The AC was broken and they did nothing to fix or provide a different room. It was 32 degrees. They offered us a fan but it was difficult to sleep.
Seems a lot of rooms are very old.
The location and view were spectacular!

The hotel location is perfect and Limone is really one of the nicest cities in the lake surroundings.
The studio in which we have stayed was quite old, however well conserved. Everything was functional and there was a small but very helpful kitchen, fully furnished with pans, plates, cups, cutlery and other things. We liked it very much.
The hotel staff was very attentive and helped us whenever we needed.
I recommend this hotel especially to families. We went with two small kids, one 6 and the other 4 years old.

Amazing views! Difficult parking.

Absolutely breathtaking views of the lake and looking down at Limone.
Amazing views from all the decks and lounge areas. Grounds and views were all stunning. Lovely landscaping. Also waterfalls.
Very helpful multi-lingual staff. Excellent service at bars and dining areas.
Upon check-in I was not expecting to be asked for a 150€ cash cleaning deposit (which was promptly returned to me at the end of my stay). They also wanted the 12€ tax fee paid in cash too. It would have been nice to know about these fees ahead of time.
Nice breakfast, decent dinner buffet, upstairs bar and pizza shop open all day. Also convenient snack/souvenir shop.
Room furnishings a bit out-dated, but clean and in good condition.
Shuttle runs on schedule to Limone, and there's also a nice scenic pedestrian walkway to town.
Parking was very difficult. The drive winds up a mountain, and cars park on either side, so that a car can barely pass between. No assigned parking, and at one point it was completely full. Had to squeeze into an open spot on the grass that backed up to a cliff.
If not for the parking, my stay would've been perfect.

- we were not asked to pay any 'additional.fees' listed in description- everything was included already
- no wifi in rooms- only on restaurant
- lovely wellness area!
- our room was studio- the beds were on upper floor where air conditioning would not reach- in summer it must be boiling there (we happened to have rainy weather so it turned out ok)
- for the price- excellent stay!!

We loved this place and had spectacular lake views from our balcony. We were lucky and got an apartment style room on 2 floors (bedroom upstairs). The AC was good but could have done with another unit upstairs as it got quite hot. Check in was quick and easy, there’s a little shop near reception that sells the essentials (bottles of prosecco for €9!!). Shuttle bus from hotel to centre of Limone was €1 and was an 8 seater taxi so sometimes had to wait for it to return if it was full already. Breakfast buffet was good, lots of choice but not that much for vegetarians. I’d definitely return here and recommend to anyone. Excellent value for money.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

This hotel is literally a trap!!! There's a tunnel, that you need to through on the way from city to hotel, so if you'd like to walk anywhere from hotel, you CAN NOT, you trapped in there. You need to use a car or take a shuttle and pay money.

It's VERY old and outdated! Needs renovation badly! Smells like chlorine!
Air conditioner switched off!!! Had problems inside the room breathing.
You can not open balcony or window, bc balconies are shared with units next to you!!!
No privacy at all!!!
Shower doesn't drain water!
Somebody did a good job with pictures for the hotel, it does not look like that in the reality!
No internet in the rooms, you have to pay for the one in lobby, but it has horrible connection.

We booked 4 nights, stayed 2!!! They didn't return money! Have to dispute charges now!!!

The only good thing are incredible views and friendly stuff!!!

I'm very well traveled and this is THE WORST stay as I can recall!!!

Great hotel, in a great location!

We stayed here for 5 nights, very picturesque. Definitely worth staying north part of the lake. We rented a car to explore the towns around the lake which I would recommend. The parking can be a nightmare if you arrive back at the hotel late, which we did some nights but we managed to squeeze in somewhere. The hotel itself was great, rooms a little dated but a modern room wouldn't look right. The first night we were given a room which looked into the back of the pizziaria which wasn't what we had booked as all rooms were supposed to have lake views but the hotel staff were amazing and so helpful. They were full on the first night but they said come and check the following morning, which we did and they changed our room. We had a great view for the final 4 nights. We had breakfast included, plenty of food to choose from. Pool area small but nice, and towels are down early so be prepared if you want a day by the pool. The hotel also offer a shuttle bus to and from the town centre for €1 each in day and €2 in the evening. Overall great hotel and if you are planning to come to Lake Garda I would recommend here.

