Hôtel was great for a short stay. Only issue is the parking is expensive and no air conditioning. It was over 20 degrees at midnight when we arrived and could only open windows for air and to cool down. Bathroom automatically heats mirrors etc. very hot.

I stayed there in April 2024 and the property seemed considerably better. Room was not cleaned before we arrived and had to request for it to be done. Phone had no cord, internet was not working at times, lamps had no bulbs. This place needs to pay more attention to details.

The room was very hot and stuffy when we arrived. There were dirty towels in the bathroom from a previous guest.

The views were amazing and the staff was super friendly. Nice breakfast with beautiful views. Great location and free parking. Wifi worked well.

Overall I would probably stay again.

Nice hotel in a good location. Good breakfast too.
Our stay was spoiled by the fact that the sofa bed for our daughter was not made up, and no bedding left in the room.
On returning to the hotel at 11.30pm ready for bed, we noticed this when unpacking the sofa bed.
Advised night staff, who were clueless. Took them a full HOUR to find some bedding!!
Would stay again, but would make a point of checking the room for everything needed before night staff start shift.
Day staff were efficient and helpful.

I loved the view out of the window and the sound of the river. The architecture is much more interesting to me than the common and better known square buildings and \"boxes\". It's probably an \"older\" building very well kept. And the really old beech in the center of the property is magnificent.

The hotel was very good, and we would stay there again, but we wish the beds were a bit less hard.....seems to be a European thing, but our backs are not used to it. We turned the heater off at night and opened the window, (there is some road noise) but warm air softly blows into the room through a vent, so the room never really got cool enough at night. We had no other issues with the hotel and liked it. The room was definitely spacious enough, esp. for European standards.

This hotel was an easy walk from the train station, approx. 10 minutes on level terrain. Staff was professional and pleasant. Breakfast was standard European selection. The only thing we did not like was the ultra modern design with the bathtub in the centre of the room and open wall with no privacy for using the bathroom. We were upgraded to this more modern room, so it was unexpected. Other than that, this hotel met all expectations and we had a pleasant one night stay.

The hotel is very pleasant and the room very nice, European style, but as there is no air conditioning (typical for Europe) and we stayed there during a very warm night, so we had to run a fan that was provided to try to generate some air circulation - not a perfect solution by any means. Breakfast was excellent and onsite parking fairly priced. Good location.

Business Hotel in old Baden, Switzerland

A new, business-type hotel very conveniently located near the train station and within an easy walk to the local sights of Baden. The front desk staff is multilingual and very helpful. The attached restaurant, where breakfast is served, is somewhat limited in its dinner menu, but the food is tasty and the facility is clean. The adjacent Langmat Art Museum is a real treasure!

Good Hotel but with high additional costs

I stayed in this Hotel between Christmas and New Year. The hotel facility is nice and within walking distances to all amenities. The Price for this category is ok.
The staff was very friendly and helpful

Even though the meals taste very good, a clear disadvantage are the high prices for meals including the breakfast buffet. In addition to that, you have to pay for the garage and this price is also way to high. Switzerland is expansive, I knew that, but this has been more than I expected.

Lovely hotel within minutes of the center

This was my second stay at Hotel du Parc (on business) and my room was even nicer than before. The staff were all really helpful and polite, the restaurant downstairs is fantastic and it was no more than a 5-minute walk to the train station. Brilliant!

Hotel Du Park is an excellent value in Baden

Our room was the most spacious and comfortable of our 2 week stay in Switzerland. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The buffet breakfast was good and included in price of room. The location is excellent; 10 minute walk to train/bus station and 15 minutes to old town. Hotel is located on a bluff above the river and there is a nice walking trail accessable.

The room was very dated and not completely clean. I did not give this rating based on lack of air conditioning, since I know that is a luxury in older hotels in Europe, but it was unbearably hot to sleep here. On the plus side, its very close walking distance to the train station.

A disappointed couple

We booked this hotel,because if the nice pictures there are on the website, but when we arrived: surprise! it was not at all like the pictures, the hall is really nice but when we arrived in our room: old moquette instead of parquet, old furniture not looking at all like in the picture, couch with a hole... horrible! but we were so tired that we decided to stay there... Bad decision!
We took a shower, the doors didn't close, so you have cold air that come in...
And then we go to bed: horrible suprise, the cushin was not so comfortable, but the blanket!!! it stayed just flat, you can move it as long as you what it stay flat. So you sleep (or not at all) with the cold air that comes on your front as well at the back!
So it didn't worth what we payed. The cherry on the top, they say that taxes are included, but they add 5chf for citytax.
The only thing we really appreciated was the restaurant, really nice, really good food.

Excellent hotel, well located several blocks from bahnhof. Friendly and attentive reception staff and entire hotel staff. The beautiful breakfast buffet is a real plus. Parking is extra at a covered garage downstairs in the building. The big fruit bowl is always welcome.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station and the old city, making it a great location in Baden. Rooms are modern and very clean. However the single room I was in felt more like it was set up with only the business traveler in mind - the bench for suitcases was very small, far too small for my backpack which ended up on the floor, and there was very little in shelving or draws to put anything when it was unpacked. That aside, I would still recommend it as a place to stay in Baden.

A short walk from the Baden main train station. Quiet location in the green. Near the Casino Baden and lovely park. Modern design with comfort and style. Well designed room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious Swiss breakfast buffet. Good value for money. Baden is a short train ride to Zurich - for those looking to be close to the city but a little more out in the green.

The hotel is very calm but the room conditions are low. The pillows are very bad like they were very old. The bathroom ceiling full of dark red spots. The door as well has a broken closing system. The water has very very low debit at the toilzt seat. I don't recomandat it for a romantic escape.

Since the property changed the hotel made a huge drop, going further down and down. Rooms are dirty, bathroom is a mess, rain coming down the roof, everything is old and aged way too much. Restaurant is way worse than before. However employee are friendly and kind but they can't fight against mountains of mess. Will never go back again.

Uns hat es im Ramada sehr gut gefallen. Beim Check-In haben wir nach zwei Schlüsselkarten gefragt da wir abends getrennt im Ausgang waren. Weil momentan gerade alle im Einsatz wären, konnte uns diesem Wunsch leider nicht nachgekommen werden. Das Glück wollte es dann aber, dass noch eine Karte im Zimmer lag, die wir dann für uns programmieren lassen konnten.

Leider gibt es beim Bett/Nachttischen keine Steckdosen. Aber ansonsten war alles bestens und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, ein anderes Mal wieder hierher zu kommen.

Das Checkin hat sehr lange gedauert....offenbar wusste die Dame an der Rezeption zu wenig Bescheid (neu ?). Während ich an der Reihe war, konnten neben mir bei einer anderen Dame gleich drei Checkins erledigt werden.
Zudem sagt man mir, die Tiefgarage sei voll, ich müsse anderweitig eine Parkmöglichkeit suchen. Nebenbei hörte ich allerdings, dass andere Gäste in die Parkgarage fahren dürften. Daraufhin erkundigte ich mich direkt bei dieser Angestellten und bekam dann ebenfalls die Auskunft, dass es möglich sei.
In der Tiefgarage gab es dann mind noch 10 weitere freie Plätze !

Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Haus, liegt auch sehr gut, vieles fußläufig erreichbar. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich , man kommt gerne zurück und so wird man auch empfangen, gleiches trifft auch auf das Personal beim Frühstücksservice zu. Leider trifft das nicht auf einzelne Servicekräfte im Restaurant zu.
