- ค่าพักค่อนข้างถูกให้ย่าน Ueno
- พนักงานให้การต้อนรับดี ใส่ใจมาก
- โรงแรมเชื่อมต่อกับร้านขายยา ค่อนข้างสะดวก
- ที่พักห่างจากสถานีรถไฟไกลระดับหนึ่ง ประมาณ 800 ม. ถึง 1 กม.
- ห้องพักค่อนข้างแคบ และฝุ่นในห้องค่อนข้างเยอะมาก คงเป็นเพราะพื้นห้องที่เป็นพรมทั้งห้องมันทำความสะอาดยาก

Room smelled strange. Bathroom smelled of mildew entire three days of my stay. Left the fan on to make sure it exhausted out of the room and not into the bedroom area. Took a photo where it was growing in the area behind the basin

Booked too fast and didn’t notice it was a smoking room which was not nice and very bad. The room carpet was dirty in between floor and wall, but everything else was okay. Receptionist wasn’t really bilingual and not rude but not friendly either.

First of all, THIS HOTEL USES FLAT SHEET UNDER THE QUILT instead of duvet cover! You can see stain, blood and lipstick on the quilt. This is really unacceptable for a hotel with this price tag. Second, THIS HOTEL LOCATES NEXT TO A FUNERAL PARLOUR, with corpse storage service inside the parlor. The society is abnormally quiet. The acoustic insulation is kinda poor with knocking and hammering sound at midnight. The air conditioning is great, however a noisy cracking sound often bursts out from false ceiling, probably from the refrigerant pipes, which makes sleeping quality poor. There is a window with translucent coating. Do not open it, because its facing to the adjacent funeral parlor. There is a blue LED feature light (cant turn off, can only dim) installed on window sill. Wonder oif the light portal is some sort of chinese \"feng shui\" setup. Overall, the atmosphere is really creepy, do not book this hotel if you have any worries. This hotel is run by a chinese corporation, targeting mainland customer. Dont expect the service is as polite as japanese. Therefore the service is kind of replusive for any other foreigners and domestic japanese visitors. However, apart from its creepyness, the room is nice, clean and functional. The amenities are okay but not comparable to other hotels in tokyo with same price tag.

The property was great value, the bed was very comfortable, the room was well appointed. The location was also good although further from the main Ueno station that I expected at around a 15 minute walk. It was also very quiet, the air conditioning and the water pressure in the shower was good. I did not think the cleaning was up to standard with stains on the bed cover, marks on the mirror and TV screen. Also hairs in the bathroom floor from the previous guest. The staff were friendly and helpful although their English was not very good.

The room was very neat and nice. Very comfortable. The door must be a little thin, though, because it is a bit easy to hear the noise from outside. The breakfast lounge is lovely and cozy.

Ekstremt små værelser. Badeværelset var rent men værelset var beskidt. Lugt ikke så god. Ingen vindue.
Okay hvis man har brug for et billig overnatning. God lokation for Narita lufthavn. Gode senge.

Das Zimmer war etwas staubig und hatte Flecken auf dem Stoffboden. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers an sich war zufrieden stellend. Die Lage ist Top. Bahnhof Ueno ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

洗面所の流れが悪かったのが気になりました。朝食をつけていたのですが終了間際だったせいかご飯もパンもなくて残念でした。もう少し余裕があるは配膳にしたほうが良いと思います。

以前見た口コミで、ホコリ等の指摘を見ましたので、正直期待して居ませんでしたが、あれは間接照明の為、ホコリが舞って見えてしまうのは避けられない状況かと思います。
が、清潔ですし、間接照明でオシャレでもあり今後も利用させていただきたいホテルでした。

色々と不便でした

禁煙の部屋でしたが臭いがしました。シャワー室の床にピンクのカビ（？）清潔とは言えないです。コインランドリーはなくかなり遠くなるのが不便。そして何より想定より上野駅からはだいぶ遠いです。

上野駅からも近い筈

室内に時計が無く、目覚ましもなく、モーニングコールの案内も無いのは不便。

フロントで上野駅への行き方を聞きましたが、近くの地下鉄入谷駅の場所しか教えて貰えなく残念でした。

●そもそも場所がわかりにくすぎる。
一階のドラッグストアが通りぬけ自由なのは結構だが、初見では普通やらない。

●中国人従業員と日本人従業員の小競り合いはや、フロントでなく客の見えないところでやってほしい。

●朝食の有り無しの連動がなさすぎる。
2泊して、初日は食べれたのに、２日目は不可だった。
料金は後日請求されるのだろうか。
バイキング形式なら、通すなら通すで統一してほしい。

●ネットで予約したとしても、普通であればチェックインの時点でカード払いか現金払いか改めて選ばせてくれるのが常識。
カード以外は受け付けないとのことだが、予約時点でカード払いは済との説明、それでは朝食代はどうなっているのだろうか。

●従業員に、挨拶をする意思がなさすぎる。荷物持って朝出ていったらチェックアウトとわかるはずなのに、根本的にフロント以外は客室フロアですれ違っても、全くの他人事。日本語がわからなくてもよいので、せめて会釈くらいは一般常識として教育するべき。

朝、タオル交換してもらうのにドア前にバスマットとタオルをまとめて置いておいた。夜、戻ってくると袋にタオルは入っていたが、バスマットがなく、お風呂上がり大変だった。バスマットの交換がないのであれば、その旨を明記しておいてほしかった。

ホテルはオシャレだが窓枠の上辺りにホコリが溜まっており、洗面の蛇口がグラグラだった。またロールスクリーンの下げ紐が切れており、スクリーンを掴んで下げようとしてもなかなか動かず苦労した。海外でもこんなホテルに泊まったことはない。

サービス自体はとても良かったです。施設も駅近でした。部屋もコンパクトではあるものの動線がよく過ごしやすかったです。
ただ名前を間違えられたり、支払い済みにも関わらず支払いを求められたり等のトラブルがありました。

太一般的住宿

酒店房間太細，剛好放得下雙人床房，一點空間也沒有，住宿的第一晚進去的時候，房間一股臭味。酒店距離上野站太遠了，要步行15至20分鐘，最近的車站是入谷站，也要步行10分鐘。酒店附近沒有便利店，也沒有什麼可吃東西的地方。

It’s a scam, fake room size, very small and dirty.

This hotel is so so so bad. They lie about the room size, is way smaller then they said. Very dark, no light, they try to hide all the dirty things, and it’s a very dusty room. Not user friendly at all, bad design, you have no place to put any clothes inside the toilet. Is a Chinese company anyway. Just think by yourself.