Wonderful view but basic hotel.

The view from the hotel is unbeatable. It really is special. The pool area is also great, and the town of Limone is a short drive away so the location is perfect.
Unfortunately the rooms are a little dated and the aircon is practically non-existent. The breakfast also leaves much to be desired and wifi can only be accessed in one specific area - if you pay for it.
My partner and I are in our 20s so these things didn't particularly bother us, but if you're looking for comfort or anything more than basic then another hotel would probably be better suited to you.

Upmarket holiday camp

Beautiful location overlooking Limone de Garda. Bus available at a small charge to take residents into the centre (worth doing as car park charges are 2.50€ per hour!) Room spotlessly clean and a/c very efficient. Pool very busy, pizzeria/bar excellent. Breakfast very average eurofare of spam, cheese, hard boiled eggs etc, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a little too much like an upmarket holiday camp for our taste.

Cons-dinner at hotel awful, bed lumpy, hard. After 7 nights I hadn't had one decent nights sleep, hotel is up a difficult hill if your not fit you certainly aren't walking it.

Adequate hotel-nothing special other than the view

Hotel has a good location with outstanding views. It is a very large hotel, although spread out so one does not feel how big it actually is. The hotel's facilities, especially the swimming pool area are not large enough to accommodate the volume of guests. Thankfully, the lake is not very far away and was nicer to swim in than the pool.
Strange bath towels are provided and no towels for swimming.
The hotel décor is very dated and it would be good if the staff smiled more.
Overall the hotel was perfectly adequate for our needs, but I would prefer a smaller more personal hotel.

Overall, good hotel with amazing views.

Family (45,44,18,17) On arrival at La Limonaia hotel, reception is upstairs and badly signed which is confusing. The Staff were friendly and helpful except for the misery in the hotel shop which was annoyingly closed for most of the day. It is a large, spread out hotel where you will need to walk up steps, across bridges etc to get to your rooms if not in the main block. The rooms are basic but are cleaned every day with new towels provided. Our room had two single beds and a fold out camp bed which was very uncomfortable. However, the view from the balcony more than made up for it. ( Breathtaking, not all rooms have a good view. ) The breakfast was included and between 7:30/9:30 which was a typical continental of sliced salami, cheese and meats, all types of egg, frankfurter sausage and mountains of cake for the German guests which are about 85% of the total staying. The dining rooms and the pizzeria restaurant are fine with fantastic views over the lake from its elevated position over the town which is about 15-20 minutes walk away when you get down the long, steep hotel drive which is a killer when you are walking up later, my wife usually stopped twice on the way up for a rest. There is a minibus service to the town and back for 1 euro each way if you are lazy or unable to walk far. There is wi-fi available for a daily fee but only near reception and the dining room, kids used there phone providers, Cheaper. No printers or pc's available for boarding passes. Can in town.

Paper thin walls

The setting is beautiful (perched on a steep hill overlooking Lake Garda and the town) but the walls were so thin, you could literally hear talking in the next room. When we were there, about the only other guests were busload after busload of German senior citizens on tours. Parking is a problem also, especially considering most guests arrived on buses and it was still tight.

Extremely poor service by the staff on site.
They were totally dissinterested in our experience of the hotel.
The sink had no plus, the bidday was blocked, we had 1 sachet of soap and one of shampoo for the week.

In spite of booking a room with a bath and a double bed, I received a room with 3 single beds and a shower.

The room was not cleaned for 3 days, but the beds were made.

When the ceiling started leaking due to the rain and I asked to change rooms, I had to move my cases myself because the manager did not want to upset the porter by asking him to do it!

