but the facility is complete like kettle.

They also provided free drink and free supper ( local food).

Worth to visit again.

The hotel was nice, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Despite the ad saying it sleeps 4 the room was way too small for a family of four. There was one double bed and one single bed. We opted to purchase the buffet breakfast and only found out after booking that this did not include the kids.

There were many excellent restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We would like to return this hotel if we are in Tokyo again.

The hotel is very close to food such as yoshinoya and matsuya. However the highlight of the stay would have to be the Ochazuke supper provided at the hotel between 9pm and 11pm. This is a lovely experience which really sets this hotel apart from the others!

Bottled water should be supplied daily. We stayed 7 nights, but got no bottled water when we checked in, also no bottled water the next day after we had the room cleaned. Bottled water doesn't cost much but it is not convenient for the tourists, that they have to go out to get it, especially when they returned to the hotel late at night!
Hope this can be considered!

Our stay was excellent at Vessel Inn Ueno - the hotel is very close to a Metro stop (Iriya), only a few minutes walk. The hotel was very clean. The best part was the complimentary snacks and drinks - which is most welcome after a long day of exploring!! There is much to do at the nearby Ueno area. We highly recommend this hotel.

Vessel Inn Ueno Iriya Ekimae hotel service is good

The hotel is quite new and was just 1 minute walk from Iriya mtr station. pricing is good and my wife and I stayed for 3 nites. I was impressed with the receptionist who could speak fluent english and her service is good. The room is clean with large windows even equipped with air-purity machine to ease my nasal sensitivity although it is a bit small and without any wardrobe. It was a surprise that the hotel offer us a welcome drink and dinner although we don't have available time to try as our travel schedule for eat and shop was fully occupied during the days. However, I was accidentally left my diamond ring in the hotel room upon checkout of the hotel and came back to HK. With long-distance call to the hotel representative Okuno and several emails, they help me to send back my ring to HK just at Christmas Eve. It's no doubt one of my best Christmas gift and unforgettable memories in my life. I am highly recommended this hotel and sincerely thanks for their excellent service.

Room was really clean but small. Friendly staff. I decided to not let them clean my room on the second day, so I put sign at the door. Surprised me when I came back to my room with a bucket of clean towels, robe, and toiletries in front of the door.

The location is great. It takes about 1 minute to the subway station and 1 stop to Ueno. Around 2-3 minutes walk to Family Mart. There's also a tax-free shop nearby and some of the stuff that I bought was a couple dollars cheaper than stores in Ueno. They also have some instant ramen that are cheaper than Family Mart.

P/s: Free ladies' stuff at the front desk. Also, FREE croissants, ice cream, coffee, and tea from 2 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm to 11 pm, they serve Japanese meal (rice, pickle, fish, etc.) which is also FREE. They also offer free ice cube on the floor with the laundry.

I'm glad I chose this hotel. The hotel staff were very sincere and helpful. The room was very clean. I'd say the room I had was smaller than average (which I expected), but it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I also liked that they had complimentary coffee, bread and Ochazuke services. The Iriya area was very convenient for the purposes of my visit, which were to see old friends/colleagues and work in a quiet room, before flying abroad. Thank you!

Comfortable and clean hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast consisting of western as well as Japanese food. Very close to Iriya metro subway station (3 minutes from hotel once exited at exit 3). Room is typical of these type of hotels. Vending machines on several of the floors including complementary ice dispensers. Also washing machines and ironing for those who want it. Will keep your luggage until 2 pm once checked out.
What more could one want?

It is located on a good neighborhood, near to subway station and some good restaurants. It is the typical Hotel in Tokyo, quite small but good enough for a couple of days. I would recommend to bring your own bed sheets since I found them a little bit stained. Great Staff and service.

一定不會再入住🚫缺點太多了

缺點：
住了十天以上，從來也沒有為我們打掃過，頭三天我們掛了不要打掃，所以門口都會掛有替換毛巾。之後我們移除了掛牌，但一直到離開當天也沒有打掃過。只是每天在門口放上替換的毛巾。

另外台面職員連基本都英文也不會說。

到了晚上回來，很多次台面也是沒有職員，感覺很不安全，因為大堂和搭電梯也是不用拍卡的。

還有不知為何有時候酒店外的酒店招牌燈也會關掉，第一次遇到時我們還以為去錯了地方。

還有一重點是最近的入谷站，早上是超超超多人，每朝早上都可以體驗到日本人如何迫鐵路上班😅

酒店在指定時間有提供免費飲料和茶泡飯。

酒店位置不錯，入谷站3號出口，有行李的話4號出口有電梯。房間可以看見部分晴空塔，有加分。早餐也不錯，住了4晚，早餐雖然沒有變化，選擇也不多，但味道都不錯，加購早餐不會覺得不值得。就是牆比較薄，和隔壁可能床貼床，可以聽到隔壁XX的聲音，比較尷尬。

A good choice for staying at a location where you could catch early trim at Ueno Station which is just one stop from Ishiya! The hotel price in Ueno would be much higher!

利用客のマナーが悪い

朝食が某テレビ番組で紹介されましたが、実際はだいぶ品数は少なかったです。金額には見合っていると思いますし、スタッフの方はすぐ補充をしてくれるのですが、空の器が目立ちました。野菜もレタスとブロッコリーのみ、海鮮丼の具はマグロのお刺身と中落ちのみ、フルーツ等はなく、紹介されていたケーキもありませんでした。みつ豆がかろうじてある程度でした。パンも2種類のみで申し訳程度にある様子でした。

夜にお茶漬けのサービスがあるのですが、ほかに利用客がいても、メインの具材の鮭を1人で使い切ってしまう女性や、宿泊客とは思えない方が利用していたり、また、全時間帯を通して、手指消毒をせず、マスク手袋をしないで食品に触れる方が多く、おどろきました。
ホテルのせいではないかもしれませんが、
利用客の注意喚起や衛生的に食品を扱うような声かけやアナウンスがもう少しあってもいいのかと思います。
