Breakfast was excellent, room was clean, location is excellent with large balcony and lake views are amazing, the reception was very pleasant and helpful provided a lot of information.
I would have given 5 star rating except for I requested kettle for hot water and the bartender expected me to bring the cups and pot back downstairs, never have I experienced this even in a 2 star hotel.

We overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Incidentally, they overbooked and we were upgraded to their most senior suite, so that was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is old and perhaps a little bit dated, but clean and super conveniently located right across the street from the ferry terminal. There’s a bar downstairs that seemed to have a live performer every night, so that was a nice touch, however, we ended up not staying long because the drinks were pretty overpriced. I think we would stay in this hotel again solely based on the location, but might choose other options nearby if they were more affordable and have more amenities to offer.

Restaurant staff were fantastic, very warm and friendly. Would recommend to all. Lastly, bus stops and easy access to ferry right outside hotel. Will be back!!

The location of this property is truly beautiful, with lovely views of the lake. The room itself was spacious, which was a definite plus with a very nice balcony overlooking the lake, and the ferry stop was conveniently close by. We also appreciated being within walking distance to Villa Carlotta and just a short bus ride from Villa Balbianello. There were four decent dining options nearby, and breakfast was nicely presented on a terrace overlooking the lake (though at an extra €20 per person). Great area on Tremezzo, very accessible to Bellagio, Verenna, Menagio and Luca.

That said, there were some disappointments. The bathroom felt dated, and the bathtub design was unsafe for any adult, with a steep slanted base and nowhere secure to place your feet. When we raised this with management, the concern was brushed off as “not being marketed as accessible.” In reality, it was not an accessibility matter but a safety issue. Considering I was 7.5 months pregnant, it would have been thoughtful to offer a room with a flat shower instead. The breakfast, while beautifully set up, was just average in quality and lacked variety. Finally, there was no onsite parking available, despite the website advertising garage parking for €20 per night, although we were able to park on the street about 500m away without issue. At €280 per night, the overall value felt overpriced.

The stay was great and the location. The bed itself was fine, but the pillows were uncomfortable.
The shower was not good as the folding doors did not keep the water in the tub area making the floor wet and unsafe.

We stayed at Hotel Bazzoni in Tremezzo and had the most fantastic stay. The location was perfect with Lake Views and directly across from the Ferry port. Our room was modern and fairly spacious. We relaxed at the pool. The breakfast was lovely. The bar was the best part. The staff were lovely and in particular Victoria who made the most outstanding cocktails. We had a cocktail in the grand hotel and returned to our bar as Victoria’s cocktails were far superior ⭐️

The view for this property was gorgeous, staff were very friendly. My fav thing about this spot was the pool. Umm wasn’t a fan of the bathroom, the tub was very weirdly shaped, water got everywhere when you showered as there were no curtains. I’m 5’7 and I had to crouch, in order to avoid getting water everywhere. Ac wasn’t the best but it was decent, had asked management to help us set it at the highest level. Public transportation was right infront of the hotel, so that was super convenient as there’s no access to taxi or Ubers. There’s also a ferry port right infront. The room itself was a little congested, but it was manageable. We had a patio area connected to our room, so that was really nice.

WiFi was not working for a full day. As a result I was unable to fulfil my duties which resulted in a loss of income. Hotel did not compensate or refund the first day. WiFi was fixed the next day. Pool is open from 10-6pm. Not sure why but I think it’s because the hotel maintenance person sleeps on the top where the pool is.

Very good experience for a 3 star hotel, it felt more like a 4 star. The best part of the stay was the location for a quiet experience of lake como, amazing views and very convenient with the bus stop and ferry pier right outside the hotel.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Bar was always busy and had a good vibe in the evenings, music entertainment some nights too.

Mainly older (60 ) guests and mainly British.

No pool towels and not allowed to use the room white towels, bring your own or you can buy some thin quick drying towels from reception for 10€ if you want.

Pool is very clean and well maintained, no rush for the sunbeds in the morning but do fill up by 10am-11am on a good sunny day.

The fine dining restaurant was great, recommend this as a treat.

Bring a 3 pin travel adapter, some rooms only have accessible plugs in the bathroom with a usb port next to the bed or some rooms had a normal plug socket next to the bed. Reception also sell travel adapters for 10€ if you don't have the correct one. Italy have 3 different types of plugs you can use.

Would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Loved this place! If you book a room with a lake view, the view is unbelievable and the price is far less than anywhere else on the lake with that kind of view. Super convenient to the ferry and just a few minutes drive to Menaggio. There is public parking that is free at night across the street but it fills up quickly so that can be an issue if you arrive late. Loved the room and great area

Great location!!! Right in front of Lake Como. Amazing views and very convenient as there's a bus stop and a boat stop within 20 meters of the lobby.
We noticed the hotel bar was always full of people singing and having a good time, although patrons here are mostly over 60 years old, they all seem to have a great attitude!
Dinner served at the hotel restaurant on our first night was a giant disappointment. It was so horrendous that we decided to skip all meals here, even though we had paid extra to have breakfast included.
Plus, dinner was super expensive! Over 30 euros each for the worst meal we have ever had.
I do recommend it. Room was nice and terrace is lovely.
Just have dinner somewhere else and you'll be fine.

