The place was fine. Main complaint was we could not close the curtains or blinds so everyone could look in and the street lights shined in all night. Great little restaurants in walking distance from the hotel.

This is a modern, new-ish hotel in a convenient location for us. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. They provided free chilled bottles of water (still or sparkling). Free parking is right across the street. There is an elevator and free WiFi. We chose not to take advantage of their breakfast, but it looked good. A couple of challenges are that there is no AC, but they did provide a standing fan. Also, the unit is ony a couple of hundred yards from a main railroad line, although that did not interfere with our sleep. Our room even had cooking facilities.

Where do I start. I feel overwhelmed. The cleaning service is terrible, only bed and surface tidying were done. Not even changing bed sheets or cleaning the floors!! Disturbing. Breakfast buffet no options for gluten free or lactose free. Service is friendly. In the room i could hear the train and smoking terrace people chatting ALL NIGHT even with the window close not only that but anybody that open their room door or talk or WALK in the colidors YOU WILL hear it! Its giving a high up 2 star hotel.

I enjoyed this property. Everything was so convenient. I loved being able to use my phone as my key, but that’s also a double edge sword if my phone died I wouldn’t be able to access my room and there isn’t any staff that sits at the desk if I was to need help. But other than that this is a good property to stay at.

Hotel rooms smell old and are a bit noisy, with shower being quit small. Room windows are double glazed, but you’ll still hear traffic noise from the street nearby. Other than that, I appreciated their free parking (might be full if you arrive late night, though we did not have issues), and also free bottles of water, coffee and ice creams. Overall, it’s worth the price for short stays.

We booked this hotel on two occasions. We had no issues with the online check-in. Front desk staff were extremely helpful esp the young girl who manned the desk on the weekdays. Very convenient location- a short walk to the station or the bus stop and the public transport system is extremely reliable and efficient. Rooms were cleaned when requested. It does get quite hot in the room and unable to open the windows as the street noise is constant. The second time around the room we got had an awkward pungent smell but we did not get too fussy as we were hardly in the room save to shower and sleep and we made do with a room freshner not that this should be the resolve. This is an ideal place for short stays as it is so convenient.

I loved the room. It was roomy, the bed was comfortable, and even the color scheme was nice. My friend and I also appreciated the friendly and very helpful staff at the front desk. The hotel is located outside of Zurich, so I believe a car would be needed to get around faster.

Truly disgusting hotel. The room smelled like sour milk and old cheese. We asked for cleaning and the maid handled us a bottle of febreeze and left. We complained and the manager said she’ll clean the floor. But it still smelled. They moved us to another room, but it was a smoking room and the smell was bad also. We paid for three nights but we just left immediately— too gross to stay in such an unsanitary hotel. Absolutely avoid this trash hotel

Hotel was fine, wifi was a pain to get onto, room was ok, bed was ok, bathroom shower was tiny, breakfast was ok. No bar, no reception the morning of checkout. Hotel was very basic. I would search around a bit next time.

This is not a hotel, it's a B&B! It has no charm, has all night terrible road noise. We had one single bed duvet on a double bed, apparently I should have gone in search an employee to ask for more bedding. Employees were hard to find and by the time one went to bed there was no one on duty! Avoid this hotel, we paid for three days but left after one. Enough said!

Stayed for 4 nights, comfortable beds, clean room, free drinks and snacks in the lobby (especially after 3pm!); housekeeping was great, the digital key worked and we were able to make our own physical key to use as well. The hotel has an electronic check-in process, which I found fairly easy to use. The staff was friendly and accommodating for common requests. The view was not that great. You will definitely need a rental car or use Uber to get around. There is a nice local bar nearby that has a nice selection of beers and food. The parking lot is located across the street from the hotel so it's a little inconvenient when there is road traffic during the day.

