We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was above our expectations and it was so nice to be able to enjoy it onsite without having to walk the city around to find somewhere. Very welcoming staff, good location with short bus/tram ride to train station. Good (cold) breakfast with lots of juice and coffee. A bit noisy at times - doors closing at all hours near shared bathroom and some neighborhood partying on Saturday night.

To be honest, this hotel is not too bad, very good location that is very close to train station. It’s clean and safe, it is a contactless hotel, no any staff inside the hotel, keyless doors, you have to check in online before arrival, get code by email. I have no problem get in, but it gave me hard time to get out. I couldn’t get out after I checked out, and stuck inside, the door was not open. Nobody can help, nobody picks up phone. How did I get out finally! Asked someone who just passed door, I gave him a code to open the door for me. It was very bad situation, I have to catch a train.

Great location! Cozy hotel! Lots of care and attention to detail! Coffee, tea, hot chocolate 24/7. A kitchen that guest could use to cook meals was great! The breakfast was perfect! Very clean. After a day of checking out the city we would come back to the hotel to find little cookies available at the coffee station. The hotel gave you the comforts of home! Rooms are small and the courtyard was loud when the doors were open. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was a perfect stay!

I am typing this review at the property now since my train isn't for another few hours (super nice, stored my luggage for me and now they are letting me sit here, told me to help myself to water/coffee, etc.).
I would say not to be afraid of the \"shared bathroom,\" if that's what's holding you back. I had my own sink in the room, and there was a shower with a toilet plus another toilet on the floor, shared among probably 8 total rooms? I literally didn't see anyone else on my floor, although I am sure there were others on the floor.
Anyway, room didn't have ac, but it wasn't too bad. Location is super convenient, close to 2 or 3 different lines, could be walked from the train station if you really want (and be treated to some breath-taking views), and I was even given a free public transport pass (I guess it's from the government to encourage tourism). It was a good experience at a very reasonable price.

The property is near the city centre and they also provide you with a guest card for city public transport. You can use the coffee machine at all times for free for tea, coffee and hot chocolate and you can leave your luggage with them for the day.

Absolutely would stay here again! Very cute spot with nice decor and good vibes. Great neighbourhood, very safe and quiet. My room had a sink and mirror and balcony, which was lovely. No AC and no screen on the balcony door, so be prepared for that. Also the bathrooms were not in my actual room. I knew that before I booked, but it may come as a surprise to some. Breakfast was actually really good and was included. They have a coffee machine you can use for free 24 hours. Overall, this was my favourite place I stayed on my travels because the vibes were just so good.

I booked this place for a game at Young Boys and its handy for the Wankdorf. Ask at reception where to catch the bus from.
It's also 10 minutes walk from the city centre so handy for that as well. As Bern does not seem to have a massive amount of hotels and those that it does are on the expensive side this place represents a very good option.
My only slight complaint was that breakfast items weren't being replenished and as I got there in the middle of the house that they serve it there wasn't as much choice. Would definitely stay again though.

I arrived in the middle of a snow storm and looked like the abominable snow man. I even had my glasses covered in snow. They let me drop off my luggage before going to my appointment, and they gave me a towel to dry up and offered me coffee and a croissant on the house for my troubles. The lady at the front desk was super kind and helpful.

The hotel was basic, but very clean and roomy. It is in a safe neighborhood, about a 10-minute walk to the train station and a 15-minute walk to the old city. The breakfast was decent, the staff helpful. I was worried at first because of the graffiti on the exterior. Apparently, graffiti on the buildings of Bern is a plague that can't be prevented.

Great little hotel in Bern - everything was spotlessly clean, and for the fairly modest price I thought it was really good. I appreciate that they make a kitchen available for guests to use too. All the staff were friendly, it's only about a 10 minute walk from the station, the room was comfortable, the shower was hot. I would stay there again without hesitation.
