Room and location great, however, the heating was stuck on a high setting and was only fixed later on during our second night of three.

Would be great if the heating issue was sorted - sounds like others have had similar issues.

it was not totally exceptional but it has exceeded my expectation. It was not totally spotless clean but it was acceptable. It was surprisingly smeels good, and during the night it was peaceful. The good thing the place is near to transportation and from stores and restaurants.

This was likely one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. Only redeeming quality was the modern look and decent location. Check in was unnecessarily complicated. Nowhere in the booking site or on Expedia does it mention that parking is not included and at 27 CHF per day, we were stuck with an additional 100$ charge with no warning. Construction makes it difficult to get in/out of the property. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the only 2 pillows provided were so incredibly flimsy and flat. Not to mention it was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY; every single linen had hair and some sort of bodily fluid stain marks AND we saw a roach and bug crawl in between the cracks of the wall. Outlets only worked half of the time so we had to charge our devices in the car. Lastly, the booking randomly changed checkout time from 11am to 10am on our checkout day so we almost didn’t make it out in time. Couldn’t even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Terrible self check-in as Visionapartments did not email the check-in link. We located their email address, and eventually received a reply explaining that Expedia had disabled their link to us, so we must send our personal info directly to them after which they will reply.
They do not answer phone calls prior to check-in, so you cannot prearrange parking, which is otherwise impossible to find.
Meanwhile, the front of the building is blocked off due to street re-construction, so finding your way to the rear of the building is convoluted. When we finally found the entrance... the sign on the LOCKED door instructed us to enter our name and booking #. It did not recognize Expedia's itinarary number, so we were not admitted.
We called again. This time it was answered. They apparently have their own booking number which we had not been given.
To finally arrange and pay for parking, they demanded a photo of my passport along with my visa number. They refused to accept my drivers license.
Two hours later, we received the codes, parked the car, and checked in.
The expedia listing advertised the studio suite as having a kitchen with a 2 burner stovetop. It did not work because the breaker had been taped off. The listing also said their was free access to the laundry facilities. The codes did not open any of those doors.
Overall, we would recommend staying at a property where codes are not needed, or more readily available.

The property had the advantage of being next to the train station. However, this brings its own set of problems of constant train noise as they pass behind the block, and the screeching as they come to a halt late at night and early in the morning causing disturbance.

The rooms are very hot and stuffy so not comfortable during the summer.

The decor and standard of the room does not resemble any of the pictures shown and is of a much lower standard.

Parking was not made available when requested so beware.

Also if you are looking for gym then not suitable because it seems good in pictures but there were no equipment available for gym.

Nice apartment horrible smoke smell.

Stayed for a weekend. Apartment was in a great location and met all our needs for a short break. Small kitchen two separate bedrooms and decent bathroom. My only criticism was the extremely strong smell of smoke. Even though it’s a non-smoking property, someone has been consistently smoking in that apartment. It was horrible!! This should really be addressed.

Customer Service gave me some headaches this time, according change room category, check in time and payment(human been make mistakes sometimes),but overall is a good place to stay, considering excelent location, comfortn and train station on your feet that takes you to Zurich HB only in 4min.

While the train station being right outside was super convenient for travel, it was quite loud if you opened the window for air. Additionally, the walls between the apartments were thin and we heard the neighbors playing music every night until 1am. Otherwise, the apartment was sufficient for our needs.

The building is old and smelly. The location is removed from the old town and there is nothing around. There is a major highway right next to the building so it’s loud… the apartment itself is in pretty good condition, except for a really dirty and stained rug. The smell from the hallway spreads to the apartment though

Beaware no air conditioning or cross ventialiation - it was 35oc when we were there and only had a little fan cooling us down.

But other that that cant complain - good location (near tram lines and next to train station). A couple stops to downtown

AVOID THIS HOTEL.

The only staff are the cleaners who are there only to clean. No customer service. Zero.

No AC. HEATING IS ON even when it was 30C outside i slept 2 hours a night because of the heat. I was so tired i fell asleep on a bench at the national museum and once at dinner.

I emailed the company and 2 days later i received a generic email saying my concern is important to them. No action. No meaningful reaponse.

If you have any issue.... this hotel does not care. Fix it yourself.

This property has been neglected.Hallways dirty. Things in the room were broken.
Shower heads clogged. Drains clogged drawer handles broken.

It could have been nice but the neglect and indifferencr shows everywhere

The property does not have any ventilation. The room was very hot. Was provided with only a small fan. In spite of several requests, another fan was not provided. Could not sleep for 2 nights that we stayed there. Most of the lights in the room does not work. The bedside shades do not have bulb. One light just fell off the wall on the first night.
It is very noisy 24hrs as the property is next to a highway.
There is no one to security in such a big property. No security. People are following and getting in and up the lift. Very dim light in the corridor.

I stayed in a top floor room at the end of July. It was over 30 degrees in the apartment and there is no air con. When I checked in the fan in the apartment was broken. I called vision apartments and they told me a new fan could only be provided next day as there is no-one onsite. I ended up having to sleep with a wet towel over me to try to cool down. Certainly did not feel like a premium experience.