Before traveling to Italy on our honeymoon we read countless reviews and vowed to share what we learned with others. The main perk of this hotel was the amazing view from the room. The hotel is set up higher than other hotels and set into the mountain side. This allows 95% of the hotel rooms on the property to have beautiful views. The wall of the hotel room is all glass to allow you to see the lake from in the room in addition to from your shared balcony. The room itself was ok. Clean and had A/C but nothing special. The downside of the hotel is that although it is only about a 15-20 min walk from downtown Limone it is probally the furthest hotel in the city and a lot of uphill walking to return to your room. You walk up probally about 3-4 hills before the steep and I meen steep climb up the driveway to the hotel itself. We had read other reviews about this climb and thought it was probally ment to warn the elderly and out of shape. We are 2 29yr old in good shape and let me tell you that this hill is no joke. Especially with luggage!! The north end of the lake is absoutly breathtaking and one of our favorite stops on our trip.

Lots of character but has it's niggles

This hotel is great value and after all I never go away planning on spending much time in the hotel so it's fairly easy to forgive the things that may be less than perfect. The Hotel is on a STEEP hill so not ideal for the less mobile. On first impressions it is quite quaint in that it is set into the hill side and has a certain charm what with the timber frame and climbing flora. However the biggest grumble I had was that the timber framing makes for noisy floor boards when you are trying to sleep. Similar noise issues when people are in the shower/ flushing the loo. This said I think if you were to request a top floor room it would be no noisier than any other hotel. On the plus the staff are very helpful one member went above and beyond when we had difficulties with our Hire Car. The interior decor is a little on the dated side but i'm not sure if that is a fashion/cultural difference, however the views from the Hotel and the location more than make up for this.

Wir hatten ein Renoviertes Doppelzimmer was sehr schön und sauber war. Der Blick vom Balkon war ein Traum. Leider ist die gesamte Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Frühstück empfanden wir als sehr schlecht.
Kaum Auswahl, Kaffee nicht trinkbar.
Ein großes Lob möchten wir noch für die Dame bei Check In aussprechen. Sie hat uns alles sehr gut auf Deutsch erklärt!

Sehr schöne Aussicht, aber schlechtes Hotel

Leider ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Eigentlich ein gutes Konzept, jedoch müsste natürlich auch in die Zimmer investiert werden. Ich hatte economy gebucht, für zwei Nächte, bekommen habe ich ein Kellerzimmer, welches muffig war und der einzige Ausblick war auf das Dach des Nachbarhauses. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption, bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, natürlich mit Aufpreis von 20€ die Nacht. Finde ich schon frech, für ein Hotel in der Preislage. Das neue Zimmer auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen, alte Holzmöbel, leider auch Haare im Waschbecken, Schimmel im Bad und Dreck auf dem Balkon, Frühstück mit dreckigen Gläser. Leider macht die Aussicht nur wenig wett.... länger wie zwei Tage würde ich dort nicht bleiben.

Meget slidt og gammelt hotel beliggende med smuk udsigt på bjerget.
Kedelig morgenmads buffet. Samlebånds agtig. God udsigt fra restaurant og bar. Pool med fin udsigt over søen og bjerge.
Havde fået enkelt senge selvom bestilt dobbelt seng.
Alle klinker på gulvene i værelset lå løst og man kunne kun åbne døren til værelset halvt fordi gulvet var lavet for højt.

Und hat der einzigartige Ausblick auf den See und limone aus unserem Zimmer sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Pool war sehr zufrieden stellend hinsichtlich der Größe.
Nicht gefallen hat uns unser Zimmer, da angegeben wurde, dass jedes Zimmer eine Minibar und funktionsfähige Klimaanlage besitzt, was bei unserem Zimmer leider nicht der Fall war.

