Room was clean, communication clear, but some drunk person on road was noisy and police and ambulance arrived to control him ,very noisy till late night.
Also noise heard from other rooms till early morning.
Bus stop nearby, but tram little further away.

Pretty basic but way too expensive. On expedia said came with dishes but cupboard was licked ans stated 20 francs or something. One of tbe lamps in the room was not working, bathroom is pretty small. Barely basic amenities. Wouldn’t really stay here again

Nothing to be liked based on my experience of stay.
We were given a so called family room in basement which was designated as ground floor in the apartment. Kept hearing noises from above floor.

Not worth that much money. Not at all recommended for family. Everyone other attraction is far from this place.

This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF.
There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy.
It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again.

Our apartment was in complete disrepair. We were shocked!
- Bathroom ceiling had a lot of black mold
- wallpaper was peeling
- certain cabinet doors were missing and instead the hole was covered over with white plastic tape
- bathroom grout/caulk was dirty and old
- \"sofa bed\" for the third person was the worst quality sofa (not a bed of any sort).

We had never witnessed such squalor.

Ceiling of all the rooms on top floor are in bad condition. Bathrooms have no working ventilation and having lots of black fungus on walls/ ceiling.
Has I known this before, I would never go for this place.

1. Room smells of cigarette smoke.
2. Small and uncomfortable mattress.
3. There are no water glasses/mugs in the room. You need to pay 20 euros an extra for them.
4. You are an hour walk from the city, or a bus and a train ride.
5. Housecleaning is only once per week.
6. No bag storage.

I have stayed in hotels in rural Russia that are better equiped. If I am giving something 1 star, it means that I am incredibly disappointed.

Nice & clean accommodation as described on advert

The apartments are well located and the apartment presents everything you need, just like a normal budget hotel. The facilities were good and I enjoyed my time staying there with my friends who feedback the same, as we would use this apartments again in future.
The staff were very friendly and accommodated all our needs, to make our stay comfortable.
So, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Bad choice

I asked for a 3 person room and they gave me only a room with a queen bed. Place is really ugly and in an ugly area. Parking isnt included. I can hear every whisper from every nearby room. Do not book here.

チェックインが遅くなったのでフロントは閉まっていました。玄関は閉まっていて、ドア近くのキーボックスに部屋の鍵があるらしいのですが、開け方がよく分からない。メールに暗証番号が来ているらしく、確認するとメールに暗証番号が記載されていました。暗証番号を入力すると蓋が開き鍵が取り出せます。チェックアウトはフロントで鍵を渡すだけで終了。こういうタイプのホテルは初めてだったので、戸惑いました。事前に十分確認すべきでしたが。

一番気になったのはベッドです。とにかく柔らかすぎで、真ん中が高くなっているので、寝ていて全く安定しません。しかも狭いベットなので、意識しないとベットから落ちてしまう感じです。全く落ち着いて寝れませんでした。

The studio style rooms were stunning, particularly the bathrooms unique approach to open concept that we very much enjoyed. We also managed to book this location at 9:00 pm the same night and check in after hours at 12:00 midnight so excellent communication and organization on the part of the staff. My only negative comments regard parking. Parking in the on-site garage was priced at something around 30 Euros. Instead found on-street parking for free in Zürich \"blue zones\" for free until 9:00 am. Besides the parking situation ,id say this is an excellent and cost effective location !

Ensure keys are not handed to a checked in rooms.

Everything was perfect apart from the fact that the room key was given to someone else who tried to enter our room at night which was really annoying. There was no option to lock the door from inside either.

The rooms are really tiny, everything is brand new but the bed was probably the worst I've slept in.
My biggest disappointment was that it was advertised as self parking but the fee was only mentioned in the fine print.
The use of laundry facilities is very limited and staff not making sure that the machines are getting emptied out so they can be used.

Generally speaking a good property for a stay in Zurich. You are a few mins walking from a tram which helps. Property is starting to feel the weight of the usage and cleaning + maintenance need to be improved if they want to still be a top one. A bit far from center but overall a good stay and value for money in an otherwise expensive Zurich with the added bonus of being apartment. Would stay again.