I booked and paid for the price of the room with view, balcony but they gave me a room has the view only with windows and in the corner. I booked it before checkin day few months, i coulnt remember until in the morning of the day checked out, I checked back my booking and realized they gave me wrong room. They said sorry, and told me why I didnt check the room before taking it. It is look like my fault.
Make sure you have to remember what type of room you book, otherwise, giving wrong room isnt their mistake

Pleasant 3 star horel, right on the lakeside overlooking Bellagio. Typically Italian and very basic. Walls in room are paper thin and basic but beds are comfortable. Aimed at Saga coach parties. Better taking a short walk to another restaurant. A stroll to Italy's finest 5 star Grand hotel. The botanic gardens at Villa Carlotta were amazing. If you have a car the ferry over to Bellagio is only 15 euro. Parking everywhere is very limited.

There were crawling creatures in the room. Millipedes? The room needed a good cleaning and the ceiling fan looked like it was going to fall from the ceiling. Not sure how the other rooms are, but this one needed an update and cleaning. Even the toilet seat was off kilter. It moved whenever I sat down and I am between 135 and 140 pounds. The front desk staff said it was a lovely room. I am wondering if she had seen it lately. The plus was the view. But I would rather have a clean room.

Perfect location to explore lake como. Room was clean and comfortable with a view of the lake. Added bonus of breakfast which we did not think was included - standard buffet continental style but still good! Pool and dip pool is a great bonus for when it’s hot! A few good restaurants and gelato down the road. Not too luxury but good value for money and absolutely nothing wrong with it - don’t believe bad reviews!

This is a nice property. Very close to Villa Carlotta and ferries. We had a triple room with a balcony. The balcony was nice and the full service restaurant was very good despite a limited menu. The staff at the restaurant were great. In the room, the bidet didn't work and they were not able to fix it on our stay. Minor inconvenience. I don't recommend the full meal plan. We had the included breakfast once on our stay. For 15 Euro they could have done much better with pastry and bread choices. The omelet cook was very cheerful and funny and made a great omelet. I think the meal plan option was designed for large groups coming through. You don't want to eat in this environment with inconsiderate coughing people the buffet. Parking if you need it is a free public lot about a 8 minute walk. Overall recommend.

If you are looking for a comfortable stay near several attractions, Tremezzo is a great place to park yourself for a few nights while ferrying different directions. Hotel Bazzoni was an affordable option that offered a good value overall. I wasn’t so sure about the service and the amenities during the first night when my fridge and air conditioner wasn’t working properly. But the next morning they fixed both and showed excellent customer service. Overall I think it’s a good value and a pleasant stay.

Arrived early evening after a long day of travelling, check in was quick & I was given a complimentary upgrade which was wonderful. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, the hotel itself is right next to the port & boat transfers are easy to get around Lake Como. Very clean and comfortable stay, service from the reception, bar and restaurant staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

Hotel is right across from boat station, much quieter than Bellagio with a volleyball court and park nearby. Perfect amount of shade/ sun for relaxing on the lake. Multiple points of entry for a swim. Hotel pool is clean and refreshing but could be open a bit later in the evening. Views are stunning from the balconies and breakfast is hearty. Would recommend as great value for the price in serene area.

Dont stay here - we booked here for a friends wedding and on arrival we found out they had overbooked the hotel by 10 rooms and we were told we were moving to their sister hotel that was 20 mins away from the wedding venue. The sister hotel (The Britannia) was without a doubt the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The rooms were hideous, no toiletries, uncomfortable beds, the staff were rude (tried to charge us for a shuttle between teh hotels after it was their mistake in overbooking) and the breakfast I wouldn't have fed to my do it was so rough.

This hotel is very busy with many tour groups and students. This results in a very noisy, crowded general dining room. The food was plain and tasty but the entree courses and breakfast eggs were poor. The alternative dining room was good and worth the escape from the general dining room.

Taking into account that this is a 3 star hotel it was very nice. The staff were friendly and there were a lot of different facilities to use. We took advantage of the all inclusive from our 2nd day onwards. The music in the evening is so bad that it's funny.. but the bar is lovely to sit outside.

I have booked lakeview superior room. My room is located in the new wing which is newly renovated. The lake view was stunning. The room was clean and spacious. We had dinner at Bistro 26, the food is awesome at a very good price with live jazz music. The waitress was very friendly and nice.
With this price (US100) is much more than i have ever expected! I like this hotel is quite, but just next to the pier.

The rooms including shower rooms were really clean although very dated. The exceptionally small balconies were really dirty for example the outside light hadn't been cleaned in years. There were holders for flowers on t balcony with no flowers. We were on 5 th floor and overlooked extra long balconies below us where there were plant holders with weeds growing out of them and a pair of pants next to the sun loungers for days until someone occupied room. The fridge was also a mini bar. No thanks. The shop next door sold the same things a lot cheaper. The floors creaked so much that you were awakened during the night when any one around you got up. The breakfast was ok. You either got small rolls or bread but never the choice. Bread first day, next day it was rolls asked for bread told it was finished. What.. The best thing was the views from the balcony. We had a lake view and it was amazing. Made up for everything else.

Good value hotel in the heart of Tremezzo

Hotel was in great location right oppostie terminus for ferry. It was very good value. Staff were helpful. Hotel looks a little tired with peeling paint outside, inside it very clean. Food was good.

Balconies with a superb view across the lake, secluded pool and a garden, great breakfast, exellent restaurant, welcoming staff, boat stop right nearby and a small market shop next door, pool table and many onsite excursions possibilities

Nice clean hotel , good location on the lake close to a ferry to get about . Very good restaurant close by . The air conditioning was a bit poor but overall a decent hotel and good value for money
