There were no surprises, we expected a cabin for a room and thats what we got. Pictures did not deceive. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located just outside piano di sorrento, 20 minute walk to train, 5 minute train to sorrento. There are also buses at the bottom of the hill. Pool was large, and nice to have pool access in that heat. There is a hill to get access to piano on foot which could be challenging for people with difficulties walking up a hill. I found it challenging myself. Overall, for the price compared to other places, it was an acceptable choice.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Sorrento, Italy. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful. The location was perfect for experiencing the Italian life away from the tourists. Dominico, the receptionist, was especially helpful throughout my journey. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to visit Amalfi, Positano, and Sorrento. I highly recommend this hotel!\"

The bungalow was dirty and not well maintained from the property the bathroom door had a whole in it and didn't even close the e air conditioning was leaking water on the bed all night and suspicious noises coming from the roof waked me up every couple hours

Unfortunately this accommodation has seen better days. The cabin we stayed in was very old and run down. The doors were damaged and the bathroom doors didn't lock and one didn't close. The beds were uncomfortable and some sockets looked dangerous. There was a fridge and no TV. The whole area needs a good clean-up. There were lots of old pieces of furniture and metal thrown down the side of the cabins. The pool was great and the bar was welcoming and lively with board games to play in the evening. Breakfast was good. The family that run it are welcoming but need to spend some money and time on updating the accommodation. There are some good restaurants and shops in the area which is less touristy than Sorrento.

We stayed at this site from 24 July to 3 Aug 2018. We had 4 teens in our party. First impressions were not good. My teens room had a broken toilet window and our cabin had a faulty main light. Dominico, the owner/site manager, said he would get both fixed the next day as we arrived late. Light was fixed but the window was never fixed.
Simming pool was awesome and great to return to after a long hot day out. Although it did close at 7pm every evening. Cabins are in serious need of maintainence but given the price and the fact you only use them for sleeping this was OK. The air con in the rooms was excellent a welcome sanctuary from the heat.
Once you get used to the metro it was easy to arrange trips out. We did Pompeii, Vesuvius, Capri (Dominico helped to arrange) and Sorrento which is two stops on the metro from Piano.
Restaurants in Piano were excellent and all good value for money. Food at Blossoms, on site was great value for money. I thoroughly recommend the pizza.
Tip for Pompeii or any sight seeing trips if travelling with children/teens carry I.D for proof of age to access discounted rates.
Overall would recommend this location/site if travelling on a budget.

Hébergement chalet bois daté, bois extérieur et intérieur très abimé, literie d'un autre age, fourmis dans salle d'eau, pas de rideau occultant sur porte entrée , bref nuit quasi blanche, piscine et sa terrasse noyées dans les mauvaises herbes, ca nous a coupé l'envie de baignade...pas entretenue dommage car le personnel du lieu et la restauration \"fast\" Proposé sont au top, vraiment des gens sympathiques...après c'est pas cher mais est ce que ca excuse tout?
