The grounds of the property are absolutely stunning, even in the middle of winter when I’stayed. The staff are very pleasant, facilities of the hotel Great and food was fabulous. Highly recommend.

My only suggestion for this wonderful hotel is to create even an hour in the evening at the pool for adults only. I went to the pool to relax after a long trip. Children were screaming and diving into the pool from the edge, parents threw their children into the water playfully around me so I had water splashed in my face and so much water was splashed from the pool that my robe and slippers were wet when I exited the pool. It was anything but a relaxing experience. I understand families with children want to play, but even one hour in the evening of peaceful time would be so helpful.

The hotel itself is lovely in a beautiful setting with very friendly staff and great facilities. Breakfast is good with plenty of variety and but slightly limited for milk allergy and/or vegetarians is you want savoury. The rooms are large and comfortable with amazing views. The beds are comfortable but some of the decor is a bit chipped and the rooms are not at all soundproofed. We had to listen to our neighbours having loud sex all night. Rooms were also

This is probably my favorite hotel in Italy. It’s close to the center with lots of shopping but on the other side of the hotel is a quiet spa like resort that overlooks the lake and mountains. The property grounds are incredibly beautiful and peaceful. There’s an adult pool, a family pool and an indoor pool. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff is incredibly polite and helpful and someone is constantly cleaning the hotel areas. If staying here, I would recommend booking the Superior room at minimum since the are located in the main part of the hotel and are newer. If on a budget, there are cheaper rooms but they are older and in a different part of the hotel, also they don’t include breakfast or free access to SPA amenities. For families with younger kids, the bungalows seemed like a perfect choice. Oh traveling to this area, this hotel is a MUST! You will not be disappointed!

Great Property - don’t do the “half board”
The hotel property is gorgeous! The most basic room is very basic, but AC worked well and the shower was good quality. Beware of the half board (breakfast and dinner) - they did not explain to me what was and wasn’t included when I arrived, and I was charged for a dinner on site. They were not helpful with reimbursing or understanding the situation to make it right. It was disappointing. If I were to do it again; I’d only do breakfast included.

Du Lac et Du Parc is a wonderful resort in Riva del Garda. The spacious grounds include two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a gym, and more. There are three restaurants, and a fantastic breakfast is included. The property ends just feet from a stone beach, where you can relax or get in the water. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the heart of the old town of Riva.
The rooms are large and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. I can’t rate Du Lac highly enough.

Amazing property. Swam in the lake every day. The gardens at this resort are the closest you’ll get to heaven on earth. So beautiful. Great cocktails at Molo 44.

Staff and management were extremely rude, simply out to get money. Was of no help and offered no accommodations after serious matters and issues arose. Very poor experience, especially for the price of the property. I do not recommend at all.

A truly beautiful resort, with excellent facilities. The pools are great - plenty of sunbeds, beautiful setting, well serviced (but not heated) - fantastic food and drinks and well equipped, very comfortable rooms.
We have stayed in and out of season and, out of season, the service has been exceptional. During our most recent in season stay, the staff remain friendly but are much less attentive and this can result in very long waits for dinner, drinks etc.
No irons provided in room and the irons in the laundry unit were not fit for purpose (could barely get them hot). I did notice late into my stay however that there is a paid for ironing service available which we didnt use.

We absolutely had an amazing stay here! I honestly can’t wait to return. The spa, THE BREAKFASTS, the friendly staff, the room, the grounds the amazing scenery! It was a dream. Things that stand out are Luca at breakfast every morning, bottle of bubbles brought to the room for my husbands birthday, and sending me my pajamas when I accidentally left them the day we checked out.

We were informed that we were going to be given an upgrade to a Suite on arrival, it was in the adjoining building. When we got in to the room it was really nice but no shower and had only a bath. They put us into our original room as we required a shower.

Great location and lovely surroundings. Hotel is well appointed. I felt the 2 bed bungalow we had at EUR 800 per night was overpriced. Shortcomings include pool areas which are OK but could be better, very few hotel amenities included without extra cost eg EUR 25 per hour for tennis, and no discount at all at the sailing/water sports facility in the hotel grounds. Also a shuttle bus into town would have been useful.