Such an underwhelming experience.
The apartment was old and plenty of things broken; not broken enough to cause an issue but broken enough to need to hold the towel hanger when placing the towel to ensure it didn’t fall down. Faucet in studio broken and had to be held down when used. The bed was on its last lap with clearly unstable parts and sounds that were made.
The artwork was horrendous and overall very clean but so dated and overused.

The lights would have needed an explanation as well as better guidance on the various entrances.

Was very surprised over how many people were running up and down the stairs and elevators with drinks and guests etc.

I stayed in Vision Apartments, Wolframplatz for a week. The service apartment is quite spacious. The kitchen had an induction cook top, a microwave oven and also a dishwasher.

Bathroom was clean but the weekly cleaning was not done. It is a self checkin Apartment and i was locked out a few times due to the change in key code. There is no one at the property to help you out. You would have to call customer support for everything. Overall it was an average stay.

Location was great as there was supermarket within 10 mins of walking...public transport was few meter aways too to get to the Zurich central.
We had 2 apartments as we were party of 5, check in process was easy - just make sure you send in your details 48 hours before to ensure you get the codes without having to chase.

The location is great for getting on the S4 to go to Zurich HB. The decor was decent. My main issue was a lack of air conditioning, since I was staying there end of June / beginning of July. Either this wasn't called out clearly on the web page or I missed it. Also, this is basically a one room apartment, so there's no room service or daily make up of the room. Just some things to be aware of. I eould stay here again as long as its not summer time. After the first shower I could never get the sprayer to work again, and some of the faucets were hard to move or the fittings were loose.

The worst, do not stay here.

These apartments are the worst. They are in terrible conditions and they are not clean. My room had a strong tobacco smell, not the kind that stays impregnated in things, but more like the one you get at a club, it was obvious that the person who stayed there before me smoked. Which indicates they don't clean the rooms properly. There was dust in the kitchen and the bathroom sink as well. They should definetly clean things better, specially in COVID times.

I asked for a different room and they offered me another one in a building far from where I needed to go. I said no and ask for a refund. They denied it because apparently I didnt provide a photo of the room (how do you photograph dust and smoke smell?) and I was offered a bad alternative.

Do not stay there if you are looking for a comfortable stay. The photos they show are also NOT representative of what you get.

Pros:
- it’s super close to the train at
- even though the place doesn’t have a front desk the other residents are super helpful

Cons (there are quite a few)
- coordination from you checkin is painful at time. Even though we had agreed to check in a 2pm on email the access code was only shared when we were chasing them at around 3pm.
- the fact that they don’t have a front office if you need any help you are on your own
- at the time of booking it mentions about daily house keeping but there is none. Basically they will not clean your rooms
- furniture (sofas) were in a run down conditions and we couldn’t see it at all during our 5 day stay

This place isn’t cheap for what you get that are plenty of other options with better service and condition

Might be a good pick if you are getting a super cheap deal and are looking at long term stay of a month or more

It is very questionable how Vision Apartments can legally sell a one bedroom apartment with having only one room in the apartment and a bathroom.

Also: the air was too humid and warm. There was no possibility to cool the air down and have a good night rest. I would not recommend staying at this place in spring, summer, or fall.

It would have been more useful that you provide a few dishwasher tablets in order to be able to use the dish washer. I would not consider the location “central” though it was close to a train station.

The apartment was in easy walking distance for our business meetings, which was perfect. A comfortable and well-appointed studio apartment to relax in after long days of work. The only drawback was the lack of dish soap and dishwasher powder, hard to do the dishes after dinner!

No electricity in the room

The room was nice and spacious but very thin walls ... And with unpleasant surprises... One day I come and I see things thrown in the room and the curtain wripped off, a big portrait lying on the floor and things from my kitchen used, another day there was no electricity in the room. When I called them to come and fix it they said the electrician will come only the next day. Finally after I called again they explained how to fix it. The hairdryer goes off after 10 min use and had to leave with wet hair. The running mill in the fitness was not connected to power. Though we contacted the property ... nothing was fixed and they did not call back as they promised. Kind of rude to interrupt the phone when I asked how much time do they need to fix the problem .

Very convenient location, Nice gym. It's completely unstaffed (except for the cleaning crews) so you have to be comfortable working via phone and email. But response times are super fast so it was easy to get access and request services (e.g. they delivered a adapter plug to my room within an hour).

The email that they send you with PDFs about the apartment says that there is temperature control. There is a thermostat in the room that does absolutely nothing. There is no A/C or fresh air in the room. It was 85 degrees Fahrenheit in Zurich. When I called VISIONAPARTMENTs, it was only then that i was notified that Zurich apartments do not have air conditioning. I was offered a fan that could be available the next day at a charge of 50CHF. A fan does not come standard in the apartments. The only window in the apartment that would open was in the living room. That window only opened about a foot. The bedroom window could not be opened without a key.

Didn't find the A/C or ventilator, small windows -> it was very hot inside the whole building including my room.