The rooms are very nice, with small but fine bathroom and kitchen facilities for 1 person. The 2 main concerns is truly:

1) Need to invest in proper matress and linens
2) Need to be more friendly at front desk and have a place to leave the bags

If they were too make these changes, would strongly recommend the Residence.

Everything in Zurich is expensive. So, a hotel apartment helps with the budget since you can cook your meals in these units. There is a microwave oven, a stove, a refrigerator, pots and pans, etc. The unit has no air-conditioning system. In my 3-night stay, I had to turn the fan on all night long. When I arrived the male receptionist refused to let me leave my luggage inside the hotel and he wanted me to wait till 3 PM before he could let me check in. For some reason he relented and all of a sudden there was a room ready to occupy. The reception area is left unattended for a significant time each day. Check out is very early - 11 AM.

Rude reception staff - raised his voice, threatened not to give my room and told me to get a refund frem Hotels.com just because I couldn’t find my room. Why? he speaks poor English, giving contradictory instructions on how to get to my room and I couldn’t find it. He told me to walk from the tram stop when I could have taken a bus. It was already late and i had bags to carry so it was far to walk. He is not fit to be working in the hotel industry. Because of his rudeness i will rate this place badly. He doesn’t care- he said so. Told me to find another place to stay. I would have. Unfortunately i had already paid for 2 nights and it was late in the evening. I hv never met an uncultured hotel staff like before. What a shame!!

Not at all what it seems like from the photos online. The price was hefty but as the photo's of it looked really nice and space in Zurich was limited we booked it, even though it was further from the City than we wanted. When we got there the room was a basement unit with unfinished walls and a bathroom which was a wet room (shower open to room with water draining into central drain in bathroom). The only parking was underground and the owner wanted to charge 25 Euros. There was not even anywhere to pull up to the hotel to drop off bags. We were so disappointed and wanted to cancel, as we had just booked within the hour. The owner told us that sure we could cancel but we would not get any money back (which had already gone through on the visa). Reluctantly we stayed, but would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Way overpriced, very rude hotel operator and very poor room!

I stay here a couple of times a year. It's clean and the price is right. Only negative about this place is the staff. Most the time they are not to friendly, I even would say some are rude. I read lots of comments of others complaining about the staff and can't understand the management not doing anything to improve it. Anyway I will stay there again and just ignore them.

A nice room with TERRIBLE parking arrangements

While the room was okay, the processing left a lot to be desired. The AMAZING fee of 26CHF to park you car after paying for the room is much too much. Interestingly, I was not allowed to enter the garage until I paid the fee so had to park my Ferrari on the street. In the 10 minutes it took to sign in, I got a ticket because of not putting a blue time of arrival card on my car. This added an additional 40 CHF to my parking expense making my cost to park the car almost as much as the room 92 CHF. The folks were friendly and helped in giving us directions to town....and WHERE to find a post office to pay the ticket. Please know that Switzerland is expensive and very much looking forward to finding ways to separate your money from you. I suspect I will be getting fines from my driving as a few times I felt a bright flash as I passed a speed change and as I'm driving a 1982 308GTSi Ferrari, they will extract all they can. That said, be wary of your driving and parking in this beautiful country and especially at this property as I suspect this happens very often to those checking in.

Needed something quick stay not to expensive and nearby to Zurich centre. Check in was easy and check out no problem. The apartment was quiet little bit of room noise above but nothing major. Double bed was ok comfort wise, room was small compact, never used the cooker, sink didn’t hold the water when filling, think this was faulty sink plug. No kettle just coffee machine in room with utensils for cooking etc. Short walking distance from bus stop 33 or 67, buses run regular Getting to Zurich centre about 20 mins by Bus or get off at Hardbrücke HB and 1 stop Zurich HB...
Overall not much to do in the area but served its purpose and was cheap for Zurich standards.

The rooms are clean and convenient - all include a nice shower with Italian Showerhead (though some handles needed fixing) and a kitchenette. The beds and beddings could be a little more comfortable. The rooms also have balconies. Some pluses, some minuses... No room service for the duration of the stay.