Positiv: Sehr guter Service. Essen guter Standard. Frühstücksbuffet mit reicher Auswahl. Abends live Musik italienisch/deutsch.
Das Personal sehr freundlch. Appartement mit Klimaanlage warm/kalt. Die Sonnenterasse könnte im August sehr warm werden.
Parkplatze im freien kostenlos.
Negativ: Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, Ohne Treppen geht es nicht.
Die Zimmer mit Aufzug sind begrenzt.
Nebenkosten wurden im Angebot nicht angegeben. So ist Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung nicht dabei.
Auch Halbpansion kostet extra. Immer sehen was in dem Preis enthalten ist und das Kleingedruckte auch lesen.
Fazit: Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wenn man mit
dem Auto da ist kann man die Märkte und Natur besuchen. Es ist
kein Luxushotel (Die kosten das fünffache) aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöner Blick allein reicht nicht...

Nach mühsamem Einparken die Enttäuschung: das Zimmer war muffig, dunkel, die Betten quietschten, Aussicht auf schmuddelige Dächer. Abgelehnt! Das 2. Angebot war Maisonette, vollgestellt mit Möbeln, das Doppelbett über eine schmale Treppe unter der Dachschräge. Unfallgefahr! Der 3. Versuch ist geräumig, bietet herrlichen Seeblick, leisere Betten, ein kleines und weitgehend sauberes Bad mit Bidet, ist aber recht abgelegen. Die Wolldecken sind eklig. Eine trägt Moosspuren und die Herkunft der Flecken möchte man nicht genau wissen. Der letzte Shuttlebus fährt um 19:00 zum Hotel hoch. Man möchte wohl, daß der Gast das Menü vom Buffet nimmt, das nicht besonders schmackhaft ist und wegen des Andrangs nicht gemütlich. Wir lassen es daher bei 1x, denn der Blick auf den nächtlichen See entschädigt nicht für alles.
Der Clou ist der Innenpool IN der Pizzeria! Hier darf man bei Pizzaduft und mit Zuschauern plantschen - zum Schwimmen ist es zu klein. Da geht man besser in den kalten aber großen Aussenpool. Umkleidemöglichkeit? Nur in der Toilette, wo ich eingesperrt bin, da die Türklinke abfällt. Eine Entschuldigung seitens des Hotels? Erst auf meinen Vorschlag gibt man mir einen Espresso aus! Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum ist der Lichtblick für meinen Mann!
Es ist so schade: die ganze Anlage in den ehemaligen Limonenterrassen war sicher mal sehr schön, ist aber jetzt heruntergekommen und entspricht keinem 3* Standard mehr!

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Zumindest unser Zimmer und hier vor allem die Möbel und das Badezimmer machten einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Aber alles sehr sauber, was die tägliche Reinigung betraf. Was jedoch nicht akzeptabel ist, ist der Kaffee aus den Kaffeeautomaten beim Frühstück - egal in welcher Variation. Hieno vanha hotelli, loistavilla näköaloilla.
Hieman vanhahko, mutta kaikki toimi hyvin. Hyvä uima allas, bonuksena sisäuima-allas.
Maisemat ykkosluokkaa. Limonelin kaupunkiin pääsi kävellen melko kätevästi, myös lasten kanssa. Hieno tunnelmallinen kaupunki.

Positiv:
Preis-Leistung für die Zeit+Ort war in Ordnung, Zimmer + Bad soweit sauber, aus der Dusche kommt viel + warmes Wasser (in vielen Hotels nicht selbstverständlich)

