Decent apartment in a very convenient area next to tram stops and a supermarket.
Room was a bit cramped with very little space for clothes and not a lot of floor space to store suitcases. Kitchen facilities were reasonable although only had a hob and microwave for cooking. Decent fridge with freezer box. Air con unit in room too. Ok for our requirements but not great if you wanted to dine in a lot. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom with a good shower. Ironing facilities available in a store cupboard and also extra sundries like bin bags etc. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Near a church clock which chimed regularly. Earplugs provided if needed but didn’t find it a problem.
Nice choice if looking for an apartment rather than a hotel.

Really nice looking loft. Check in was super smooth. Unfortunately we got in late. The reservation was for 4 adults. We were given 2 towels. The next day the cleaning lady was just not happy to talk to us about the towels.
And the top floor got super hot around 30-34 Celsius just being heat up all day and the AC unit was only down stairs that had an extremely hot output that we needed to point out a window.

An excellent facility in the centre of Zurich. Clean and well priced. A small kitchenette provides the capability to make small meals. If returning to Zurich, we would use again.

Zuma Craft was in an excellent location for touring Zurich. Pros - clean, modern amenities, private, adequate necessities, as shown in pic, close to train station (10-15 mins) - we booked large/kitchen. Cons - can get noisy at night, not enough large towels (store room not replenished even after we requested) air conditioner is a portable unit - literally 2 glasses !! - that's all for water wine etc. No toaster. Refused to upgrade us to an available larger unit even though we had paid MUCH more than the asking price of the larger unit on the day of our arrival (dynamic pricing they said) So book, but be sure to check back before yoyr booking is fully confirmed to see if it dropped as they won't do anything for you after confirmation regardless of the circumstances (found this lack of customer service disappointing).

The room was clean enough, with a fairly equipped kitchen.
It is located really close to a church, which means a lot of noise from the bells, when the windows are closed it's not that bad, but then the room just gets really hot and uncomfortable - there's a way to turn down the heating, but I didn't notice it did anything. In addition, since we had to keep the windows open, flies got into the room - some nets on the windows would have been helpful.

This property was great to use for a base for sight seeing in Zurich. Walking distance from Zurich HB train station. Coop (supermarket), McDonald's and Starbucks one minute walk.

The room was spacious, kitchenette had small hob, microwave kettle and coffee maker. Would recommend for families.

Nice location in heart of Zurich.
No onsite staff which made check in a touch challenging. Quiet hours were not observed by a neighboring unit and the lack of onsite staff made enforcement impossible.
Unit nicely appointed with balcony, great bed. Close to coffee, grocery and local transport.

7/10. The property really wasn’t very clean, especially the floor. Walking a few steps on it and your socks are covered in dust. It also gets very noise, especially in the evenings. The doors out to the balcony ideally need to be made of thicker glass as to block out the noise. It’s a small studio which gets incredibly warm, but there was no air con or fans provided, so at times it was uncomfortably warm. Cleaning of the room was not included in the price, which is really poor. If you want your room to be cleaned, you have to pay a fee, which doesn’t seem fair considering you’ve already paid to stay there. The location of the property is good, with plenty of local amenities in walking distance; shops, bars, restaurants, public transport etc. The price of the studio was also very competitive given how expensive it is to stay in Zurich. The communication from Numa was good and the process of checking in and out of the property is very easy. I would just about stay here again, but there are a number of things that need to be improved in order for other people to have a better experience

We were in Zürich for New Years and everything about this property was amazing! The room was clean, easy to access, and had a good view. It was centrally located and great walking distance from just about anything. If you’re not a walker there is plenty of public transportation. There’s public parking garages but you do have to pay. The only issues we had with our room was the shower drain wasn’t working properly and water flood into the bedroom. we had to use all our towels to clean it up and there were no extras in the spare closet. Because of the holiday they were never replenished but it really wasn’t that big of an issue. If you do come to zurich during a major holiday like new years, just know a lot of the city shuts down even the few days after! There are a lot of other locations Numa Apartments have and I definitely will be using them if available when traveling!!

Good choice if you don't mind the clock tower

While it's not in the main part of town, it's only a short walk. There are several shops nearby for food. The top floor unit is very spacious, clean, and well lit. It is good for a family of four. Evening noise is reasonable for being in the city. The clock tower is unwelcome if you are a light sleeper or want to wake up late. It does get warm in the sleeping loft so you must open the windows or run the fans.

The biggest issue is the bathroom. The shower was not designed well so water leaks everywhere. There was water damage to the door so it does not shut. There needs to be a slope and ledge at the edge of the shower so that water drains correctly.