The single room is very small but most rooms tend to be small in Zurich. The mattress is a bit soft but the room is modern, very clean and good for short stays. It is good having a stove and microwave to be able to cook something simple on a night in. It's in a good suburban area with gourmet bakery and butcher 2 mins walk away. A bus stop is around the corner and it is 5 mins walk to a tram stop and 45 mins walk into city centre.

This hotel was very clean and had plenty of space. There was a nice patio and a mini kitchen.
It was close to transit stops so good to get around Zurich in very little time. It was a great value.

Check in staff doesn't even speak German in a German speaking country. Even their English skills are quite poor.

Also, one of the receptionists was especially rude. Wanted to charge an outrageous late check out fee for checking out only 5 minutes after the check out time, which by the way is a very early 10am. Wasn't even remotely a polite or hospitable about explaining the charge. Most hotels are reasonable with checkout times, especially on a day where they were not expecting a lot of guests.

The location is definitely not the best in Zürich. It is in one of the least attractive areas of the city.

Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis.

There are many better options in Zürich for this price point.

It is a shame, with better front desk staff this place could be a lot better.

I love the appartement itself, great concept ! if you're on a budget but dont want to stay at a hostel this is the perfect place, our room came with a kitchennet so it was perfect when we wanted to stay in and make food for dinner or make breakfast before we left to explore the city, and you would want to do the same because Zurich is very expensive. Old town is about 20 minutes away and it was really easy to get to anywhere since the bus stop is 1 minute away. It took half an hour to get to the Zurich Flughafen Airport. There is a mini grocery store about 5 minutes from the appartment, not a lot of restaurants around but like i said everything is very easy to get to. everything will be close at night in the area so you would wanna buy groceries and put it in the fridge. Also they don't give you shampoo or conditioner but they give you hand and body soap. They only clean your room once a week and towels every three days. Also make sure you dont lost your Key because its 100 franc if you lose it!

Nice apartments and very good value, only stayed here for 1 night, however it would have been nice to stay longer as it was very clean, and newly decorated. About 20 minutes uber drive from Zurich airport. Staff allowed me to check in late as i was arriving at 9.30pm. Only downside was that the shower door was completely. broken, and it would have been nice to have been told before hand. Had i have stayed longer - that would have really bothered me! On a positive note, i would stay here again.

Cozy, cheap and very comfortable little apartment.

It was my second stay at Resident Apartments, I have enjoyed it even more this time. The room itself, was big, comfortable and had 180 degree balcony, so I could have a smoke without going outside. Receptionist was very polite and keen on helping getting around. I will definitely recommend this place, whether You are visiting Zurich for business or leisure, it is conveniently located.

Out of the center; residential location; no food

This hotel is outside of the center. It is in a residential area. The rooms are tiny with showers that are very small. If you get there late (by late I mean around 9/10 pm- forget about eating, the hotel does not have a restaurant. Most of the places around are closed our you need to hike. On the first night the concierge was very nice and even offered me an apple. In the morning, when I said that I left the door key in the room (this is a magnetic card). I was told that the hotel would charge CHF 100.00 if you don't hand in your plastic hotel card (never ever have come across this). In the end they did not charge- but the aftertaste after such a conversation is not great. They also define themselves as central because they are within 5km of the center. Zurich is so small that 5km out of the center is practically another city.

Good Price/Quality ratio for the area. Well located for my needs though not paticularly central. The rooms are well equipped. I loved the bathroom - compact and practical with overhead Italian shower options. The room had a private balcony and a little kitchenette. A warning: The expensive parking is only until 10 AM only, time of check-out!! As we had a scheduled lunch the day after, at 12 in the surrounding area, we had to move the car. Otherwise, we were told we had to pay 26 CHF for the few hours of the second day (from 10 to 1/2)!?!?!? Even though that we arrived long after midnight and it was a Sunday morning. And to add insult to injury, there were free spots on the site.... Totally unacceptable!