Ansonsten: Es stimmen weder Kleinigkeiten noch wichtige Punkte: Handtücher sind größere Geschirrtücher, 2 Stück pro Tag in einem 4-Bett-Zimmer...wohlgemerkt auch für den Pool zu nutzen; Betten: viel zu hart; Frühstück einfach nur schlecht... besonders enttäuschend, da Italiener normalerweise Wert auf guten Lebensmittel + guten Umgang mit Lebensmitteln legen; in diesem Hotel nicht; bei sehr eingeschränkter Auswahl war die vorhandene Wurst dann auch noch sauer... in der Hotelanlage angekommen haben wir in der Nähe der Einfahrt geparkt um mit unserem Gepäck in die Rezeption zu laufen; hierfür geht es ca. 5 Minuten Weg sehr steil bergauf, dann im Hauptgebäude weiter in das obere Stockwerk;
nach dem Check-in war klar, dass wir mit allem Gepäck den selben Weg wieder zurücklaufen müssen; da die Anlage durch mehrere Gebäude, Sackgassen, fehlende Beschilderung usw. für Neuankömmlinge sehr unübersichtlich ist sind wir schließlich weitere 20 Minuten mit den Koffern bergauf-bergab - Treppen hoch-Treppen runter geirrt um schlussendlich das Zimmer zu finden; apropos Aufzug: es gibt Aufzüge, deren Steuerung derart veraltet ist, dass wenn Person 1 einsteigt und schon einmal auf einen Knopf zur Stockwerkauswahl drückt die nachfolgende Person, die noch in den Aufzug steigt, von der Tür eingequetscht wird - nie wieder!

Das Hotel befindet sich in schöner Lage am Rand von Limone del Garda. Die schöne Innenstadt ist fußläufig in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Hotelanlage ist recht umfangreich und teilt sich in mehrere Gebäude auf. Die Rezeption, Speisesaal ( mehrere ) befinden sich im Zentrum der Anlage. Ansonsten verfügt das Hotel über Restaurant, Pizzeria, Pool....
Unser Hotelzimmer war in Ordnung. Hatten einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Gardasee, sehr schön.
Keine Probleme mit Sauberkeit. Reinigung jeden Tag. Vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Auch die Anfahrt zum Hotel - Steigung ist zu bewältigen.
Das Personal, die Angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Gebucht war Frühstück und waren damit sehr zu frieden.
Fazit: Für einen Aufenhalt am Gardasee können wir dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen. Wir denken, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Wir waren 1 Woche im Hotel, das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer wurde immer sauber gemacht. Die Aussicht ist mega. Das Parken ist eine Herausforderung da das Hotel auf einem Berg liegt. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und OK, aber nichts besonderes.

Credo di essere stato discriminato perché ho ordinato il soggiorno tramite Booking, la persona della reception, in maniera sottilmente arrogante me lo ha dato ad intendere molto chiaramente....ha preteso il pagamento non appena arrivato e all’atto della consegna della chiave, con un altra persona, quasi quasi volevano essere pagati una seconda volta in quanto pagare prima sembrava fosse una anomalia...era stata una iniziativa personale forse?..no Wi-Fi..e perché no se è pubblicizzato in bella vista sul bancone della reception? Parcheggio fai da te con auto messe alla rinfusa in un parcheggio già di per se complicato perché stretto e in salita, piscina non sorvegliata, una mattinata in balia di quattro ragazzi tedeschi alquanto maleducati violenti e chiassosi che inseguendosi con dei fucili ad acqua infastidivano tutti rischiando anche di far male una signora sfiorata da un pilone a bordo piscina fatto maldestramente cadere, Spa a pagamento( come se la retta fosse bassa) con attrazioni mal funzionanti e anche queste non custodite.Camera fatiscente lontana km dal nucleo delle “attrazioni”...copriwater rotto, cabina doccia rotta, climatizzatore bloccato sul minimo...un incubo insomma, calmierato solo dalla meravigliosa bellezza del posto, ragione per cui sembra non abbiano nessuna cura per gli ospiti, delusione profonda insomma, data anche dal prezzo non proprio irrisorio...

Hotel modesto con splendida vista

Esperienza positiva in questo hotel senza troppe pretese, ma con tutto l'essenziale per trascorrere una splendida vacanza. Dotato di tutti i confort, con piscina e centro benessere. Spettacolare vista!! Solo per questa merita di trascorrere un periodo qui. Un pó scomodo il sali-scendi dalla nostra camera alla sala ristorante, ma aiuta a mantenersi in forma. Unico piccolissimo neo, il buffet delle colazioni, molto ricco ma di qualità migliorabile. Nel complesso merita assolutamente una visita!