Not really much parking. Like 6 spots but if you are the first three you are blocked in until the people leave. The staff was rude. I have no signal and could not access their scanning system to even check in or enter the building. I had to ring the buzzer a few times, waited a while, and the guy is yelling at me what do I want. I say I’m here to check in and he just continues screaming in the intercom as to why I am there. Someone finally comes out to greet me and asks why I’m there. I say I’m there to check in. And they say are you asking? And I said no that’s my purpose for being here. They were argumentative about me even having a booking, I showed the confirmation from Expedia and the email that the hotel sent me confirming my room. They finally gave me the wifi to be able to check in and were still stand off attitude. It was an unpleasantness experience. There is “shower foam” which I’m not sure is supposed to be body wash or shampoo. There was short black curly hair in the bed sheets which was concerning as I am a blonde with straight hair. I did like the keyless aspect but the experience in its entirety was subpar.

This was a simple straightforward hotel, room was a decent price by Zurich standards. Front desk staff was nice and friendly. If you need a decent room at a decent price, this will fit the bill. However, it is a basic no-frills experience, nothing fancy but it got the job done.

They have there own restaurant which serves great food I have to admit I have been to Switzerland 9 times in 3 months and this is the best hotel for me. Free parking is great as others charge. And only 18 minutes away from the airport. 10 out of 10 for me think about staying here you will not regret it.

No A/C, loud trains, almost uninhabitable
On a day that wasn't even that hot, we arrived to a very hot and stuffy hotel room, and warnings posted at the front desk about a mosquito problem and something the importance of screens. One of the two windows in the room -- the only one that mattered, which might have provided a breeze next to the beds, in fact had NO screen. The fan provided in the room offered little relief. We wanted to at least keep the other window open, but the hotel overlooks a very heavily traveled train station and the high-pitched sounds of trains screeching by was like nails on a chalk board. We would absolutely have checked out without even staying the night if we hadn't made a non-refundable payment in advance. On top of everything, the restaurant was absurdly over-priced, forcing us to drive to town to try to find a reasonably priced dinner. No breakfast included.

Stayed in a suite which was a good size. Room clean as was bathroom. Bed not very comfy, duvets strangely small and rather thin as were pillows. Maybe this is just a Swiss thing. Some furniture looking a little tired. Much banging and clanging during the late evening from outside, I may have been above the kitchen area. Toiletries basic and soap shampoo were dispensers on wall. Breakfast buffet very basic and not inexpensive for what there was provided. Staff pleasant and efficient. Only chose hotel for location as I had business very near by. No other reason to choose this hotel, the area is an industrial estate, do not choose to stay here for visiting Zurich for pleasure. I would suggest Three stars at best. Not a bad hotel, but little to recommend it other than location if you need to be in this area.

Great room, good service. Was there for 1 quick night.(Brig and Interlaken are the other stops) only comment... what is it about the pillow in Switzerland. ( 3 hotels and 3 pillows so thin I still don't understand why! I just love this beautiful country!WOW!

No Air Conditioning
No working phone in the room - this was NOT resolved throughout our stay. NO AIR CONDITIONING! We had to request extra fans in order to make the room bearable (we were stayed in early/mid-June). No laundry facilities as they have advertised on hotels.com. Room was simple and clean. Staff were friendly, although were unable to resolve our concerns.

Pricing was a slight high for room size and heat endurance compared to other places in Central Zurich.

Mosquitoes and flies were also a problem, although the hotel provided a mosquito plug for the room. Bed was too low (close to the floor), not good for my arthritic knees and the mattresses were thin and not good for my son's back.
I was surprised and shocked for such a cosmopolitan and business oriented city, the comfort level for customers and employees were not being considered nor provided. Even though there may be a heat wave one to three weeks during the year, portable air conditioners or an AC system would have been ideal for this hotel. The AC would have also mitigated greatly the noise level of the main road in front of the hotel day and night.

The hotel was about ten minutes from the local railway station. There were regular trains into Zurich. The staff at the hotel were polite and friendly. The room was very pleasant. My only concern is that after a few days the room would get quite hot. There are no fans or air conditioning.

Great hotel for a Zurich stay
Hotel is an easy 10 min walk from the train station which is only 4 stops from Zurich central (10 min). Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. Area does not have much around it but the domino's that is a 5 min walk away is open late and there are a few restaurants and shops near the train station.
Really hotel is ideal if you need a nice, clean, cheap place to stay that is close enough to Zurich to be there in 20 min.