The property looks quite nice at reception and the breakfast area and the location is good in relation to the beach area. Many things to do which is fun. However - I was truly shocked at the poor quality of my room. We booked a premier suite. This is a 4 star hotel but our room, on its own is more accurately a two star hotel room. There are different buildings at the resort so it seemed we were placed in an older building. The pull out was the most uncomfortable our kids had slept on ever. Even the pool amenities were not 4 star. More like 3 or 3.5 star. On our European trip we have stayed in 8 different properties - all 4 or 5 star / this was the only one we said “ this hotel does not match its rating”

This is my new favorite hotel/resort in the world!!!! My family and I had the most incredible experience here and kept saying it felt like magic. We stayed in one of the resort’s penthouse suites and it was even more amazing than the pictures presented! Huge deck with hot tub to ourselves and a view that is absolutely indescribable. The resort is only a short, 20 minute walk to Riva del Garda.

This property is stellar! The grounds are breathtaking with the most beautiful gardens, ponds & mountain vistas. There are 3 pools (1 indoor & heated), beautiful sauna, gym, free parking, great restaurants on site, access to the lake. Staff is great, especially Lewis in the lobby restaurant & Helena at Campannina. The food we enjoyed at the restaurants aws some of the best of the whole trip. Breakfast included & wonderful. There is a playground on the property & kids club. The perfect family hotel. The location is good. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. There is laundry facility. This hotel combines luxury, comfort & functionality. There is a mall across the street with supermarket. Highly recommend this property!

Accessibility to Lake Garda and nearby Riva was excellent, giving you alternatives for shopping, sightseeing and eating. The view of the lake was breathtaking and accommodation first class. The facilities inside the complex were exceptional.

The garden areas were immaculate, the mix of palm trees and conifers was just right, giving a picturesque view throughout.
The location was ideal for an amount of local facilities and a fair walk into the centre. Would highly recommend.

Stayed 3 nights at the Du lac et De Parc in April. Hotel is amazing- one of my favourite locations, in beautiful grounds situated right on the bank on Lac Garda in Riva. Great base to spend time and explore from.
Breakfast was a great spread catering for all and dinner in the Bistro suited us perfectly- all with excellent service. Outside pool was heated and just perf For me in April!

The property is set in the most beautiful setting of lush tree and ponds and extremely well kept - truly stunning.
Excellent breakfast. States buffet but waiting staff take orders for hot food so no queuing at the omlette station etc which is huge plus.
My only gripe was the hotel allowing dogs literally everywhere and some where not very well behaved - witnessed constant yapping of one dog which is was also staying near our room so could be heard early in the mornings. Probably would deter me from booking here again despite everything being spot on. Unfortunately we are not all dog lovers and there was an awful lot there at the time of our stay.

We stayed for a week in December, the hotel was busy at the weekend when we arrived but was quieter during the week.
Breakfast was very good, lots of choice buffet style also cooked options available ie eggs, bacon etc. The waiters were very efficient and would bring anything you required.
The gardens and outdoor patio area are very nice for relaxing in the evening and the bar was also very good and open each evening.

This looked like the biggest and best resort in Lake Garda. However, the pictures shown in hotels.com were different from the room we actually got. The resort has access to the waking area. Lots of kids and dogs. We had a lot of fun.

Superb location for exploring the South Tyrol and Lake Garda itself. The hotel is very comfortable and we appreciated the warm welcome, good sized room and excellent bistro menu.

The hotel is located on a perfect location with beautiful gardens outside, pools and lots of green areas to hangout. The main drawback in my opinions are the rooms which are a bit old and far from the main entrance (in my experience). The breakfast is great and there are a lot of parking places but the rooms need a re design to make islt a very good hotel.