Panorama bellissimo

Dipende da cosa ci si aspetta: l'albergo è molto grande, dislocato in più strutture vicine. Ha due piscine di cui una sola, quella all'aperto, funzionante. Ha un ristorante, ma per la cena funziona dalle 18.30 alle 20.30. Per il pranzo è attiva la pizzeria - bar (con panini sottovuoto). La colazione è abbondante ma la qualità non elevata. Bevande calde e fredde al distributore automatico, compresa l'acqua, non fresca e non frizzante. Il disagio maggiore è costituito dalla collocazione: addossato alla montagna, costruito nel sito in cui sorgeva un' antica limonaia, presenta difficoltà di accesso sia a piedi che in auto per la estrema ripidità del terreno. Abbiamo parcheggiato e non abbiamo spostato più l' automobile. L' hotel è dotato di una navetta ( a pagamento) per andare e tornare da Limone che dista circa1 km. C' è una strada pedonale che consente comunque di arrivarci a piedi.

Due giorni a Limone

Soggiornato una notte per la vicinanza alla nuova pista ciclabile. Prenotato on line. Centro turistico molto grande ubicato in una vecchia limonata ristrutturata .Camera assegnata grande con letti comodi e pulita. Essendo in b&b abbiamo provato solo la colazione che potrebbe essere un po’ più di qualità ( briosche che sembravano stantie ...... forse era domenica, o forse del giorno prima ). Notevole la presenza di stranieri , soprattutto del nord, che forse influenza la cucina. Gruppo Chincherini gestore della struttura già provato in Sicilia e riscontrato stesso problema con il cibo.Comodissimo il bus navetta ( a pagamento) da e per Limone centro che evita la ricerca del parcheggio sempre difficoltosa e più costosa. Piscina non grandissima ma è stata ottimale visto il caldo di iniziò agosto ( manca presenza bagnino che controlli oltre che la sicurezza anche che oggiornato una notte per la vicinanza alla nuova pista ciclabile. Centro turistico molto grande ubicato in una vecchia limonata ristrutturata .Camera assegnata grande con letti comodi e pulita. Essendo in b&b abbiamo provato solo colazione che potrebbe essere un po’ più di qualità ( briosche che sembravano stantie ...... forse era domenica, o forse del giorno Comodissimo il bus navetta ( a pagamento) da e per Limone centro che evita la ricerca del parcheggio sempre difficoltosa e più costosa. Piscina non grandissima ma è stata ottimale visto il caldo di iniziò agosto. Noi lo terremo in considerazione per altre volte.

Søde og venlige personaler men skimmelsvamp på vær

Du skal have gode ben for hotellet ligger på bjergside og adgangsvejen er ret stejl. Kommer du efter kl. 19 og skal parkere sin bil er det umuligt. Når det regner kan du være uheldig at vandet kommer ned gennem taget som vi oplevede det.Ved nærmere eftersyn var en del af taget som vandet kom ind ad, angrebet af skimmelsvamp. Receptionisten kunne desværre ikke forstår hvad vi mente da vi fortalte det. Tjenere og rengøringspersonaler var meget søde oh venlige. På trods af det venlige personale er jeg sikker på at vi ikke kommer tilbage.

