Very nice hotel

Nice modern hotel 10-15 min by tram 4 from Zurich HB. The continental breakfast was quite good. Staff was friendly. Our king bed room was quite spacious, comfortable, nice TV, plenty of outlets, mini fridge, shower, decent size tub. Oh and the room had remote control outdoor opaque windows shades which was pretty new. The floors were slightly scuffed but not a big deal. Quiet on our floor. I would stay here again if I was in Zurich.

It’s a business area that’s away from the main city centre. There are a lot of tours and groups using the hotel as a base though because it’s easy to get into the centre from the tram stop at the front of the hotel. Staff were great and polite but there weren’t many of them and you do have to wait a bit at the lobby. The room was really good quality and very clean with a massive bath and shower room. The staff were more than happy to bring a bed and extra towels for our daughter to stay too.

Pretty nice hotel, steps away from a tram station that gets you to the central train station or old town, very convinient. Building and the room were nice. In July heat AC worked well. Comfortable beds. Breakfast choices were great. Our final night's stay was spoiled by the sewage smell that appeared in the middle of the night. Hope that's fixed. Overall, pretty good stay.

This was a good hotel, best part is that the tram is pretty much right there when you step out of the hotel. All front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were a good size, nice, clean. We did not try the breakfast so I don't know how good it was, the reason we didn't try was because it was $35 per person, we found that way too expensive. One thing I found weird was that when you are showering, the person outside on the bed has the option to open a frosted glass sliding door and watch you shower, and there is nothing the person in the shower can do about it. Personally, didn't care, just found it funny and could be an issue depending who you're rooming with. Nice soaker tub in the bathroom. We ate at the pub in the hotel, it was decent, nothing special. The bed was good, not great. Overall, it's a good hotel.

The Sheraton Zurich Hotel is located just outside the Downtown area of Zurich, a leisurely 10min tram ride. The property was clean, rooms were super clean, spacious and had the right amenities. The staff were amazing - kind, helpful and friendly. Henry from front desk was outstanding with his caring and compassionate attitude. The Sheraton in Zurich was a very nice property. The club room was smaller than expected and the club lounge less than expected. I was not impressed by the front desk team at arrival. I needed an extension cord and was told i could puck one up at front desk...no offer to deliver. The restaurant on site was grwat for breakfast with excellent assortment of breakfast choices and the staff were great. Parking was convenient although no handicapped spots designated. The AC is controlled by a range of 3 degrees so was warmer than liked. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

We stayed 3 nights. Area was easy to walk to local dining or downtown. Tram to downtown was right in front of the hotel and only 12-15 minute tram ride to downtown area. Room was exactly what I expected. Only negative were the pillows which were very flimsy. A quick call to staff and we had more pillows which did the trick.

Amazing Hotel, Great Location and Wonderful Staff!

The hotel location is great, amazing service, great staff and good breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again with family. The hotel has a Tram Stop front of Hotel (2 mins walk -- Toni Areal No. 4) which is under 15 mins to and from Zurich HB (main train station), very Convenient! If traveling with family or friends, I highly recommend this hotel. COOP Supermarket is 3 mins (walk), great for shopping and nice area! This property is close to everything and we enjoyed our stay, wish it was longer!!!

We visited the Sheraton for the Taylor Swift concert and it was a walkable distance to the stadium. They even had a bracelet making station, which was perfect. My girlfriend proposed using one of the bracelets she made, so this will always be a memorable stay for us! Kudos to the property for this experience.

Very friendly staff who do their best to help you. The hotel is clean and room comfortable. The AC wasn’t working and they immediately moved us. The location is very dull there is nothing really around. Parking is very expensive.

The rooms are not cleaned properly, I found a pizza box and a big bottle of Coca cola.

It was mentioned the room are air conditioned but the room temp couldn’t get below 24 degrees while the weather outside was 35 degrees

While checking in the hotel porter was asking us to push the luggage trolley which I don’t mind but this is not the service of 5 stars hotel.

Hotel is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area yet close to it by bus ride (bus train) 10 min. The staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Would stay here again if I ever visit Zurich again.
P. S. Special thanks to the Asian lady (sorry, didn’t get her name) in charge of morning breakfast. She is nice and has great attitude towards hotel guests.

Cold aircon , covered underground carpark were positives . Negatives - No espresso machine in room . Parking is 2.50 chf per hour capped at 25 chf for 24 hours provided u do not remove car . Not 25 per day with in and out facility . Family room have a glass shutter to the shower area is not practical . Whole room is lighted up whenever one goes to toilet . Excellent stay overall . Great chefs at breakfast too .

Little things can spoil your impression of a stay. While the property is meticulously maintained and there were no issues with the room . Property is less than 50 meters from the tram station. The downside was the check in process. We reached the hotel at 3:00 pm. After the check in formalities we were informed we would be delayed by 30 minutes and were offered complimentary beverages for the inconvenience. We appreciated the gesture. However, after following up twice we finally got our room at 4:20 pm. This was clearly dissapointing. Given we were there only for a night, it dispropriatonately impacts my /our review of the hotel.
