Room was cheap and dirty with just bare minimum and no space to store anything. Security seemed highly lacking. Good price but not sure it’s a good value. Felt more like a private room in a hostel without the amenities

This was perfect for a base in Tokyo. Quiet and away from tourist areas, but easy to get to them by bus and rail. Comfortable, quite spacious, and lovely bathroom. We would absolutely stay there again.

조용하고 편안한 숙소 입니다.

숙소 위치는 닛포리역에서 걸어서 10~15분 소요됩니다. 미카와시마역에서는 5분이내 도착가능합니다. 주택가에 위치하고 있어 조용합니다. 4~5인 가족이 사용하기에 충분한 공간입니다.
전기/전자레인지, 전기포트, 구비되어 간단한 음식 조리 가능합니다.
아쉬운점은 세탁기 청소가 안되어 사용하기 어려웠습니다.

Good Stay at KALAHAAI

Fantastic stay, bit far from Nippori Station but with Google map, should not take more than 12 mins. Room is spacious and comfortable, shower water is really strong so it is even better than some small hotel room

Nice apartment. My only comment is that I think there could be better furniture. The bedside table was a small flimsy bookshelf. It worked but a proper night stand would have been better.

Property runs a ghost reception. Everyone self checks in and out. All rooms phones are out of service permanently. Stay for a week and get two instant coffees. No room service.

Dont expect reception to be there during your stay. We managed to find a girl in the office with the blinds shut upon arrival. Stayed for 7 nights in total and saw s cleaner who was very helpful and had to open the office door once to try and get a problem solved because the person was chatting on their computer.

The price was reasonable.
Since we had a small child, it was helpful to have a washing machine in the room.
It was a little far to walk from the station with a small child.
There were convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so it was convenient.

Overall good. Clean, comfortable beds. Problems:
1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place.
2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes
3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights.

This is a reasonably priced rental apartment located in the residence area. Because of the way the city is designed, it was very hard to find even though I printed out the map. Asked couple nice local people but gave wrong direction. After spent nearly one hour, asked the staffs from Mikawashima Station and Mikawashima Station Police Box, finally found the apartment. It takes 10-15 mins walk from Mikawashima Station, which facilitated with elevator, so good for luggages. We used this station to access everyday. There was a receptionist on the 1st floor to check in with. The Premium Apartment was very big with 4 comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, balcony and bathroom with laundry machine. Amazing size in the Tokyo city center! We have a very pleasant stay. The walks in the clean local residence neighbourhood was very interesting. Will definitely stay here again!

Accommodation is nice and clean, 5 more mins walk to the nearby tram station. However stuff is lack of communication, they never pick up their call after business hour and I had my room password wrong :(

Close to lawson, needs a little walk to Nishi Nippori station.those who does not want to walk, this is not for you. Has kitchen, washer, lots of towels, free detergent, has stove and refrigirator. Free wifi. This is not a hotel. Clean unit. Space is enough for my family of four.

I stayed first 4 nights in "2 Twin Beds" and last two nights in "2 Twin Beds, 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Sofa Bed". "2 Twin Beds" is extremely small and very uncomfortable, even though the facility is well maintained and clean. "2 Twin Beds, 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Sofa Bed" is just right size for two of us. It takes about 20-25 mins to walk to Nishinippori station. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The staff is very helpful and responsive.

If you are first timer to Tokyo, a young couple, or a small group of friends. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. This is a great place to stay!
You get four beds, a fridge, a hot plate, a microwave, a washing machine, a fully stocked bathroom, AC, WiFi, chrome cast, and a good cable selection.
The staff is friendly and they have some members who speak English.
One day, I hung out some clothes to dry and I come back to find out that while one of my shirts fell off the balcony , they still found my shirt and put it outside my room for me. That is incredible service.
Also, you are 10 minutes from the train station and two minutes from a Lawsons!
You are missing out if you do not choose this room.

A little out of the way from the busy areas, but easily accessible by a number of train routes (approx 20 mins to Tokyo Station).

Room was very clean, spacious, with a washing machine, kettle, fridge, free wifi and spacious bathroom. Quiet building, and easy self-check in process.

깨끗하게 청소만 해주면 좋을 것 같아요.

청소상태가 너무 안좋아서 다시 요청했습니다. 화장실 곰팡이 여기저기였고 세타기도 너무 더러웠어요.
다시 청소를 했을때는 요청했던곳 먼지제거와 쓰레기만 치워져 있었습니다. 사진은 안올릴게요. . ㅡ.ㅡ
동네위치는 조용하고 마트도 있고 좋았습니다. 주변 역도 2곳이 있어 좋았습니다.

3泊4日お世話になりました。
とても快適に過ごさせて頂きました。
部屋の中に洗濯機があるのが、大変重宝しました。気温が高く汗をかいても、洗濯でき、何度も洗え部屋の中にも干せました。

Sejour d'une dizaine de jours . quartier trés calme mais un peu excentré - ( ligne train JR pas trés pratique ) 700 m d' une station avec tous les magasins et restos .Appartement assez grand pour 2 personnes .un seul inconvénient : pas de rideaux donc réveillés avec le soleil ( 4 h du matin )

Lenzuola con macchie di sangue, asciugamani con macchie dubbie, condizionatore sporco, lavatrice sporca. Il personale non parla inglese e alla mia lamentela di andarmene e avere il rimborso mi hanno offerto di cambiare le lenzuola (senza pagare, che gentili!). Ho risposto che se quello era il loro modo di gestire la biancheria potevano anche tenersi le lenzuola nuove. Ho dormito sopra il letto con i miei vestiti, mi faccia a troppo schifo dormire dentro il letto. Anche Expedia è stata inutile a risolvere la questione. Mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto usare il telefono. Quando gli ho detto di aver solo una sim dati mi hanno detto di cercare un telefono e che non potevano fare nessun cambio se non al telefono. Bravi solo a prendere soldi, ad aiutare i clienti e gestire le strutture pessime sono incapaci.

房間很大，有簡易廚具、洗衣機、陽台及曬衣架。
附近有3個不同線的地鐵站，約步行10分種可抵達，相當方便。附近有多家超市，對長期住宿需求的旅客是很好的選擇。缺點只有紗窗與房間內有灰塵，但整體算是乾淨

宿泊した部屋の壁に4～5本の細長い窓がありましたが、それがちょうどベッドを配置した頭の方に来る仕様になっていました。しかしカーテンが取り付けられておらず、毎朝5時半ごろに明るさで起こされてしまい、大変ストレスになりました。
窓があるのは全然OKですが、カーテンやそれに代わる何かを取り付けるべきだと思います。

電話で問い合わせた際の対応はとても丁寧で良かった。
トイレが脱衣所、洗面所と同じ空間にあるので、誰かがお風呂に入っているとトイレが使えないので困った。
静かな場所にあり、トイレの問題以外はとても快適に過ごせた。