Tolle Lage, aber nicht mehr

Wir haben das Hotel wegen seiner wunderbaren Lage gebucht. Leider ist das auch das einzige, was wir weiterempfehlen können. Es scheint, als ob sich darauf ausgeruht wird, denn das Hotel ist seit Jahren nirgends renoviert worden. Die Bäder sind winzig und total veraltet, ebenso wie der allgemeine Zustand der Zimmer. Das Personal im Restaurant ist furchtbar gestresst, verbreitet eine unglaubliche Hektik und ist sehr unmotiviert. Bei einem umgestossenem Glas O-Saft (der allerdings nicht gelb, sonder rot ist und auch nicht wie =-Saft schmeckt) muss man sich kümmern, dass überhaupt mal jemand kommt, der dann recht genervt den Schaden beseitigt. Kaffee und Brötchen katastrophal. Abendessen geht.
Zum See ist es ein ganzes Stück Fußmarsch über viel Höhenmeter.
Das einzige, was wir sehr positiv erlebt haben, war unsere Reinigungskraft des Zimmers. Sie war freundlich, gründlich und immer gut gelaunt.
Alles in allem kein Hotel, um Ruhe zu finden oder sich verwöhnen lassen zu können.

Positivt var den fantastiska utsikten från balkongen samt att Pizzerian var bra. Hotelltaxin till Limone fungerade bra. Negativt många trappor, enbart luftkonditionering under högsäsong, restaurangen serverade bara buffé och hela området var slitet. Fri parkering var ett skämt man fick parkera där man hittade plats vilket tog lång tid. WiFi fungerade bara vid receptionen. Personalen var ointresserade av gäster förutom mannen i lilla shoppen. Därför checkade vi ut en dag tidigare.

Eravamo in 6 con 3 camere per una notte. Ho chiamato l‘hotel un paio di giorni prima del nostro arrivo, per chiedere se sia possibile lasciare le valiggie nel hotel mentre noi facciamo un giro in montagna. Una signora mi ha detto che non sarebbe problema. Però quando siamo arrivati la signora dell’ accettazione mi ha detto in una maniera antipatica che lei deve fare addesso tante check-outs e non ha tempo e la valiggie non possiamo lasciare e anche non lasciare in camera peché non era ancora pronta! Ottimo grazie!

Quando siamo ritornati abbiamo fatto il check in (con stessa donna) nervosa, stressata e antipatica. Piu che altro era lentissima e confusa. Abbiamo aspetto mezz ora finché lei ha copiato le nostre carta d‘identità!

Inoltre le nostre camere erano in cantina e non 100% pulliti come dovrebbero essere!

Però il più peggio era la collazione! Il cibo era di industria, i camerieri non erano gentili, e il suo italiano era anche insufficiente. Non ci abbiamo sentiti benvenuti!

Risultato: solo dormire, va bene!
Però la quantità vince sulla qualità!

Un tre stelle nudo e crudo

Hotel con vista molto bella, ubicato sotto la montagna e con una grossa pendenza per arrivare alla reception. Fatto di varii blocchi di camere separati fra loro ma appartenenti allo stesso hotel. Colazione buona, vista bellissima ma gli arredi delle camere erano veramente ma veramente vecchi. Parque della camera ceramiche del bagno tutti scheggiati ma per quel xhe si e' pagato non devo non posso lamentarmi. Nel giudizio complessivo si sa di non andare per 70 euro in hotel di lusso quindi tutto sommato lo consiglio

NO LO RECOMIENDO.

La habitacion no posee frigobar (siendo que tiene el espacio para ello). Los días que estuve eran de frío, sin embargo la calefacción la prendían a ultima hora de la tarde y la cerraban a primeras horas de la mañana. La cena bastante insulza y escatimaban la reposición, lo mismo que en los desayunos. Nos toco que en la primer tanda del desayuno servían los alimentos del dia anterior. Del personal no se salva ni uno. Te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor y de mala gana. De toda nuestra experiencia allí lo único que podemos destacar es los terribles esfuerzos que realizaba un senior llamado MARCOS que tenia una magnifica atención y trataba de suplir los defectos de los demás empleados. Atendía y asesoraba muy bien a todos los pasajeros, sin distingos. LO UNICO QUE TIENE ES UNA VISTA AL LAGO DI GARDA ESPECTACULAR. LOS DUENIOS DE ESTE HOTEL DEBEN ESTAR AGRADECIDOS A LA MADRE NATURALEZA, porque si es por quienes lo atienden ya deberían estar fundidos.

