Comfortable hotel in the heart of Haeundae
Overall, it was a very nice hotel with a nice view in a great location. The bed and swivel chairs were very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. My suite had a kitchen, but no pots or utensils, which was kind of odd. I would have liked the option to skip cleaning or reuse towels to make my stay more eco-friendly.

I’ve been coming for a long time (many years) to this property. However, I’ve noticed the property hasn’t been keeping the rooms up to date. A lot of damage around the rooms (wood damage) (stains) and wallpaper falling down. At night, the room and hall is too dark. They replaced many of the lights with yellow dimmed bs bright white lights. The bathroom was the only well lit room. I was quite disappointed since I stayed for 4 nights. I also found out the check-in desk was moved to a totally different floor. Then i saw a sign that there were a total of 6 hotels in this building.

This was a perfectly adequate hotel for the cost. We appreciated the living area and kitchen space. The reason I’m writing this review is that there needs to be instructions on checking in. It’s a 42 story building with 5 or 6 hotels in it. Our taxi driver was confused as it is difficult to recognize as a hotel, as there is only a small sign and The check in desk is on the 5th floor. This took a while to figure out and the taxi driver had to help us.

The location is fantastic and the price of the room is quite affordable. The room was large and clean. The bed unfortunately was uncomfortable, doesn’t provide enough back support and it would have been nice to have more pillows. Also the door frame to the bathroom was broken. I noticed before I was checking out so didn’t bring it up with the hotel but that was really odd.

Expedia advertised the room deluxe studio using photos of deluxe suit. We were humiliated by the afternoon front desk when we asked if we have access to laundry. He said: you had paid the cheapest price for your room, no laundry came with your room.

Some of the wallpaper is peeling off, rust in the toilet, and rattling of the windows and building during heavy rain in the middle of the night. TV keeps disconnecting for some reason and there were only a few channels for the tv in the bedroom.

Great comfortable stay with easy check in, luggage check if waiting to check in and lots of fun experiences nearby. It’s also the go-to spot for tour bus pickups. The only downside is waiting for an elevator down especially if you’re in the middle area between the lobby and the upper floors. Just give yourself 15 minutes of waiting during high traffic time (10-12 noon).

Rooms were very clean and amenities were plenty and the property is smack bang in the thick of the Haeundae area. Staff were ok but honestly not much interaction given this was more of a service apart-hotel.
My biggest gripe was the wait for the lifts, the number of lifts present is just insufficient to service 30 floors PLUS. There was an occasion where the time taken for me to get a lift from the 28th floor to the first floor was 20mins (10mins for lift to arrive another 10mins to get down to 1st as the lift was stopping on nearly every other floor)

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location and the service provided by the staff were great. However, the actual experience I had at this hotel makes me not want to return. The bath towels we received had an unpleasant smell, as if they were not properly cleaned or stored. Additionally, all the chairs in our room had nasty stains on them. While I understand that over the years, or due to multiple guests using the furniture, some stains may occur, some of them appeared as though they hadn't even been attempted to be cleaned.
I attempted to use the washing machine, but it was broken. I wish they had checked it before assigning us the room. I had already applied detergent to my clothes, so I didn't want to wait until the next day. The hotel kindly offered me access to the room across the hall for laundry, which was a nice gesture, but it was still a hassle to go back and forth.

Check in was really smooth. Corridors are a little quiet and dark though, especially when my room is at a corner. I love the location of the hotel as it is very near to the exit of the station and within walking distance, you can get to the stretch of eateries at Haeundae and further down is the beach.
