The breakfast was very good.
Room was in very good condition. The staff were wonderful. The only thing that was strange is that the bathroom had clear glass separating it from the bedroom, so you can visbly see whats happening in there and if you have to use it inthe middle of the night and turn the lights on, it will disrupt the other person's sleep. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant and wonderful stay. It was very close to shopping areas and the main squares were all walkable. I would stay here again.

Rooms were huge, we had a ton of space. They offer US and EU plugs in the room, huge bathroom with a giant soaking tub, comfortable beds, the windows open all the way so you can air out the room and it’s nice at night. Friendly staff, beautiful courtyard. Breakfast in the morning was great, they had American style bacon and mimosas for free. Very convenient area, walkable to major areas of the city and lots of shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in a fantastic location.

Not appropriate that the bathroom in a family room was fully visible, frosted glass would have made us all feel much more comfortable.

Didnt get our free drinks, which was part of the VIP reward.

Breakfast was nice. But it was just by chance that we discovered they made eggs to order. Not sure why it wasn't offered or advertised.

Property was very nice. You could tell property was dated but still was very clean. Breakfast was okay. Honestly expected the breakfast to be better. Most jams and such were packaged and not fresh. Overall very convenient if you need easy access to Zurich HB about a 8 minute walk. Most food in the area is extremely expensive. Overall still a great place.

Convenient to shopping (Grocery, stores) and transportation. The hotel is @ the heart of it all within walking distance to the main train station. The lake is within 5 minutes walk.
The room was pretty big and convenient. They set up 2 small cots for my kids, which they enjoyed.

Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast, variety of hot (scrambled eggs and bacon), and cold foods like juices, croissants, yogurt, granola and cold cuts/cheese. One block away from the main shopping street, the hotel location was excellent. Early evening visit by staff to offer coffee, tea, chocolate treat and change of towels. Happy we booked there.

The hotel is well situated near to the main train station and well connected to the bus and tram lines.
The hotel was very clean and the family room was very comfortable offering two single beds for our two children (aged 16 and 11).
Breakfast was delicious which we enjoyed in the summer terrace.
Staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite with great recommendations for restaurants.

Great hotel! Included breakfast was really good with hot and cold options available. Location was fantastic. We walked to both the train station and the bus station easily for excursions. So many good restaurants close by as well as shopping. Many chocolate shops close also. I definitely would stay here again!

We really enjoyed this property based on location, convenient to the train station but easily walkable to everywhere.

The staff was wonderful, from the moment we rolled up with luggage to the moment we checked out.

And they have AC! Real AC, which was hard to find in many comprable hotels throughout our trip.

The hotel is centrally located and walkable to the HB station. There is an excellent vegan buffet place right opposite this place where we had dinner two nights in a row 😊. Their breakfast was excellent. The only complaint I have is that their bathroom had see through glass doors and since there is only one room, there is zero privacy.

Shower was a disaster!!

Upon checkin I was very excited for my room, the location, and our planned stay. After unpacking for our 5 night stay, I took a well needed shower. First the shower head was leaking out the side, so I thought I’ll finish this shower and then notify maintenance. It progressively got worst and eventually lead to the shower head blasting off into my head. Leaving me with a bruise and headache while covered in soap. The shower hose went everywhere leading to a bathroom covered in water. After hosing myself off, I went to the lobby where they proceeded to change my rooms but not really being apologetic to the situation. I had expected the manager to followup with me which they did not. They moved us to a bigger room but one without the balcony that I loved the most. Later on in my stay I had maintenance come by without requesting anything and had them open the door unannounced and without knocking. The location is what really made this special. I would stay here again for the location and just have very low expectations of the staff and maintenance.

Great location, 5 star customer service, friendly staff, modern and clean hotel. Just be aware that the images show an indoor soft play area for children and also an outdoor space with play equipment. These facilities are sadly not available at the hotel. We were kindly shown a family room, in case we wanted to move into one, but we were already unpacked and half way through our stay. Other than this, great hotel, cannot fault it!