Is a very nice hotel in a beautiful location. The grounds are well maintained with a pool and swimming also available in the lake. Breakfast was excellent and the room was well designed with a very comfortable bed and nice shower. We had a room with a view on the park and the lake - very nice! Parking was very convenient with easy in-out access for traveling to other sights around Lake Garda (hotel also a short walk to town for boat tours)

5 star hotel without the fake glitz! Staff were so friendly, the Hotel grounds were huge but felt intimate with small ponds & larger lakes, Olympic sized pool snuggled into the forest setting with places you could be privately away from the crowd. The end of the garden leads onto Lake Garda within 10 steps. Room designs are very fresh & great use of lighting. Bathrooms are to die for. Main restaurant well spaced out & our favourite the outdoor restaurant for Pizza & Pasta. Prices very fair for what is on offer.You are at the north end of the lake & therefore have a great view from the hotel.We only booked 3 days as we thought area was for oldies only...could have stayed 10 days as so much to do...town square shopping & restaurant area superb.

This is a fabulous resort! The property is so beautiful and lush. We really enjoyed all the amenities. The outdoor pool, indoor pool, saunas and hot tub. We got massages and just fully relaxed. It’s walkable to the downtown and port, where we took a ferry to other little towns in Garda. We stayed 4 nights and was definitely the most luxurious part of our vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

This was by FAR our favorite place to stay. Hotel is Amazing. Location Amazing. We stayed in the main hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing restaurant. Very friendly and kind team. always ready to help. Gorgeous location. near town - 10m walk to best restaurants ( many choices), shopping, very lively night life. so much to do and relax. lots of tourists from germany and england. some americans. generally young vibe and very family friendly. we came with 13 an 11 y old and they had fun. we rented 2 separate rooms for us and kids.

We loved the beautiful grounds, the easy parking, the cleanliness of the rooms and the proximity to dining and shopping. We were disappointed that some of the staff did not appear to be knowledgeable about some of the hotel's amenities and capabilities. Mrs. Kane called the front desk to ask about room service and was told she would have to walk around to the various hotel restaurants and ask to see their menus. In fact, there was a card in the room with a QR code that dealt with this very issue.

Great hotel with the most beautiful feature - the garden! We stayed 4 nights there and could not get enough of the view. Location is brilliant - 20 mins walk along the lake to the main town centre. Staff is great and very helpful too. We can't wait to come back again!

It's our third time at Du Lac et Du Parc and it will not be our last! We loved our room, the facilities (and the lake view was stunning!) and were excited to find that the outdoor pools were open this time (we just missed it the last two times), so swimming outside with the mountain backdrop was an absolute highlight. The Easter panettone in our room on arrival was another lovely touch, grazie!
I also wanted to say thank you for being so understanding when our flight out was cancelled a week before we were due to fly and we had to change our check in date. Expedia wanted us to cancel and rebook (at a MUCH higher price!!) but the hotel were absolutely fabulous - changed our check in date and didn't charge us for the night we couldn't stay. Wonderful customer service, thank you! (And meant we splashed out on some cocktails at the bar - deliziosa!)

Beautiful grounds, well located short walk to the old town and near lake beach, nice pool and great place to relax for few days.
The reception service need some improvement, we arrived early and the room was not ready, they took our phone number and promised to call when it’s ready, it never happened, we just returned to take the key after 15 pm.
We stayed in self catering bungalow, they provided practically nothing - no coffee, sugar or salt - if you want to cook you need to bring everything your own.
The dining options are expensive, 25 euro for breakfast, 40 euro per dinner per person. We did not try as there are many restaurants outside for much appealing price.
To summarize - we loved the grounds, service needs some improvements.

The property was absolutely gorgeous with its lush gardens, Mountain View and lake. There was a bike rental and wind surfing rental house and a very nice outdoor pool. Splurge and get a mountain/lake view room with balcony ….so worth it. There was also a fabulous hotel with a great sky bar and live music open to all that was a 5 minute walk away but does not compare to Du Lac!

My two-night stay at Du Lac et Du Parc Resort was wonderful. The resort is in a perfect location, 5-10 mins walk from anywhere you'd want to go in Riva del Garda. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Checking in and out was very fast, and the staff were a pleasure to interact with. I can't recommend the resort enough.