Hotel muito bom com vistas incríveis.

Bonito local, muito bem conservado, vistas excelentes . Estacionamento meio ruim porque a área é inclinada. Serviços perfeitos, café da manhã excelente. o quarto é amplo, arejado e muito limpo. A cama é muito macia e a calefação é ótima.

Let down hotel

The only good thing abot this hotel is the good view from probably most of the rooms.
The rooms and also the hotel with its area are let down, poorly maintained, and not very clean.

Breakfest buffet was nothing special- and in our opinnion poor and cheap.
The hotel is located little uphill but therefore the good view.
There is not enought parking place.

This type of hotel in such a place should be definitely better maintained and well keeped.

Vacanza stupenda!!!! ottima la vista panoramica, camera con vista lago abbastanza ampia sufficiente per 4 persone; tra i servizi proposti dalla struttura c'è anche un minimarket all'interno dell'hotel con prezzi più che buoni. Unico punto negativo la salita ripidissima per trovare un posto libero nei numerosi parcheggi (di sera tutti occupati)

Fantastisk utsikt, men ett äldre hotell med obefintlig aircondition och du såg inte botten på poolen. Personalen och maten var ok. Väldigt brant på hotellområdet, det är inget hotell jag rekommenderar om man har en funktionsnedsättning. Det är dock ett fantastiskt område som jag gärna åker tillbaka till!

Frühstück war perfekt auch der Shutttle-Service nach Limonese um € 1,00 ist super.

Hotel z.B. für Gehbehinderte nicht geeignet.

Hotel liegt auf einem Berg, Parksituation eine Katastrophe. Zu wenig Parkplätze für die Gäste vorhanden. Wer Probleme zu Fuss hat für den ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Das Zimmer war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Kein Kühlschrank vorhanden, um Getränke zu kühlen. Der Fernseher ist ein den Kleiderschrank montiert, dass ist sehr ungünstig. Programm nur ARD zu empfangen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war nicht schlecht, es gab immer Abwechslung. Die Hotelanlage war insgesamt in keinem guten Zustand. Es müsste einiges gerichtet werden. Teilweise sind die Fußplatten auf den Gehwegen abgebrochen und rutschen den Hang hinunter.

Sommerferie med fam.

Vi kan absolut ikke anbefale at nogen gæster fremover tager kontakt til kioskejeren på hotellet. Hans navn er Marco! Vi oplevede han råbte af de ansatte og gæsterne på hotellet, simpelthen ubehagelig.Det er et meget slidt hotel og poolen er iskold.Rengørningen er mangelfuld og sengene er meget slidte.Brusenichen var fyldt med svamp.Ingen køleskab på værelset.På ingen måde kan dette hotel anbefales!Morgenmaden var usmagelig, vi spiste i byen. Denne anmeldelse kan lyde negativ men andre gæster oplevede samme ringe standart.Personalet i poolområdet og baren skal have tommelfingeren opad. Stor ros til Ana og Serhan for at løfte stemningen for gæsterne.

Te massaal en op een heuvel gebouwd.

Lastig parkeren en te massaal. Onze kamer was onder een terras. Veel lawaai tot 's-avonds laat en 's-morgens al vanaf 07.00 uur. Niet echt vakantie gevoel. Ontbijt was beperkt en alleen in buffet vorm beschikbaar.

OK hotel med pragtfuld udsigt

Brugte kun hotellet til at sove i en enkelt overnatning og fik den inkluderede morgenmad.
Rigtig flot udsigt fra både værelse, baren, swimmingpoolen og restauranten.
Lidt outdatet hotel. Ældre værelse. Toilettet var lidt \"irriterende\". Morgenmaden var ikke god. Ikke ordentligt gennemstegt bacon, kedeligt brød mv.
Alt i alt fungerede det ok ift. de tre stjerner, prisen mv. Og igen pragtfuld udsigt.
